The ship dropped out of slipstream once again, just a small distance from the blue planet below. The four women gazed out the viewing window.
"My goodness!" Jinji had her nose pressed up against the window. "It is full of water!"
Delia typed away at the console. "This planet is unusual from a tectonic standpoint. The continents have not had time to collide and develop. There are many, many smaller islands rather than large continents."
"Not to mention so many beaches!" Khazal gazed down at the coasts, and all of the islands appeared to have pure white beaches just about everywhere. The rest of the islands were covered in lush greenery.
"Yes, the planet is fairly advanced, perhaps even as much as we are on Bok," Delia continued. "This is a total leisure-class planet! The name is Bulana. These folks are able to support themselves by the extraction of a bio-mimetic gel. It is produced by a luminescent algae grown in their oceans. Apparently, it produces so much wealth from selling it that no one else on the planet does any real work."
"What do they do all day?" asked Jinji.
"They seem to enjoy the beach," Delia replied. "It is a huge part of their culture, if these reports are any indication. The overall climate is warm, but stable."
"I do not recall any diplomatic relations with this planet," Venus commented.
"We are quite far out," Delia said. "We have been travelling for six days. Even with the advanced slipstream technology of this ship, this leg of the trip has been a long one."
Khazal turned and stretched. "Yes, we have been cooped up here too long. I suggest we rest for a bit when we get out."
"But what of the portion of the artifact?" asked Delia. "Should we not focus on finding it?"
Khazal waved her hand. "We will have time for that! The piece has been on this planet for two hundred years. Our mental state is just as important to maintain." She looked at Venus. "Of course, her greatness is in charge."
Venus smacked her lips. "I suppose a bit of relaxation would be in order."
Delia smiled and typed in commands for entering sub-orbit. "We will land on the island showing where the piece was marked as being."
The ship landed on a designated touchdown spot. They were within walking distance of the beach. There was also a paved pathway before the beach, with many shops and restaurants.
"Is anyone hungry?" asked Delia.
They all agreed to go eat first. They had a nice outdoor dining experience, with a kind of slippery fish and a lot of fresh fruits. The waitress was distinctly bronzy, as if she had been tanning for some time. Delia had made arrangements to do a currency exchange for Bulanan money through her hand-comm. They now had enough to allow themselves to do some proper shopping.
"Where to next" asked Jinji.
"I wish to get to the beach," Delia said. "It is a lovely day here."
Khazal looked around. "I take it none of us thought to pack swimsuits. There is a shop right over there." It was a large clothing and accessory shop with glass doors that opened up to the beach. The four women went over to have a look.
The woman at the register perked up when they went in. "Women! Please--come in! You will love what we have to offer."
The women all picked out some nice accessories, such as hats and sunglasses, as well as towels to lie on. "You ladies had better get something to cool off with as well," the cashier told them. "It can get as hot as twenty-five degrees Centigrade today!"
The Boccan women paused, then went unto uproarious laughter. "Madam," Delia managed as she stifled herself. "You must go to Bok someday. We get fifty degrees at times."
"Bok?" The cashier squinted. "Oh, you're from another planet? I never heard of Bok. Well, welcome! We love tourists out this way."
Venus picked up a string bikini and examined it, then took a confused look around the shop. "Shopkeep, I have seen a lot of swimwear, but there seems to be a component missing." She held up the bottoms with her fingertips. "I see the lower part, but there is no...
upper
part."
The cashier looked shocked. "What--you are not thinking of covering your breasts on the beach, are you?" It was her turn to laugh wildly. "Oh no! You must be from another planet after all. We would never cover our breasts out on the beach! It is a grievous insult."
"Wait--we
have
to show our breasts out there?" Venus looked ready to fall over.
"This is all part of following other peoples' customs, love," the cashier replied. "You'll be laughed right off the beach otherwise. C'mon! They're only tits, girl!"
The Boccans decided to pick out their respective bikini bottoms and try them on in the fitting rooms. They all went to a private room and got stripped off.
The first out was Jinji, who had on a lovely pink thong that curved up around her tight little ass. She checked herself out in the full-length mirror, doing a few jumps to shake her boobs. She turned to the cashier. "What do you think?"
The cashier looked impressed. "Now that's fitting in! You look so beautiful! Oh, and that red skin of yours--I assumed you tanned all the time to look like that."
Next came out Khazal, who had on a white whale tail. She got a good look at her friend standing there topless. "Looking good, girl."
Jinji struck a flirty pose. "Oh, you have the bigger ones."
Khazal smirked. "Yours are so perky, though."
Next to emerge was Delia, and she had everyone's attention. Delia had the fullest tits anyone could ask for, to go with a near-perfect hourglass figure. She had on an orange strip just barely covering her pussy, suspended over her hips by two strands. She also had on aviator-style sunglasses.
"By the goddesses, girl," Jinji gasped.
The cashier was ecstatic. "Now those are titties! You will attract so much attention!" Jinji and Khazal started to feel self-conscious with the six-foot stunner standing there with her succulent jugs and nipples you could hang your coat on.
Last to exit was Venus, who was in a modest black bikini bottom. She had her arms draped up over her tits and looking sheepish.
The cashier clicked her tongue. "No, no! You need to show them off!"
