This story is a work of fiction. I have not knowingly written about any person or event. If the characters' actions are similar to a real person or event, I apologise and will edit the story should this be brought to my attention.
I am pleased to present the next chapter of this story, "My Destiny." This section follows the main character, Elizabeth, as she turns 18 and offers the ultimate gift of love to her dear friends.
My story is still set in Australia, and while I continue to keep the unique terms and slang to a minimum, I have continued to include Aussie terminology to keep the story unique while also giving you a laugh.
All those who participate in sexual activities are above the legal age of consent. While there are references to Bi Sexual activities along with Incest activities, the story remains centred on the female same-sex desires and adventures of the main characters.
Thanks for being patient with the time lag between chapters; while the whole story has been written, each chapter is being fine-tuned with the grateful feedback from you, the readers.
Please enjoy this latest addition to my story.
Following the mid-year break, the mood amongst my friends changed. It was time to complete our outstanding assignments and prepare for our final exams. Despite this, my friends couldn't help but count down the days until my 18
th
birthday. This annual event didn't hold much excitement for me, but for my friends it was a huge milestone that needed to be celebrated, and I must admit their enthusiasm did rub off on me a bit.
However, despite the increased workload with school and exams, I was excited about another important date on my calendar: the first Saturday in August. This was the date Annie and Michael celebrated Annies birthday and their wedding anniversary. This year was an extra special milestone for them, ten years married but twenty years together. They met in high school and discovered that love at first sight was real for them. I loved this wonderful couple like they were my own family. They have always been there for me, especially Annie, who was the first smile I saw when I arrived in Australia a year before. They were the perfect couple in every sense, except they could not have a family. Annie had lost the ability to have children as a result of childhood cancer, and to date, their efforts to adopt were thwarted by mountains of red tape. It was tough on them as they both wanted children but accepted the loss as fate.
With Bella, Sophie, and Julie's help, we planned a surprise party for them for the coming weekend; we even arranged for Bella's parents to attend. To keep them out of the way, Stephen and Sophie gave them a room so they could relax and stay out of sight.
With the weekend party all set, I surprised Annie and Michael with a romantic dinner on their actual anniversary. Annie asked that I join them, and while I initially put up a half-arsed argument about it being their romantic evening, she put her foot down and insisted, precisely what I had hoped for.
The meal, as usual, was fantastic, and the wine was the best available. When dessert was served, I raised my glass of ginger beer, made a toast to their happiness, and gave them a kiss and hug, which they returned in kind. I then gave them a gift I had planned since the beginning of the year. When Annie unwrapped the gift, she found a silver document scroll for birth certificates and a silver christening cup. They both looked at me in confusion and shock; I guess at first, they worried I was pregnant, but when I explained my intention, A whole other set of emotions rolled over them. I wanted them to use me as a surrogate so they could have the family they had always desired.
After the shock subsided, the inevitable arguments and pushback commenced. Annie started with an absolute NO! But I was ready to counter her first emotive responses and keep the discussions on an even keel. I bought in my health, timing and, more importantly, love and consent. I also slipped in that I hoped to fall pregnant on my 18
th
birthday.
Michael sat quietly, listening to Annie and me argue and counter-argue points. When I say argue, there were no raised voices, hate or pain, and we held hands throughout. I knew her resolve was wavering when she started to repeat questions, which was when Michael stepped in and told me they needed time to discuss this offer, which, not unwelcome, would change all our lives. They loved me dear and didn't want to see me hurt in any way. We all agreed to keep our conversation secret. The conversation became a little stifled for the remainder of the evening, which was no surprise given the bombshell I had dropped, but when they dropped me back to my accommodation, we all hugged before saying good night. Apart from handing a copy of all my legal and medical research along with my medical profile to Annie the following day, we dropped the subject so they could have time to discuss it privately.
The surprise party was an absolute blast. How we managed to keep it secret was beyond me. We contacted and invited the members of their wedding party and the surviving members of their families. Stephen and Michael's best man shared the master of ceremony duties, and between them, there was no shortage of yarns and laughter. We got kicked out of the restaurant late, with most guests heading to their accommodation while my close friends headed back to Sophie and Stephen's place for some late drinks and "after parties". Bella and I excused ourselves from the extra gathering as I had already stopped my birth control and didn't want to run the risk. Instead, we returned to our rooms and made love until we fell asleep.
A month went by since the evening when I made my very personal offer to Annie and Michael, and to say the silence between us was deafening would be an understatement. I had heard nothing and was starting to worry I had fucked up our relationship. Then I received a note in my mailbox inviting me to dinner the coming Friday.
I worked myself up to a nervous wreck as I walked into the restaurant; I loved Michael and Annie unconditionally, and my offer to carry their child was a gift I wanted to give, but I knew this was their decision alone to make. The small talk between us as our meal started was murder; we were fighters in a ring circling each other, and the tension was unnerving. Eventually, Michael reached over, held my hand, and told me they would like to accept my life-changing offer and start a family with my love and help. I got up and knelt between them, and we all hugged our tears filled with love and happiness.
