Unlike many other stories that are based on fantastic imagination or pure fantasy, the FIRST few chapters in this one are based on a life story of one of my friends. The first time I heard it (About 5 years ago), I wasn't sure how much of it was true. So 'David' introduced me to 'Debbi', who verified it!

I changed the names of the characters involved. I showed him the story and asked if I could publish it.
At the time he refused, because certain people could still recognize 'David', 'Debbi' or other characters.
These days 'David' is already retired.
The other persons had no objection to publicize it (As is)...
BTW, just before I sent it to Literotica, 'David' told me, "If you think that my story is so unethical - I have one thing to add. I've met other doctors, including psychiatrists who did much worse...
