This was the first time Nat had attended anything even remotely related to school since he had been expelled months ago for physically dismantling a couple of the school's defensive football stars right before the playoffs when one of them tried to pull his big titted half-sister's bikini top during a tubing trip at the local river. The consensus was unanimous that Nat was responsible for the lopsided loss that eliminated the team in the first round.
The school's basketball team had also made the finals and as luck would have it they were playing the alma mater of Wanda's husband and brother-in-law. Nat wouldn't be able to sit in the section of the arena reserved for his former classmates as it wouldn't be safe but he could sit in the opposing sides section with his extended family. Nat had a weird relationship with Wanda's husband. Nat's existence had been the cause of Wanda's divorce from his father and her new husband would make references to Nat being the cause of his perfect marriage and how appreciative he was of Nat.
Even though Wanda's husband was friendly and appreciative of Nat he still rubbed Nat the wrong way. He made comments about Nat not being related to Wanda and Nat having a crush on his father's ex-wife or at least having an infatuation with the same huge breasts that every guy who met Wanda obsessed over. What really bothered Nat about Wanda's husband was that he made similar references about his relationship with his half-sister Alexis and her similar endowment that let Nat know that on some level he was sexualizing his nineteen-year-old stepdaughter and assumed Nat was also getting off on her big tits as well.
Wanda joined her husband and his brother who was married to Wanda's cousin Diana on the side of the arena reserved for the opposing side even though her daughter Alexis was a cheerleader for the other team. She was surprised at how many people had shown up for a high school basketball game even if it was the state championships. The arena was usually reserved for women's roller derby matches that had become amazingly popular in the state when the promoter had decided to up the sexuality of the skaters and to script the outcomes of the games like pro wrestling. Wanda had a chance to get in on the ground floor almost twenty years ago when the promoter tried to sign her and her new husband to a boxing exclusive contract.
The most popular part of the roller derby shows was when the referees would penalize the skaters and make them sit in the penalty box. Every girl they put in the penalty box was an automatic point when the jammers completed a lap around the rink. the fans especially loved it when two or three girls from the bad team would be crammed into the box that was located on the floor just behind one of the basketball hoops. During basketball games played in the arena, the penalty box was mostly kept behind a curtain.
Nat was having a good time despite not being able to join his former classmates on the other side of the arena. Out of nowhere, Wanda's demeanor changed. She went from having a good time watching Alexis cheer and playfully booing the other teams despite sitting in their section with her husband and his brother. Nat was able to tell her mood change was related to a trio of dark-looking men that had taken their seats a few rows away. The two older men looked like twins dressed in shiny tropical shirts and pleated slacks and thick gold chains. Both men had the same facial deformity of a droopy left eye that Wanda knew was courtesy of her ex-husband. They were with a third young man who despite only being eighteen years old looked much older and rougher than his age would indicate.
Wanda's husband also noted the trio of South American gangsters in the crowd despite not being aware of his wife's history with the older two. He reached past Nat to tap his brother on the shoulder.
"You remember those guys?" he asked nodding in the trio's direction.
"Who could forget the Chaves brothers?" his brother responded.
"I bet every girl who ever lost her cherry to one of those guys walks with a limp now." Wanda's husband remarked.
Wanda's blood ran cold as she realized what they meant about the horse-cocked violent sexual predators that apparently had gone to school with her husband. Wanda could tell that even though the twins weren't looking in her direction they were aware of her presence the way big fish are aware of baitfish.
"The Chaves boys might have been raised by the MILFyist of MILFs though." Wanda's husband said with a twinkle in his eye at the memory.
"Well, it depends on if your an assman or a boobguy." His brother replied.
Wanda realized that even though her husband recognized the dangerous men in his presence he lacked the protective instincts her former husband did. The reality that in the real world her new husband's education and powerful standing in the community made him a much more dangerous man after the fact, she missed the raw energy her first husband possessed that deterred people from fucking with his family in the first place. It was similar to the energy lion possesses in the jungle.
As Wanda was contemplating the differences between her two husbands his train of thought changed from MILFy South American Women from twenty-something years ago to the present day.
"Hey Nat, does the losing team at the state basketball championship still do the thing with the cheerleaders?" Wanda's husband asked.
"I don't know what you're talking about." Nat replied.
"Boy, I'm a lawyer. I'm the top lawyer in the state. I know lies when I hear them." Wanda's husband said amused at the young man's effort.
"Lay off the kid." his brother responded.
"Naw naw. He's not going to pretend he doesn't know what my little stepdaughter is facing if they lose." The husband responded.
"He either doesn't know, like he said, or he doesn't want to talk about his sister in front of his stepmom." the brother responded.
"One she's not his stepmom and two it's been eighteen years, let's stop pretending he's not as aware of and fascinated by the family assets." the husband joked.
"He says he doesn't know about it, he doesn't know. The world has changed since back in the nineties when we were kids." the brother responded.
"He knows. I'm sure as soon as his sister made the cheerleader squad the thought of her running around the champion player bus in nothing but her cheer panties has entered his mind at least twice a day? I bet when these guys saw Alexis was on the cheer squad they went to three-a-day practices on the weekends." Wanda's husband said.
"What are you talking about?" Wanda asked.
"There's an old legendary tradition that whichever team loses the state basketball championship game has to have their cheerleaders streak through the player bus after the game." the brother said.
