Quaranteam: Team Tim
The_Licentious_Laureate
Chapter 12.
Tim has a busy day!
Saturday, 25th July 2020
Tim awoke a little after 7am, as was his norm. Strangely, no one was cuddled up to him, although all three of the young women were still in the bed. Looking over at Jenny lying behind Rana, he saw her looking back at him.
"Are we doing this?" she asked.
"Yeah, let's," he replied, starting to get up.
Jenny was able to get out of the bed quicker as she was nearer the edge. Sprinting to the bathroom, Jenny was sitting on the loo smiling back at Tim when he made it through the door. Tim brushed his teeth and had finished by the time Jenny flushed and he quickly replaced her at the toilet, standing to pee. Jenny just stood and watched Tim pee and didn't look away until he'd finished.
"Did you enjoy watching?" Tim asked.
"Yeah. You could have watched me too, you know."
"Would you like me to?"
"I love you watching me, whatever I'm doing," Jenny retorted.
In the dressing room, Jenny selected a colour-coordinated set of Adidas running gear while Tim put on a different mix of brands, today wearing a tee shirt and shorts.
"Do you have any running clothes that actually match?"
"Does it matter? No one's really looking."
"I'm looking. And you need some new running kit."
"I'm comfortable in what I've got, they're like old friends."
"Well, I think that you need some new friends. Don't you ever look at new gear?"
"Yeah, but they're always so expensive."
"Of course, you understand that that's not a problem now. What would you buy if money wasn't an issue?"
"I've always liked Asics gear," Tim conceded, "so I'd probably look at what they're currently offering first. And then maybe Under Armour or New Balance. But the brand isn't the biggest thing for me, I'm more about the comfort."
Jenny and Tim were still talking about running gear as they left the master bedroom, where they found Kate waiting for them, suitably attired for running with the non-standard addition of a Glock 9mm pistol in a shoulder holster. The three of them made their way downstairs, with Tim and Jenny stopping at the back door to collect their running shoes and put them on before stepping outside. Walking out of the back door, they were met by Ash who was also dressed for running, probably in some of Jenny's hand-me-downs, Tim thought, looking at the brands.
"You coming too, Ash?" Tim enquired.
"Yeah, I wanna get fitter," Ash replied, falling in with the others, Kate staying a couple of metres or so behind the other three.
"Have you done much running before?" Jenny asked Ash as she moved to place the younger woman between herself and Tim.
"A bit at school, you know like cross country," Ash offered. "But since I woke up after my vaccination, I seem to 'ave a lot more energy."
"I think we all do," commented Tim. "I definitely have more stamina for certain things."
"Yeah, like fucking us girls," remarked Jenny with a laugh.
"You're not complaining, are you?" Tim replied, looking intently at her.
"Most definitely not!" Jenny stated enthusiastically. "You can fuck me any time, night or day."
"Me too," offered Ash more quietly.
Tim grabbed both young women around their waists, one with each arm, and pulled them to him, kissing first Jenny and then Ash. "You're two wonderful women and I'm lucky to have either of you," he stated.
"Seriously, Tim? I'm just the 'elp," remarked Ash.
Tim turned to face Ash, putting his hands on her hips. "Ash, you're not just anything. You've as much right to be here as anyone else. You may not have a degree but the house wouldn't function without you. Plus, you keep surprising us with what you can do. I think everyone in the house, me included, is looking forward to getting their hair cut when you're set up."
"God yes," interjected Jenny. "You don't know how much I've missed being able to get my hair cut since we went into lockdown. You don't do manicures as well, do you?"
"Sorry," Ash replied with a laugh. "I could 'ave a look at some YouTube videos, though. It can't be as 'ard to learn as 'airdressin'."
"You know that I was joking, don't you Ash?"
"Yeah I do. But I'd do it if it 'elps. I feel I owe you all so much."
Jenny wrapped her arms around Ash, giving her a hug. "Now don't you go talking like that. Everyone I care about in the whole world is now living in this house, and that includes you."
"What's that about haircuts?" Kate enquired, stepping up behind them and tugging at her own hair.
"Ash was training to be a hairdresser before lockdown and, after finding this out the other day, Rana has ordered some equipment for her so that she can cut our hair," Jenny explained. "I don't think that they were in yesterday's deliveries, so hopefully they'll arrive today."
By now, the four of them were standing at what Tim considered the start of the circuit. Tim looked at Ash. "Don't try to keep up with Jenny and me if you're struggling," he told her, "and don't think that you have to run as far as Jenny and I do as we're likely to run four laps of the estate, which is a little over 8 kilometres."
"Oh good," Kate exclaimed. "A decent distance for a morning run, we should all work up a good appetite."
With that, they all set off for their run. With all the banter, Tim forgot to start his Garmin, but Jenny set the GPS on her Apple Watch. Tim took it reasonably slowly for him and Ash was able to keep up for the first lap. By the time they were half way round the second lap, she'd started to drop behind as both Tim and Jenny had upped their pace and Kate was only a couple of strides behind them. Ash stopped running after 21/2 laps, walking between the house and stables to their starting point at the north of the circuit. Tim slowly wound up the pace, with Jenny keeping up most of the way, finishing only a couple of metres behind him as they completed the four laps.
Ash had completely recovered from her run by the time Tim and Jenny stopped, although there were visible perspiration stains on her outfit.
"Wow, that was awesome. You guys are just so good."
"Thanks," Tim panted. "Are you wanting to join us regularly?"
"Yeah, if you don't mind."
"Not at all, the more the merrier."
"I'll probs need some more kit, though. Jenny gave me this lot, but I can't be washin' it ev'ry day."
"Oh, I'm planning on ordering quite a bit more running gear soon as Tim needs all his changed anyway," Jenny informed her young friend. "I mean, just look at what he's wearing today. Nothing goes with anything else. So we'll order some new kit for you as well and I'll let you have a couple more sets of mine to tide you over."
Tim, diplomatically, kept his mouth shut.
