CW/DISCLAIMER: This is a Hypnotic induction. It has imagery of the reader riding down an elevator into trance- if you have claustrophobia read this at your own discretion. This journey culminates in a wonderful and powerful orgasm for the reader. If this isn't your thing, please steer clear, there is plenty of great stuff on this website, this just isn't for you. If you are still interested, read on, and enjoy...
The fastest way to descend into a trance isn't the stairs, it's an elevator. Often when people are being hypnotised they will be asked to imagine themselves slowly descending a flight of stairs. Letting their mind go a little- step by step. Letting their brain empty piece by piece as they focus deeply on the words in and around them.
Maybe the hypnotist would tell them that as they descend the stairs their mind would grow darker as the delve deeper into their own subconsciousness. Maybe they'd be told that somewhere down the line the hypnotist's words will echo within their mind like a voice down a corridor.
But we aren't going to do that. The fastest way to descend down into trance isn't the stairs, it's the elevator.
So, I'm not going to ask you to start walking down the stairs. I'm not going to ask you to let your mind empty as you gently step down and down for me. I'm going to ask you to take some time to just get into the elevator. I'm going to ask you to allow yourself to, for a little while be in that little box, where it's just you, the closing doors and the sound system.
It might be difficult to picture at first, and that's okay, it's simply a metaphor.
You don't have to imagine yourself standing there with the gentle, calming music playing in the background.
You don't have to imagine that my words are laying just under the music.
You don't have to imagine the doors closing leaving you there with just my voice and that music as your mind may begin to descend.
You don't have to imagine a number denoting the floor you are at, knowing that as that number decreases your mind will descend. You don't have to imagine that number, for example, saying: 10.
You don't have to imagine any of that, because it's just a metaphor.
It's a metaphor that implies you are alone, with just me and my words, and it's a metaphor that implies that you are steadily descending. We construct the metaphor within your mind as it the mind that will descend. It is the mind that will make its way down and down with that gentle music playing in the background.
We allow the metaphor to be an elevator instead of stairs because here you don't have to do any of the work. You don't have to take the time to step further and further into trance, it's just something that naturally happens.
When you're in an elevator you don't have to step, or pace, the elevator does the work for you. You simply descend and don't have to do anything to cause it to happen. Crucially; you don't have to do anything to continue to make it happen. As soon as those doors close you simply begin to descend further and allow yourself to relax. You wouldn't have to do anything at all to let the floor number become 9.
There is nothing you need to do. Nothing you need to contribute. Nothing to worry about as the elevator can do it all for you. Letting your mind juts drift further and further down.
We construct the metaphor of the elevator to allow you to isolate yourself from your surroundings. To let my words float around and through you. All the while your mind just keeps descending, sinking, emptying. It's something that's so easy to do, because when one is in an elevator one doesn't have to do anything at all. Just dropping and drifting and emptying.
All the while my words are coming from those speakers, helping you to sink further and deeper.
The fastest way to descend into trance is in an elevator and you're doing such a good job. Of course it is just a metaphor. Unless you've already began to construct it around you. To isolate yourself with just my words under the gentle smooth jazz of elevator music. You may have allowed the metaphor to become your reality as you can feel your body sinking with your mind. You may have begun to picture the doors or the walls, or a slight ding as you reach the number 8.
Your body is doing nothing, it doesn't have to walk, doesn't have to descend the stairs. Just by doing nothing you want to continue to do nothing. To sink and empty and descend. The fastest way to descend into your own mind is to just exist in that elevator as it forces you to descend and empty.
Right now, you don't need to do anything at all. You can just relax as your mind continues to descend and my words continue to echo through your brain. 7.
Just a tiny little metaphor. Just one metaphor that you may have accidentally indulged yourself in. You may have accidentally started to picture the environment in the back of your mind. Just one little metaphor that is just so much faster than having to take the stairs.
Every time one enters an elevator though, there is a destination we want to reach. So, we may begin to ask ourselves why we let our mind go so deep in this elevator. Why we decided to take the time to go so blank and deep. Why we allowed ourselves to just entirely relax and give in and descend. Of course, at this point there is no way out of the elevator until we reach our destination, so we can simply enjoy the journey and find out later what awaits us. 6.
The journey is just so nice though, that gentle music playing in the background, underwritten with my words, so relaxed, so deep, so empty.
No need to move.
No need to think.
Because that's the beauty of an elevator, we don't need to step, we don't need to walk, we just relax, and the descent is inevitable. The descent and utter bliss are entirely inevitable. My words clouding your thoughts and wrapping around your brain. 5.
No need to move.
No need to think.
No need to do anything at all as sinking and dropping is something that is entirely natural. Doesn't require any effort, doesn't require any force on my part or yours. And it feels so good to just be so calm and empty. 4.
Relaxed and controlled and peaceful and blissful. A mind enraptured in its own tiny world, surrounded by words and ideas that just aren't your own, because you left your own thoughts on a much higher floor. 3.
And you know as well as I do, once we reach the ground floor, the very core of your mind, there will be no thoughts left. Just wanting to follow. 2.
We are approaching that final floor quite rapidly now. Feeling so incredibly good that you've sunk so incredibly far. Descending without effort. Blank without any stress. Because the fastest way to descend isn't via a set of stairs. 1.
One final floor left until your mind is just all the way gone and we can explore the ground floor, to learn a little about our destination into your brain. As you're so ready to sink, give in and let those doors open. Ground floor.
The other side of those doors something is waiting for you. When those doors slowly open the room will be flooded with a warm golden light. When those metal doors slowly slide open for you your body will be flooded with a wonderful golden light.
Those doors are opening now.
If you want, you can begin to walk out into that light. Into that wonderful warm, golden light that can just gently warm your skin. Like the most marvellous summer's day. Just feeling so good as you can bask in that brilliant light.
And wherever your body is exposed to that light just feels so good.
