The next morning James managed to wake up early again and beat Anna to the kitchen. He busied himself with cleaning up until she labored in like she did the morning before. James knew now not to talk to her until she was drinking her coffee.
He decided to wear a similar outfit like he wore yesterday with tight shorts and a muscle shirt. She was wearing an identical outfit from the morning before with short cotton shorts and a tight fitting shirt that barely covered her enormous chest.
"Good morning, thanks for cleaning up." She said.
"You're welcome." He responded.
"I missed you last night, how come you didn't stop by?" She asked to his surprise.
"I didn't want to overstep my welcome. I thought you might want your space." He managed to say.
"No, it was kinda lonely, I like having you around. I don't want to overstep either, but unless you want space my door is always open." She said with a smile.
"Okay, you asked for it. I am going to be over here all the time now." He said jokingly.
"Good." She said with finality. "I am ready for a good workout today!" She said with excitement.
"That's great, I will take you through a typical workout I do." James said.
"I can't wait, I need to get my fuel first." She said as she made her way to the refrigerator.
"Let me help you out." James offered.
He got busy making her breakfast as she continued to drink her coffee and like the day before started working on a list of to-dos for the day.
When she was done she handed the list over and started to eat her breakfast. The first thing on the list was "Workout with me". He thought it was cute how she wrote that in and scanned the rest of the list. It was pretty straight forward again, daily groceries, keep the kitchen picked up and a couple other little things.
They made small talk while she ate and was soon done and sipping her second cup of coffee.
"Why don't you head down and start warming up and I will change and meet you down there." She offered.
"Okay, see you down there." James said as he headed toward the basement.
He got downstairs and hit the stationary bike to start warming up. He did that for about 15 minutes and then started looking around the gym to familiarize himself with her equipment. It was a really nice setup. It looked like she had everything he needed to do a full workout.
Just as James started to wonder when she might be down, Anna came strutting into the gym looking breathtaking as always. She had her beautiful golden blond hair pulled back in a tight ponytail. Her hair looked smooth and shiny like silk threads.
She had on a sports bra that like everything she owned looked like it was loaded to the max but was managing to hold her massive chest and still showed an incredible amount of cleavage. The top came down just below her breasts and was snug against her body leaving her entire torso exposed.
Her bottoms looked basically like a bikini but were a little sportier, like what female beach volleyball players wear. They were also really tight and came across low on her hips like a second skin. The back barely covered half of her butt.
James would have thought by now he was used to seeing Anna in such skimpy clothing, but it still shocked him as he looked at her wide eyed with desire.
To Anna's credit she either didn't care that James stood there speechless or she was so used to it that she showed no sign of noticing. She went straight to the stationary bike and started to get warmed up herself.
"Do about 10-15 minutes on the bike and then we will get started." James instructed.
"Okay." She said between heavy breaths.
James couldn't help himself and would steal glances at Anna as she was warming up on the bike. Her massive breasts hung way down as she was bent over the bike pumping hard. They swayed back and forth and bounced around seductively with every pump.
Anna could feel his eyes on her, she didn't blame him and kind of liked it. She was also used to men not being able to control themselves around her and found it easier to just pretend she didn't notice and let them stare.
She decided to put a little extra kick in her swaying and really give him a show. Her head was down but she could see his massive erection pushing on his shorts. He didn't try to hide it anymore and stood there proudly with what looked like a cucumber in his shorts.
Anna was already making plans for how she was going to have fun with him today. She was amazed he hadn't made a move on her yet and loved driving him wild with her advances.
"So what kind of workout do you have planned for me today?" Anna asked looking up to meet James eyes.
"We are going to be doing the five-by-five program today, have you heard of it?" He asked.
"No, I don't think so." She responded.
"Well we will be working the whole body, doing exercises that target the main muscle groups. You would usually do 5 sets with 5 reps so plan on the weights being a little heavier than you would use with higher rep sets." James explained.
"Okay, sounds good."
"Since it sounds like you haven't done a workout like this before I think we will start out with 3 sets instead of 5 to see how you do."
"You're the boss."
She finished up with her warm up on the bike and got off to get her instruction from James. He walked her through a short stretching exercise and before long they were ready to start lifting.
"We will start with barbell squats. Really push yourself and think about how much you think you can do. Remember you only need to do 5 reps each set." James said.
"Okay, I will try 3 plates on each side." She said as she started to load up 45 pound plates on one side.
"Wow, really!! That is 325 pounds!!" James said with awe.
"Yeah, that shouldn't be a problem." Anna said confidently.
James shrugged and started loading up the plates on the other side. He was amazed she could do this much and couldn't wait to see her in action. This weight wasn't much less than what he does.
They finished loading up the weights and Anna confidently positioned herself under the bar and gave a couple of deep breaths. She hoisted the weight up with no problem backed out of the rack a couple of steps and immediately lowered herself into a deep squat.
Her butt looked amazing when she tensed it at the top of the rep. They rose up into two large balls that looked hard but still soft with a healthy layer of fat over them.
