Class Monitors Get to Cane Ch. 02

This story is set in a special high school that attracts bright students preparing for college who need more time to mature. The school hires mostly outstanding younger teachers and encourages their employment of traditional discipline, such as spanking to maintain the focus on academics and personal growth. The school's operation is explained further in the first chapter. This school has also been the setting of several stories by my friend, Susan Greenway, involving the characters Jack, Lucy Benton and Lauren Kaden. The story involves severe discipline, including spanking and caning, as well as bodily functions. If any of those topics offend you, please read no further. As noted below, the girls in the story are at least 18 years old.
After two weeks, Anne Smithers was pleased at how the assistance she was receiving from two 18-year-old sophomore girls in maintaining order in her senior English class, made up of 20-year-olds, was working. Laura and Barbara, the sophomore monitors, had settled into their desks at the rear corners of the classroom; few of the seniors now challenged their authority to award naughty marks in Conduct or even cane them.
Miss Smithers was in a good mood when she had her weekly meeting with her monitors. She particularly liked these two girls, who seemed mature beyond their status as sophomores. Indeed, she was contemplating initiating a process that was available to promote them to become seniors. She knew they would need to use all their social skills to succeed amid the current seniors whom the two now disciplined as monitors, but if Laura and Barbara wanted this promotion, she was ready to put them in for it and expected it would be approved.
The teacher asked if they felt there were any particular or special issues they needed her to give some attention. Laura suggested that although they very much appreciated being given the authority to use Miss Smithers's thin cane, they felt that the monitors might make good use of other implements.
"A hairbrush may remind them of being bared and spanked by their mothers at home," Laura pointed out, "and I've read that the French use the martinet to impress upon naughty girls that they are receiving a child's punishment but one which hurts almost as much as the cane's strokes."
Laura knew from conversations with Miss Keane, her mentor, that the martinet also allowed the person using it to gradually aim lower until some of the strands would land in the luckless girl's vulval slit. "It's become bad form to aim the cane between anyone's legs," Miss Keane had warned her, "but you can hit there more subtly by lowering the martinet enough so some strands strike in the most sensitive places for females."
"It sounds like you've been giving this some thought, Laura," Anne observed, "and I do appreciate your suggestions. I will provide a hairbrush and martinet to be kept in my right-hand desk drawer with my thin cane." Anne told herself that she suspected Laura was an incipient sadist and wanted badly to humiliate the senior girls in the class. Anne did feel that all the seniors needed to be taken down a peg or two and this was clearly a good way to accomplish that goal.
Later that week, Anne set some reading for the seniors to do during class because she had a planning meeting with her friend Judy Keane, Laura's and Barbara's teacher. Judy was an extremely strict teacher who used her cane in class daily. Anne had left the monitors in charge and also warned the class that if anyone misbehaved, they had the discretion to use two more implements of correction: a hairbrush and a martinet.
Nancy Hartley, who had been caned and given bad conduct marks by Laura on Laura's first day as a monitor, asked Miss Smithers if she had a particular reason to expand the range of implements. Anne said the monitors had suggested this, and she felt it gave them more discretion in awarding necessary punishments.
Nancy unwisely made her feelings known too loudly when she told her neighbor in the class, Janine Cross, that "the little twerps are getting way too big for their little panties."
Having heard the nasty remark, Anne immediately called Nancy up to her desk and told her in no uncertain terms that she should watch what she said. Nancy responded quietly that she really did believe that the monitors were acting like dominant women and that Miss Smithers needed to correct their attitude: "Miss, they look for any reason to discipline us and even humiliate us," she complained.
Anne recognized that Nancy was skating close to making the disparaging remarks that merited punishment. "Nancy, your remark was uncalled for," she warned the popular girl. "I'd like you to apologize to Laura and Barbara and we'll put this behind us."
"I did mean what I said, Miss," Nancy replied, "and any apology would be meaningless under the circumstances."
Miss Smithers now glowered at Nancy and called Laura and Barbara over.
"This girl," she said, pointing to Nancy in a deprecatory manner, "insulted the two of you and I'm going to ask you to discipline her, using the martinet."
Nancy did a double-take. She knew that the martinet was mostly used in France for punishing children, so it was humiliating for these sophomores to whip her with it. She walked up to Miss Smithers's desk and lifted her uniform skirt and then pulled down her stylish lime panties. Senior girls were permitted to wear any panties they wanted and Nancy, who found the thongs many of the others wore to be uncomfortable, preferred these hipsters.
Now Nancy was bent over the teacher's desk, with her bare bottom on display to the class. Miss Smithers ordered her harshly to spread her legs wider, and she complied with that humiliating ultimatum. Anne Smithers handed the small martinet to Barbara, allowing her to go first.
Barbara had not used a martinet before, although Miss Keane had trained the monitors well in applying the cane to naughty bottoms. Miss Smithers told her to aim for one cheek, then another, until she got a feel for directing the strands. The strands on this martinet were leather, although Miss Smithers had seen ones from France and elsewhere that had metal tips on the strands, which of course conveyed a far more painful experience for the recipient.
Nancy now was feeling Barbara's martinet strokes on her bare bottom cheeks and then at Miss Smithers's quiet urging through pointing, Barbara smiled as she now directed the strokes at Nancy's anal crack. Miss Smithers smiled at Barbara as she heeded the teacher's sadistic suggesting that Barbara gradually aim lower on Nancy's crack.
After a few more strokes, some of the strands on Barbara's martinet snapped below the anal crack right between Nancy's widely spread legs. Nancy let out a scream, embarrassed that she was letting the class know that she was hurting from the whipping, for that indeed was what it was. The martinet strands had struck between her legs and grazed her most sensitive spots in her vulva. Several more hits where the some of the lower strands landed between Nancy's legs elicited more screams from Nancy.
It was clear to both Anne and Barbara that these strokes had hit Nancy's vulva, and while in that area, the tip of her clit and the sensitive opening of her vagina, as well as her recessed anus. Now, Nancy was in enough pain to cry out that she was really sorry for what she said and would be a good girl for Miss Smithers as well as the monitors.
Anne told Barbara to stop applying the martinet to Nancy's hindquarters and slit. Miss Smithers had told both monitors to slip their panties off before the disciplining of Nancy had begun. They had wondered what she had in mind but now it became clear to them as well as to Nancy.
Miss Smithers told Nancy in a gentle tone that because she hadn't been willing to apologize earlier, when she might have avoided the disciplining entirely, she now would need to go under Laura's skirt first and kiss her deeply between her legs. "Then you will get your head under Barbara's skirt and kiss her there, too," she added.
