Maia Laaning

While Maia and Hans Kernumees had settled into an amicable living arrangement along with Rita Mölder for that first year academic studies at the University of Tartu, we now turn our attention to Maia's aunt, Erica Koeninger née Laaning. As we've seen Vivian Laaning, Maia's mother, had arranged for an impromptu celebration party commemorating Maia's unexpected first round victory at Wimbledon, against Gertrude Stockmann, the defending champion. The party turned into an exotic sex

orgy wherein Erica had a delightful time with Cedric Hackett, an employee at the London office of Baxter and Sons.

In fact, the tryst with Cedric was so enjoyable for Erica that it generated in her psyche, a desperate yearning for a reprise. Naturally to realize such desire was problematic, considering the fact that he lived in London, England whereas she resided in Chicago, USA. Besides that, she had been happily married to Rod Koeninger for more than two decades and she was the mother of three adult children, the youngest being Maia's age. The fact that Cedric was now twenty-three years of age, thus younger than two of her older children, and she was fifty-four was not a deterrent to Erica. Instead that was his most attractive feature to induce her to become smitten with him and crave for more action. Accordingly, Erica pestered her sister, Vivian, to use her influence with Jed Baxter to arrange for a transfer of Cedric's employment in London to the headquarters of the company in Chicago.

Because of Jed's peculiar relationship with Vivian, he was most solicitous to keep her happy. Accordingly, he was prone to grant any reasonable wish that she desired to have fulfilled. He agreed to help expedite a transfer of Cedric Hackett from his position in the human resources department of the London office to Chicago. However, Jed indicated that the caveat for such transfer to occur would require that a legitimate opening in the Chicago office should develop. And it would require further that Judy Church, the head of the Human Resources department in Chicago was satisfied that Hackett was suitable to take on the vacant position. Consequently, Erica was on pins and needles anxiously hoping for her wish to come true.

As it turned out, a suitable opening in the Human Resources department did occur near the end of January in the following year. As instructed by Jed Baxter, Judy Church was dispatched to London to personally interview Cedric Hackett. As his work evaluation compiled by Claire Spencer, the office manager in London, was excellent, Judy Church had no apprehension in offering the enticing new position in Chicago to him. As he was not romantically committed to anyone in London, he accepted the position with alacrity, especially since as in additions to the increased salary and work responsibilities, there were splendid perks to go with this new position that made the offer irresistible.

Such perks included a personal private flight on the corporate jet from London to Chicago. Housing for Cedric was provided by a condominium apartment from the real estate holdings of Baxter and Sons located in an exclusive toney neighborhood on the shores of Lake Michigan. He was provided with an extensive coverage health insurance, which was more comprehensive than the social medicine coverage he was entitled to in the UK. Finally, he was provided with a company vehicle, a Ford SUV.

In addition, his immigration status was also taken care of seamlessly by the company, without requiring any extraneous effort on his part. He entered the United States on a work permit which was soon converted to a visa for permanent residence, which is commonly referred to as the green card. He had to eventually go to the United States consulate office in Toronto, Canada to formalize permanently his alien residency status in the United States. Thereby, he had acquired all the rights and privileges of a US citizen except the right to vote in American elections and to serve on a jury,

In fact, the perks seemed a bit too much considering his actual contributions of his position. Certainly, Cedric was proud of the accomplishments he had achieved in his employment with Baxter and Sons. He did believe he was deserving of a promotion, but the perks seemed a bit too lavish; they were more congruent with a senior executive position. His wariness and suspicion suggested that there must be a catch to his sudden good change of fortune. It just seemed to him that it was too good to be true.

Despite his cautionary attitude he was favored by another pleasing benefit that magnified his good fortune. He received a call from Erica Koeninger née Laaning while at work about a week after he had settled in his new environment. As Cedric answered his phone, Erica started, "Hello Cedric, this is Erica Koeninger. I want to welcome you to Chicago. My sister Vivian Laaning alerted me of your promotion and transfer to our city. I do hope you remember me and our wonderful get together last summer at Wimbledon when celebrating my niece's first main draw victory at that grand slam tennis tournament."

Cedric Hackett certainly remembered Erica Koeninger and their erotic encounter at the Baxter and Sons' hotel suite in London. He recalled fondly the sex as it was as explosively great as he had expected it would be when he eschewed making a play for the younger Maia Laaning, Riina Mölder, and or Anett Kontaveit. Instead, he had concentrated on bedding Erica. He did not regret his decision. The sex was unbelievably, incredibly, awesome. His only regret was that it was only a one night stand and given their huge distance apart of their respective residences there was realistically no hope for a reprise.

When he was offered and accepted the transfer to the Chicago office, naturally he was cognizant of the fact that Erica lived in Chicago. He was also aware that she had told him, that she owned and operated a restaurant/nightclub and had given him her card on the off chance he might visit the Windy City. Thus, he reasoned that once he was fully settled in, he would give her a call. That she called him first, augured well for some further great sex from the exciting, smoldering hot MILF, Erica Koeninger. Although he had in his mind wondered about his good fortune in his promotion, he did not connect the dots regarding his unexpected underlying elevation in the corporation. Thus, he regarded his promotion at face value which he had earned by his work performance unrelated to any other motive.

Accordingly, he answered, "Of course I remember you very well, Erica. You gave me your card with the promise of a great meal at your restaurant should I ever find myself in Chicago. So, I was intending to contact you and take up your offer as it seems I'll be in Chicago for the foreseeable future. Mind you, you seem to have beaten me to the punch. I take it then, that a meal at your restaurant is still in the cards?"

Erica was heartened by Cedric's words, as it confirmed in her mind, that he was willing to reprise their sexual adventure. She replied almost breathlessly in a sexy deep, husky voice, "Oh yes, my sweet Cedric, I do wish to treat you at my restaurant. I'm certain you will like our fare even though it is strictly American western cuisine. Not to fear, though, but I always order the highest grade of beef possible to ensure a perfect meal for my customers. In addition to the meal, Pamela Rose will give a special exclusive one night only performance at my establishment this coming Friday night. I hope you'll be available?"

Cedric gasped at such an unexpected, fabulous entertainment possibility. He sputtered out, "Pamela Rose? The Pamela Rose who performed stark naked at a concert in The Netherlands? Not only that, but she has sold tons of best selling albums and has won several Grammy music awards for her recordings as well as MTV video awards for her concert in Holland? She gave a concert at Wembley stadium a couple of years ago. I was a little late in getting around to attempt to purchase a ticket. When I eventually tried to buy a couple of tickets from Ticketmaster it was sold out even though there were 95,000 tickets originally available for sale."

Erica responded, "Yes Pamela Rose is indeed an icon, in the music world, and no question a megastar in contemporary popular music. It so happens that she has established a special relationship and friendship with Jed Baxter. As you are probably aware, especially considering last summer's party celebrating my niece's Wimbledon victory, that my sister and Jed Baxter have had an ongoing romantic relationship lasting many years despite the fact that they are both attached, even lovingly, to their significant others.

"I have to say that there's no doubt that their relationship was instrumental to inducing Jed to help finance my start-up costs in starting my business venture. As Jed Baxter is loath to lose money in business investments, he prevailed upon Pamela Rose to be my original performer in my nightclub. Such acquiescence by Pamela most likely guaranteed the success of my restaurant/nightclub. I am proud to declare that my premises has become the ideal occasion to spend an evening, for the well to do sophisticated Chicago residents, married couples or singles on a date."

Cedric was impressed by this information. In London, during the party celebrating Maia's Wimbledon victory, his only thoughts were to have sex with Erica and chalk it up as an outstanding one night stand. With the move to Chicago, he sensed that another one night stand would be in the offing, and as we've seen he had no objection. The fact that she now proposed such a spectacular date which would include an intimate concert by one of the most popular female vocalists extant, was a bonus which he could never have anticipated. In his mind he believed that this date had to be a portent for an incredible night of sex. So, he accepted the date with utmost pleasure devoid of any uncertainty. He received directions on how to get to Erica's and was aided by using his automobile's GPS feature.

When he arrived at the appointed time, the hostess directed him to the designated table, and was told that Erica would join him shortly after she finished her tasks. The server immediately appeared to take his order for a preprandial drink. Perusing the beverage list he noted that some outstanding premium top shelf liquor was available along with more standard brands.

Although Cedric was young, at twenty-three years of age, he had back in England associated with the rich and well to do in the aristocratic society even though he was considered to belong to the merely upper middle class. As a result, he developed a desire for a sophisticated living lifestyle. In the process he understood the finer aspects of luxurious living, and in particular he became aware of the price of expensive liquor. Since it was understood that Erica as owner was treating him for this date, it stood to reason he had carte blanche to order whatever he desired no matter the cost.

Cedric recalled that in one of the dinner dates he had had back in the UK, his female companion insisted that he should order first before she could make her mind up as what to order for herself. He was nonplussed by this peculiarity as in his mind the chivalrous thing to do was that his date's preference should be ascertained first. He was actually intrigued enough that during an intermission in their subsequent sexual congress, he asked her to explain why she insisted that he order first at the restaurant.

She replied to the effect that since this was a first date, therefore, she was unaware of his true financial circumstances. Consequently, it behooved her not to embarrass him by ordering a costly entrée that would be beyond his means. Needless to say, such thoughtfulness on her part led to an excellent brief relationship. Unfortunately, irreconcilable differences doomed such a budding relationship from lasting beyond two months.

This date with Erica, was in an undeniable different situation. Since she was the owner of the establishment, it stood to reason that nothing he ordered would be off limits. Whatever extravagance he demanded, would not in reality alter her bottom line unduly of her income in operating her restaurant/night club. Following such deliberation, Cedric ordered a shot of Glenfiddich Excellence neat. The server did not blink an eye, and he was promptly served. Cedric soon became conscious that Erica's was a five star restaurant with per force a wealthy clientele. A clue was the fact that prices were not mentioned in the contents of the various menus.

When Erica arrived at the table to join Cedric and after greeting him, asked what he was drinking. When Cedric advised his choice, Erica broke out into a huge smile, and said, "Excellent choice! No doubt Rebecca, our server, was happy to take your order and served you promptly. She was guaranteed a twenty per cent tip of what our meal would tally just as if we were actual disassociated customers."

It dawned on Cedric that this dinner date would probably be the finest, and certainly the most lavish one, he was ever likely to enjoy. Obviously, her mission was to impress him as a precursor to an extremely hot night of sex. Such happy thoughts dismissed any apprehension he may have had in his mind of being seen in public with a date to a much older woman than his own age.

They enjoyed a very delightful meal. For appetizers they feasted on a shrimp cocktail and mushrooms stuffed with crab meat. They both selected a surf and turf entrée consisting of an 11 oz filet mignon and a 6 oz lobster tail. They also selected baked potato and sautéed mushrooms and onions as side dishes. Their meal beverage was a bottle of Gamay Beaujolais red wine. For dessert they enjoyed a slice of chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream accompanied by a coffee liqueur drink.

After their meal, they repaired to the third floor for entry onto the theater-in-the-round stage to take in a session of Pamela Rose singing. In renovating the building, Erica had demolished the fourth floor of the original four story structure and thereby replacing the area with installed luxury box seats attached along the four walls. These box seats were, thus located above the three levels of seating surrounding the center stage. Erica and Cedric mounted the stairs to gain access to these premium box seats.

Pamela's sets were about an hour and half long with three scheduled performances at 08:30, 10:30 and 01:00. They took their seats for the 08:30 PM set which in Hackett's mind signaled that she wished to once again indulge in a marathon sex session, a reprise of salacious erotic sex equivalent to what they enjoyed in London the previous summer.

Pamela 's show was an unbelievable successful entertainment event at Erica's that Friday night in February. Every person in the audience recognized that they were so very fortunate to be able to witness an entertainer of the caliber of Pamela Rose perform in such an intimate setting. The total seating arrangement at Erica's third floor theatre of the round contained less than 500 seats. Pamela's remarkable singing career by now had spanned over three decades rivaling with comparable peers such as Madonna, Brittney Spears, Beyoncé, Katy Perry, Adele, Shakira, Lady Gaga, Pink, Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift. Depending on the capacity of the venue, Pamela's concerts regularly drew at the minimum of 20,000 spectators to over 100,000 at sports stadiums.

It was axiomatic that an intimate setting such as Erica's nightclub was a rare public appearance indeed for Pamela to perform. It's axiomatic that the event could only provide minimal revenue for the singer. Sensing that actuality, Cedric could not help thinking that there must be a special story to Pamela's acquiescence to perform in Erica's establishment.

Accordingly, Cedric asked. "I know you told me that Ms Rose was your initial performer when you opened up your nightclub. She did so as a special favor to Jed Baxter who helped finance your initial start-up costs in establishing your restaurant/night club. Well that's understandable, but it does not explain why she is performing here tonight. I get from the reaction as well as her interaction with the audience that she has appeared on your stage on more than one occasion in your nightclub."

To answer Cedric's question, Erica advised, "I believe Pamela appears once a year at a Las Vegas nightclub for a week long engagement and once a year in New York City for a Friday and Saturday night weekend performances. And every year she performs here four sometimes five Friday night engagements. That preference started as I said when Jed Baxter inveighed Pamela to perform on the very first night I opened for business.

"In addition to what I told you, you could have surmised from the Wimbledon party that my sister and Jed Baxter are lovers even though they are each married. They each do love their respective spouses and live with them. Mind you my sister is not legally married to Raimond Kruuse, the Prime Minister of Estonia by the way, as he has never divorced his wife. Vivian and Raimond have lived together as a married couple for the past dozen years or so, and Maia certainly considers Mr Kruuse as her de facto stepfather.

"Nevertheless, despite their amicable harmonious relationship with their spouses my sister and Mr Baxter have engaged in a special love affair. Their relationship has been going off and on for more than twenty-five years. Thus, when Vivian first hooked up with Raimond there was an explicit understanding right from the outset, that she would not abandon her liaison with Jed Baxter, no matter how intimate and otherwise exclusive their relationship would develop. Since Jed Lives in Chicago and Vivian lives in Tallinn, the occasions for their trysts are limited to twice a year when Vivian comes to visit me and our brother in Wisconsin. That being the case, Raimond was not too perturbed in having to accept such a condition in order to cohabit with my sister.

"Likewise, Jed Baxter's wife has come to accept her husband's special liaison with my sister. Felicia, Jed Baxter's wife, is not a very sexual woman. In fact she was essentially frigid, exhibiting no passion during sex, when they were first married. Since then, she has successfully completed sex therapy which has made her more enthusiastic when indulging in sex. However as my sister advises, that he had intimated to her that Felicia's display of excitement during sex seems, to be feigned, somewhat akin to how a porn star acts out her presumed enthusiasm in recorded sex scene videos. In any case, considering the infrequency of their trysts plus the vast distance separation in the locations of each of their residences, Felicia is not threatened by the continuation of the affair. Her marriage doesn't seem to be in jeopardy and that is her paramount concern in her life."

Cedric Hackett answered, "That is certainly interesting gossip about the head of the company I work for and explains why he was willing to advance you funds to launch this magnificent entertainment complex you have here. By the way I'm most impressed by your establishment. I am fairly certain that there is nothing comparable in London. Of course, there is no shortage of great world class five star restaurants, nor high class nightclubs featuring international celebrity star entertainers which you can find in London. But to my knowledge, there is no establishment that offers such high class food and high class entertainment all in one location, like you have here."

Erica was naturally pleased with Cedric's approbation of her entertainment center denominated as "Erica's". Happily, she believed that without a doubt, his expressed approval augured well for a sensational sexual culmination to this date.

She advised, "I actually had enough personal funds as well as funds my husband was willing to invest to start the restaurant, which I had envisioned. Once though Jed volunteered, unasked by either my sister or me, to advance the substantial extra funds, that gave me the opportunity to attempt a more ambitious endeavor. I located this four story edifice in the heart of the night life area in the Chicago downtown area which the owners wished to get rid of quickly.
