There were only a few things Lorelei found more annoying than group assignments. She was at the top of her class at the imperial academy of magic and every time the other members of the team would share the credit for the perfect work she did. It was especially annoying when her team was a section of mortal races. As an immortal elf, she had an affinity and natural skill with magic that they simply lacked.
So it was no wonder Lorelei stared with open annoyance at the two humans who had been assigned to be in her team this time around. Even as they were the same age as her they had hideous short brown beards and stared at her with faces of fools. Either they were dumb or incapable of resisting their base sexual urges to the point they could just stare at the beautiful elf in awe. Lorelei was usually convinced it was both.
"I'm Ethan, this is Isaac," the louder of the two humans in green robes introduced. The fabric was the most colorful thing about the two. Even their eyes were of the same boring brown color as their hairs. The only tolerable feature they had was both of them were young enough to not have yet wrinkled behind the beards like their kind used to do.
"I know, you told that at the entrance ceremony," Lorelei voiced while rolling her green eyes that almost matched the robes they were wearing. Unlike the humans, her red silky hair was well combed and put into a simple ponytail to keep it out of the way. Just thinking how disgusting having hair all over once face was making her shiver.
"That was two years ago," Ethan uttered with a weird tilt in his eyes. Just the tone Lorelei had used was enough to make him feel berated.
"And? Don't expect everybody having as bad of memory as a human," Lorelei shrugged. "I trust you creeps remember my name since you keep leering at me during classes."
"Excuse me?" Ethan voiced with borderline disbelief in his eyes. He had definitely heard Lorelei talk before but he had never been personally subjected to her comments as she never spoke without someone else initiating it.
"Can we just focus on the task and get it done," Isaac interjected and stepped between the two. He had personally worked with Lorelei before on an assignment so he knew it was better to just get it over and done with as fast as possible.
"Yes, we should focus on that before one of you ages up and dies," Lorelei shrugged and turned to face the rock they were supposed to shape into a new guardian golem for the academy. As they all were earth element mages most applications of their magic were for construction or shaping all kinds of things.
"Just focus on getting the job done, no need to talk and we can get a good grade," Isaac whispered to Ethan but Lorelei's keen elven years easily heard it.
"That's right, just shut up and let me do the base design. I'll say when it's ready for you two to help me with the shaping and empowering," Lorelei mused almost happily while laying her hands on the large rock that had been dropped by an airship a few days ago into the forest surrounding the academy.
Ethan visibly bit his jaw shut as hard as possible and formed fists with his hands. Though he did so mostly to just have something to channel his sudden burst of anger at.
Meanwhile, Isaac simply moved to better inspect the magical lines Lorelei was drawing into the stone to mark the shaping lines. The grace and detail she did so were beyond the ability of humans even if they matched the age of the elf. Though Isaac still hoped he could at least pick some techniques he could use to improve his own magical sculpting.
Lorelei went around the large rock a few times and saw glimpses of how Ethan was intensely staring at her. He was clearly struggling with some strong emotions that were aimed at her and it annoyed her a bit so she stopped drawing lines for a moment and stared him back.
"Can you stop ogling at me like some base animal in heat?" Lorelei flared with a head tilt.
"I'm not ogling," Ethan flared back and stepped closer to the elf. To most, it should have been easy to detect the anger even on his beard-covered face but it seemed Lorelei was unable to read him.
"Such dumb mortal lies, It's so obvious you can barely process being attracted to me," Lorelei voiced.
"What? There is no way I would be attracted to such an annoying pointy ear," Ethan exclaimed using the tamest insult about elves he was able to think at the moment.
"There you go again, another lie. I bet you have a boner even now to prove your mortal body is incapable of resisting my beauty," Lorelei voiced and stepped forward to grab Ethan's crotch. Her agile fingers easily found the hard cock and gripped it.
"You feel this right? Your base cock is definitely hard," Lorelei shrugged as she clearly jerked Ethan's manhood through the robes few times until he stepped back shock on his face.
"Fucking slut, what the hell are you doing?" Ethan flared even as his cock was left to an angle that clearly showed his erection through the robes. Though as he moved it soon slipped into hiding.
"What's the big deal? I'm just proving your lie so you know better not to lie next time," Lorelei voiced with a shrug.
"So you saying it's not a big deal to grab someone's crotch?" Ethan shouted.
"Of course not, don't be dumb," Lorelei replied but a short awkward look visited her face as she realized for a moment the position she was defending. Though in the next moment she adjusted herself as she was not going to admit to a human she did anything wrong.
"Then let me check your crotch to make sure you haven't gotten wet," Ethan flared even as the anger was clearly calming on his face and replaced by something else.
"There is no way I would get wet having a human anywhere close to me," Lorelei replied with an eye roll while she crossed her hands.
"Prove it then or I'm telling everybody you are so horny for humans that you grabbed my cock and refused to prove you are not wet after doing so," Ethan irked almost laughing. The absurdity of the situation was starting to get to him even as he just went with the flow.
