You are going to focus in on your breathing for me, focus on that deep, slow breathing for me. The human body is an amazing thing, with various responses to different stimuli. Like now, as you may have already noticed, as you allow your breathing to slow for me, your body will simply begin to relax.
You body just starts to relax down as your breathing slows and deepens. Focusing on that wonderful relaxation beginning as your breathing slows and deepens.
Now, I want you to focus on your breathing, noticing that as you breathe in, its almost as if you're breathing in pure relaxation, warm and deep and calming. That warmth and relaxation filling your lungs. You might not notice that warmth at first, and that's okay, but with each breath in that warmth will grow. Feeling so good as it very gradually fills your lungs for me. With each breath out, allow all stress and tension and worry to just flow out of your body, allowing your body to just stop moving for a little while. Of course, you could move, you just don't want to right now, and that's okay.
Let that warmth grow in your lungs for me, allowing your chest to expand with each breath. Just letting it grow as you continue to relax, letting it increase with each lovely, slow, deep breath in.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, breath by breath, that warmth can grow in your lungs, feeling so good, so calm, so relaxed and blissful. Each breath just adding to that relaxation, that bliss in your body.
Allow that warmth to start to radiate from your lungs now. Radiating into your heart. Let your heart gently begin to fill with this bliss too, that warmth, that relaxation flowing into your heart for me.
Letting your heartbeat slow as your body just relaxes completely. Of course, you could move, but right now you don't want to. Right now, you don't want to do anything but read and relax and follow. And that's okay. Felling so good and warm and calm, as each breath brings in a new amazing wave of warmth and bliss and relaxation into your body. Each heartbeat letting you sink more.
With each heartbeat you find your blood is imbued with that amazing calm. With each heartbeat you can feel your blood becoming warm and thick and full of that relaxation. With each heartbeat letting your blood flow like syrup in your veins, melting away ay stress and tension in your body.
