Once, there was a man named Henry. Henry enjoyed playing Genshin Impact. Over the years, the novelty of the game had been lost. Each new log-in felt more and more like a chore, but he kept playing. He was especially attached to the characters. He used Eula and Ganyu for any situation. Though he wouldn't want to admit it, it was mostly because of their alluring design.
Of course that also meant he'd perfected them by now. Both were at Level 90, with 5 star Weapons and ideal Artifacts to match. It was easier to accomplish than he expected, as the 2 girls were his primary focus.
When he flew as Eula, he couldn't help but angle the camera to oggle at her curvaceous backside. Similarly, he was amazed at how Ganyu's skin-tight top left almost nothing to the imagination. One fateful evening, Henry made an impulsive decision. Almost everything was the same as always. Except, there was a new offering in the game's shop.
Eula had received her first Skin, named "Royal Dedication". This caught Henry by surprise. There was no prior announcement, nor has he seen it be discussed by leakers beforehand. The portrait preview didn't do it enough justice though, so he eagerly inspected the full model.
What made Eula always stand out was her height of 5'8". One of the tallest playable women in the game, strong-willed and confident. Her light-blue hair was in theme with her cryo ability.
He was stunned. At first glance, it seemed like there wasn't even much of a change. And yet, there was some sort of "aura" she gave off. So... inviting. And comforting. The few actual changes he did notice, was that all the unnecessary frill and decorations were removed. That included her annoying cape, which, at times, obstructed the view of her backside.
It also seemed like her hair might've been just a bit longer, and maybe even her breasts looked a tad firmer. Henry didn't care for exact details, however. This Skin spoke to him. Like it was a missing piece, waiting to fulfill his life. For the first time, he gave in and spent cash on Genshin.
So now what? The day went on. Soon it was weeks, and the tedium started to take reign again. Without actively realizing, Henry had been almost exclusively using Eula and her team ever since he bought the new outfit.
Though he was in the same spot as before, close to burning out and leaving the game be, this time it was different. He didn't want the money he spent to feel like a waste. At the same, time, all the work he put into collecting and improving the characters made him value the game.
He was stuck. Mentally, that is. Henry laid down the controller to introspect. Eula was left standing, looking at the wall of the guild building he paused on. Just at that moment, it felt like Eula could feel his anguish. "Now is not the time for regrets. After all, you have me. So cheer up, will you?" Eula spoke. Was that a new voice line for standing idle? Henry had never heard it before. He chalked it up to a lapse of memory and turned the game off for today.
Another day, four more daily missions. Henry wasn't as enthusiastic about it, but it would be a fine way to keep him busy for the at least 20 minutes, before he would leave to meet his friends. He could already tell, today's missions would be unnecessarily drawn out again. To give himself a boost of motivation, he slowly panned over Eula's Skin again, taking in her beauty.
It did in fact look like she was curvier in the outfit. He compared it by swapping between her and Rosaria, another curvy girl Henry had a liking for. Even her thighs filled out more, raising more attention to her butt and curvaceous hips. He couldn't help but get a boner at that sight. "Ugh, not again". The intimate times were cut short as Henry noticed the first mission.
"This would be much easier with Ganyu, but..." He fell short of completing that sentence, almost as if he didn't want to hurt Eula by calling her useless. It was true though. Her reach via greatsword couldn't compare to that of an archer. It made many tasks slightly more tedious.
On his way to the mission, he could've sworn something was off. He reached the halfway point faster than usual, and even with more stamina to spare. Then Eula chimed in again: "Come now, I won't keep you restless. Name your order and I shall provide." He realized now that her legs were looking... stronger. Not just the upper region, but also her calves and feet were growing, expanding, and improving.
Eula almost wanted to add "I do this not just for my honor as a noble, but for our relationship.". But she felt like that would be too direct and scare off Henry, so she instead went with a generic "Let's Go!", which any other lifeless character spouts whenever they are ordered to run.
All the while, Eula couldn't hold back a few grunts. They sounded like they might've been from exhaustion, but in reality, the growth made her feel... pleasurable.
By the end of the trip she was about half an inch taller. The black heel-boots still carried Eula steadily, though they definitely felt snug. It was tough to tell the difference during a full sprint.
Once she got there, the burly enemies were a nuisance as usual. The game heavily punished stubborn players. When an enemy had a wooden shield, that meant you'd have to swap to a character with a favorable element, which Eula's ice was not.
At this point, Henry had to accept he can't stay solo with Eula throughout the entire game. Not like it was any different from before, but the realization still left him disappointed. Once he swapped her out, the joy he felt just a moment ago faded, and after the dailies were done, he went on to meet his friends like he planned to.
