Vivian Laaning was having the time of her life in the apartment of Luigi Benedetti and Guy Gordon. It was her first threesome with two gay men. She had done threesomes before; most notably with Nigel Koeninger and Khalil. However they were straight, and one thing Vivian knew that straight men, unlike some straight women, have an anathema towards engaging in anything sexual with another man. Threesomes with straight men certainly are exciting, as the ensuing fucking was concentrated on her. However in Vivian's mind it did not qualify as out and out debauchery.
With Guy and Luigi, the main theme was that everyone was fucking each other. In essence that was the definition of an orgy, and Vivian reveled in it. Since they had set up the activity center to be on the floor, there was plenty of room to explore their sexuality to the fullest. For their next scene after the first rest period Vivian got on her hands and knees to be sodomized by Luigi, who simultaneously was being sodomized by Guy. The train ride was a total joy for the three of them.
They indulged in some other positions, that evening. They did an oral daisy chain with Vivian pleasuring Luigi's cock who was sucking on Guy's cock who in turn was muff diving Vivian. The last scene before they fell asleep was a double penetration of Vivian something which she always enjoyed with straight men. Yes Vivian had a blast and she returned home the next morning in very good spirits.
Having, in her quest to fuck every one of her study colleagues, chalked up Luigi and Guy plus Shamunda, Vivian set her sights on Drew Trees the enigmatic intellect of the group. Vivian had suspected he was still a virgin, since he made no effort in flirting with either Shamunda or herself, never mind Esther to whom hardly anyone paid attention. Even Luigi and Guy who were openly gay were more comfortable in harmless sexual bantering, with the women of the group. However it was clear from his demeanor that Drew was not gay.
From Vivian's close observation he sure seemed interest in women. But he was very shy and absolutely went out of his way to avoid any thing that would even remotely be deemed inappropriate sexual advances. He was very unsure of himself in small talk with women, although he was in total command of himself when expounding in serious topics. Vivian, thus, had to be patient in cultivating Drew's interest in her as well as getting him to open up his personality in order to seduce him.
After the beginning of the formation of the study group, a routine eventually had developed for Saturday nights. After studying during most of the afternoon in the law library, at six o'clock the group repaired to The Pub on the campus to let off some steam. Shamunda usually stayed for only one drink before leaving to be with her room mate and lover. Luigi and Guy also parted most of the time by eight o'clock. So it left Vivian with Drew and Esther Westerhausen as remaining drinking companions for the rest of the evening.
Vivian was able to converse rather easily with Esther, but the latter was rather reticent in divulging anything really personal about herself. As for Drew, he had revealed virtually nothing personal about himself except that his hometown was Bellingham WA, a town quite close to the Canadian border, and that he had acquired his B.A. from the University of Washington. However he was very eloquent in discussions concerning legal topics and what they were learning at school. So Vivian bided her time in formulating the best strategy in getting him to bed.
An opening developed one Saturday night in January, when Esther had to leave at nine o'clock leaving only Drew and Vivian together. To dissuade Drew from leaving prematurely as well, Vivian decided to start a legal debate with him. So she said:
"You know Drew, it is stated in our criminal law class that the philosophy of our criminal justice is that everyone is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. In fact that is drummed into our social conscience."
"Yes! Are you saying that is not true?"
"Well, my point is that if an accused is presumed innocent why is he required to post bail to avoid being imprisoned before trial? In other words if he can not post bail then he is really presumed guilty is he not?"
"But Vivian the reason for bail is to ensure the accused will attend his trial. It doe not mean he is guilty."
"Yes but there is the Blackstone ratio that it is better that ten guilty men go free than one innocent man suffer. We have the famous OJ Simpson trial where he was denied bail because the crime he was alleged to have committed was so atrocious that he was deemed a danger. So he was in prison for more than a year until he was acquitted at trial. So in theory one innocent man did suffer despite the presumption of innocence. It is of course immaterial that a majority of the population thought he was guilty, and deserved punishment."
"You are taking two concepts of criminal law and mixing it up Vivian. The maxim of ten guilty men just means we want to be absolutely certain that a convicted accused is undeniably guilty. The presumption of innocence simply means the burden of proof is on the prosecutor and not the accused."
"Maybe I'm arguing semantics, but there is no denying that the presumption of innocence implies that accused persons that are not convicted are therefore innocent of the crime alleged. And of course that is not necessary the case especially if we are to square with the Blackstone ratio. So I would say that it is more accurate to state that the main principle of criminal law is that no one can be convicted of a crime unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. That covers the burden of proof requirement while acknowledging that some guilty people may escape punishment."
Drew did concede:
"I see your point, and perhaps you are right. Still you have to admit that presumption of innocence is an easier concept for laymen to grasp, and thus allows a criminal lawyer an easier task to explain to his/her clients the legal options."
"TouchΓ©!"
At this point in the evening, Vivian realized that Drew was getting more loquacious than usual. Now no doubt the beer he had consumed had affected him. Besides the just completed spirited legal discussion had put him into a truly good mood. So Vivian surmised that this was as good an opportunity to seduce him. So she coyly asked:
"Have you got a girl friend Drew?"
"No I haven't. I don't usually date."
"You do like girls don't you? You're not like Luigi or Guy are you?"
"No! I'm not gay! I've had a few dates."
"Have you had any sex with any of your dates?"
