This is a follow up to my Dripping Landlord story. It's a prequel and the Dripping Landlord is still being worked on but I wanted to explore a different perspective in the building.

Jessica huffed in frustration at the game over screen and took her headphones off. She glanced out her window and sighed again. She had come so close to the furtherest she'd ever gotten in a dead cells run only to flub an attack and die. Now the sun was on the verge of setting and she needed to get moving if she was gonna go on her daily walk.
Throwing on a sweater she left her apartment. As she did she nearly bumped into her new next door neighbor in her apartment. A tall handsome man. He was holding a a comically tall stack of boxes and the near miss caused the top one to wibble wobble topple. She snagged it as it fell.
"Wow" the man said. "Impressive."
Jessica blushed. "I'm so sorry."
"Not at all!" The man responded. "I'm the one barrelling through here with eight million boxes."
"When did you move in?" Asked Jessica immediately cursing herself for her social ineptness.
The man looked at the boxes and then back at her meaningfully.
"Right of course, right" Jessica said.
"I'm David by the way"
"Oh my god I'm so sorry, I'm Jessica."
"I'm gonna set these down and we can do proper introductions." David said
David stepped into his apartment. Jessica realized she was still holding his other box and called after him.
"You want me to bring this one in too?"
"If you don't mind." He responded.
Jessica followed him into the apartment. It was chaotic and scattered with half packed boxes. Jessica didn't look much not wanting to pry but did see a number of cables and speakers laying around.
David turned towards her and she looked up at him. He was fiddling with something in his pocket.
DRIP DRIP DRIP
Jessica shook her head trying to shake loose whatever thought had lodged there.
David held out his hand.
"I'm David." He said
Jessica blushed as she took his hand.
"And you are Jessica." He added.
"That's me!" She squeaked.
"Do you live right next door?" He asked
Jessica nodded.
"Well I'd love to have you over for a drink sometime and get to know you a little." He smiled.
Jessica stared at him a moment, imagining a candle lit dinner with this handsome man.
"Yeah... yes, after you get all settled in." She stuttered out.
David smiled at her.
DRIP DRIP DRIP
She shook her head again the hazy feeling disapating.
"Well just knock on my door whenever" she said.
Jessica practically fled the interaction her heart beating so fast. She felt certain she had fucked up in some way but she breathed as she walked.
She was a little awkward, maybe, but that was no reason to let her anxiety win.
He had invited her over. She had made a friend. Jessica thought of David's height and toned muscles. Maybe more than a friend.
The next night Jessica was all curled up in bed reading a book. She was naked under her blankets and her eyelids were struggling to stay open. Sleep was fast approaching to claim her.
DRIP DRIP DRIP
Her half lidded eyes drifted shut and she set the book down on her nightstand. And image of David's kind face filled her mind
DRIP DRIP DRIP
Jessica smiled in her half asleep state. Her hands roamed her body. Smooth skin and tangled hair. Her nipples sparking as she massaged them with one hand.
Heat built in her groin.
Low moans trickled out. Her silky smooth blankets cool against her hot body.
DRIP DRIP DRIP
Jessica's eyes opened slightly. Her hands massaging and rubbing across her tits and belly.
