When Maia returned to Tallinn from Zürich, she had happy news indeed to convey to her mother. Vivian was naturally overjoyed in learning of her daughter's unexpected bonanza. However, she offered this disquieting observation, "Not to rain on your parade Maia, but I have to tell you that amongst my acquaintances is a woman who inherited substantially more than you, and for, just like you, simply providing sexual favor to the testator."

Maia asked, "Oh really? And who might that be? And how much more was her inheritance? Did she provide more 'service'* than me to garner the higher bequest?" (*air quote)

Vivian answered, "No, she actually provided even less service consisting of only one instance of vanilla sex riding him while he lay on an outdoor lounge chair. Mind you he was eighty-one years old at the time and had not had any sex for fifteen years prior. So, I guess for him the sex was even more significant in his psyche than your tryst was for Dmitri. In any case he bequeathed five million US dollars which is about four point seven million euros.

"Her name is Chloe Hamilton, and she is one of the sexiest female members of the Texas Love Ranch (TLR). She and I were co-winners of the coveted TLR body chain belt whereby we each entertained every one of the twenty-four male participants in the orgy. I'm cognizant that such monies which I'm about to receive was without any doubt totally unexpected. That being the case, I believe I'm going to use the monies to purchase a Lamborghini sports car."

Vivian recoiled at Maia's stated plan and blurted out, "Oh my god Maia! Don't you realize that is a frivolous notion? I believe such a vehicle lists for at least three hundred thousand euros. Surely a much less expensive motor vehicle than what you are contemplating would serve your purposes just as well, as you begin your college studies. I would point out that when Chloe Hamilton received her legacy, she had already graduated with an aerospace engineering degree. She used the monies she received to establish a consulting firm which is now one of the premier establishments of its kind in the entire world, generating millions of dollars in revenue annually. Why don't you want to emulate her example?"

The dynamics in contrast between the difference of upbringing of Vivian, the mother, vis à vis that of Maia, her daughter, was never more evident than in this situation. Vivian had grown up as a farmer's daughter, not poor to be sure, but still the notion that hard work, nose to the grindstone was instilled into her consciousness as the prescription for worldly material success in life. Maia on the other hand grew up in an atmosphere where an affluent lifestyle was a norm. Her mother was never hurting for money and given her mother's close friendship with Carmen Kass, Estonia's international supermodel, Maia was always clothed in the most fashionable expensive style as appropriate for her age.

Maia had initially grown up on a dairy farm like her mother, but by the age of seven, when her mother separated from her second husband, Maia's world changed. Her mother had become a significant citizen in Estonia especially as an outstanding female politician in Estonia culminating as the Minister of Culture; plus becoming a successful business entrepreneur as well. In addition, Vivian's significant other, who therefore became Maia's de facto stepfather, was an important politician as well, who became Prime Minister of Estonia when Maia was fifteen years of age.

Accordingly, Maia responded. "I view this money as found money that is a surplus to my needs to be successful. If I become successful, as a result of employing these monies like your friend Chloe Hamilton apparently did, it tends to diminish the ultimate satisfaction of my achievement. Or in other words, I believe this money is meant to be used 'frivolously'* (air quote).

"Look at it this way, Mom. Because of your and Dad's prominence in Estonia, I am instantly recognizable wherever I go or whomever I meet. Driving a Lamborghini sports car enhances my reputation even more and is acceptable as to my station in life. Thus, I believe for the purposes of making new friends, owning that car will likely discourage losers and instead will attract men who are confident and women who are not bimbos. And I do feel the need of a superior man to thrill me adequately in lovemaking."

Finally, Maia added, "Although I admit I do have a selfish reason for desiring a Lamborghini. It has to do with the fact that my cousin Rose drives an expensive sports car and thus I wish to outdo her."

Vivian rolled her eyes in reaction to Maia's stated resolve. She replied, "Well you are an adult, capable of making your own decisions. Still, I do wish you were more cautious in spending your money."

Maia responded, "Well, with the monies I'll get, there will still be lots of euros left over to spend 'wisely'*. And beside I still have some extra left over with the prize money I received for my efforts at Wimbledon." (*air quote)

Vivian merely harrumphed in reaction. In deciding to purchase a Lamborghini sports coupe Maia naturally had Harri Kutsaar in mind. Although she hadn't fucked him since the beginning of June, and he had acquired a new girlfriend in the meantime, she didn't harbor any resentment. They both had understood that their relationship would end once Maia left for college. There was no denying that her relationship with Harri was a torrid affair from which she had no complaints. Therefore, she felt that buying a car any car for that matter from any other salesman would be churlish on her part.

The other reason why Maia was interested in buying a Lamborghini sports car was because it was so much more expensive than her cousin Rose's Corvette Stingray. When she was with Rose in March, in Maia's mind, her cousin was overly effusive in expressing her joy in owning her sports car. So, the next time she would see Rose, she knew she would derive great pleasure for the opportunity to boast of her ownership of such a luxurious sport car. To be sure, not a rational justification for desiring a Lamborghini vehicle but she couldn't help feeling that way. As a popular trite psychological adage proclaims: "Feelings are neither good nor bad; they just are."

A couple of days after she returned to Tallinn, Maia went to the Lamborghini dealership and insisted on having Harri Kutsaar serve her as her salesman. She negotiated with Harri to acquire a fully loaded sports coupe at a price about half the amount of her legacy. It was a sleek roadster colored purple, her favorite color, However, her joy was enhanced by witnessing Harri's thankful and delightful expression in closing the deal. Maia surmised that Harri's commission on this sale would be substantial and serve as a great beginning to his career. That supposition made Maia feel very good about herself.

Preparations for Maia's first year at the University of Tartu, actually started as soon as Vivian returned from America after her visit to her sister's home in Chicago and her attendance at a TLR orgy in Texas. When Vivian was married to her second husband, Eino Tarvas, a dairy farmer in southern Estonia, she started brewing her own craft beer and first established an enterprise in the basement of their secondary farmhouse. She used the hops and barley grown on the farm to concoct her beer. The beer Vivian brewed proved to be so tasty that she at first sold the excess beer she didn't imbibe for personal use through local retail outlets. The demand for her beer then became sufficiently strong enough that she eventually established breweries in Tartu and in Tallinn. As a result of that expansion her business grew so quickly, that it became the best selling beer in Estonia as well as in Scandinavia and the other two Baltic states.

Vivian met Jed Baxter again in Tallinn, six years after the break-up of their initial three years affair and thereby resumed their affair. In their renewed relationship their rendezvous were confined to twice annually on the occasions coinciding with Vivian's trips to the United States to visit the families of her sister and brother. The incidental consequence of the renewed relationship was that at first Vivian's beer company was amalgamated with Baxter and Sons as a subsidiary to the conglomerate international holdings.

While Vivian was a cabinet minister in the Kaja Kallas administrations, she had retained a CEO and a CFO installed in the executive offices of the breweries in Tallinn and Tartu respectively. The agent of Baxter and Sons and Vivian conducted weekly virtual zoom meetings to oversee the operations of the company. When the Centre Party regained control of the Riigikogu and Raimond became Prime Minister, and thus, as a result of no longer being a cabinet minister, Vivian could devote more time in supervising the operations of her craft beer enterprise.

While retaining her position as a legislator in the Riigikogu, Vivian took over main control of her beer company. By this time Baxter and Sons, European division, by new agreement had absorbed Vivian's company completely. Thereby Vivian become second Vice President of the entire operations of Baxter and Sons European division with more important duties than just concentrating on her craft beer enterprise. The headquarters for the European division was in London, UK. Vivian's new duties were to supervise Baxter and Sons operations in continental Europe. Since Vivian was fluent in German and English not to mention Estonian, her role in managing the operations of Baxter and Sons became rather crucial to the ultimate success of Baxter and Sons overall in Europe.

Meanwhile Vivian's original beer enterprise had expanded to include breweries in Prague, Berlin and in Belgium. The management officers originally located in the Tartu and Tallinn offices were transferred to Berlin and Prague as a result. Vivian renovated the Tallinn office for her own use in establishing it as the hub office to carry on her duties in the capacity of her executive position of the Baxter and Sons company. As a result of all those changes, the executive office at the Tartu brewery became vacant, even though the brewery itself remained in production.

That being the case, Vivian suggested to Maia that she and Riina could utilize the unused executive office space in the brewery at Tartu as their residence while going to school. Maia was agreeable to the suggestion and so was Riina. Accordingly, Vivian hired a contractor to renovate the office space to convert it into living quarters. Vivian's thinking was that once Maia was done with her education and acquired an independent residence the space could be rented out as a brewery rental loft.

Thus by the end of August, the office suite contained two spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an island including a table for eating, a laundry room, three separate offices for individual study, a general recreational area, and finally a huge dining room area replete with a table suitable for dining; capable of entertaining up to twelve guests. The original office lavatory was expanded to include a shower. Plus an additional separate room was constructed for a sauna. To complete the renovations, a Steinway piano was purchased to cater to Maia's acknowledged recreational pleasure.

A week before school started Maia and Riina traveled, naturally in Maia's fabulous Lamborghini sports coupe, to their intended abode in Tartu. They used the week to suitably refurbish their living quarters. This included in acquiring three computers for the three office space. The third space was obviously surplus but Maia could see the extra space could be utilized for mutual recreational purposes. Besides considering the fact that she was enrolled in the computer science program an extra computer would always come in handy.

One of the perks of living over the brewery was the fact that Vivian had instructed the foreman of the brewery to supply Maia with beer upon each and every request. For that purpose Maia obtained a mini fridge which she stocked with the beer from the brewery.

The first Monday in September then was the first day of classes. Riina was enrolled in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities taking general courses in history with the intention of becoming a school teacher. Maia was enrolled in the Faculty of Science and Technology studying computer science. Maia was ambivalent in her ultimate career goals. Her original plan was to become an IT consultant and whether employed by private companies or by the government or simply free lancing on her own. She was self confident as she knew she had a profound aptitude for the information technology industry and expected herself to excel.

Aside from academic studies, Maia was also determined as secondary goal to pursue an eclectic social life while a student at the University of Tartu. Maia chuckled in her mind when she articulated such purpose to Riina during their Lamborghini drive from Tallinn. What she really meant was that an eclectic social life would be a synonym for indiscriminate fucking. While in high school Maia had disdained all of her male peers, with the exception of Harri Kutsaar. In her view none of them ignited a spark of sexual desire. She just viewed them as lame, not worth her while. That scornful attitude was the reason she remained a virgin until she turned nineteen.

However, once Maia did become sexually active and especially after having participated in the orgy in Prague, she definitely expected to engage in lots of sex with possibly multiple different partners. She knew that with her good looks coupled with her public popularity and renown as the Prime Minister's daughter would attract a legion of male admirers. Riina Mölder was likewise excited in embarking on her college career. She had modest ambitions in that she expected school teaching might be the right fit for her. When she was a girl in elementary schools she was subject to intense bullying as a result of her weight. She was subject to receiving every insult imaginable because of her corpulence. Once in high school though, things perked up for her socially.

While attending high school, Riina's well known continued friendship with Maia certainly was a factor in tamping down the bullying she was subjected to. As Maia was the most popular girl in high school, the consensus was that if one wanted to be friends with her, you better be friendly with Riina Mölder. As a result, because Riina was not as standoffish as our heroine, she ended up with even more relatively close friends. As a result, she had been more sexually active than Maia until Maia finally surrendered her virginity.

Although her high school sex life was satisfactory for Riina, she was looking forward to a greater sex life at the University of Tartu. Again she would be relying on her friendship with Maia to be the catalyst for attracting some worthwhile fuck buddies. In fact considering Maia's general popularity the same would have had to have enhanced even more. Maia's success in defeating Gertrude Stockmann at the Wimbledon tennis tournament ensured that her recognition factor and her popularity remained intact in the minds of virtually every person in Estonia. Her ownership of the Lamborghini sports car was viewed as an inevitable part and parcel of her persona.

As a result, Riina believed that Maia would attract the super studs attending the University of Tartu. As the recognized intimate friend of Maia, she was sure to benefit being necessarily in such august company. Riina had no doubt that she was sure to acquire a reasonably desired boyfriend of her own. For these reasons she was looking forward to college with great expectations.

Their first step in acquiring male companionship was making friends with classmates. Of course, with Maia there was no end of classmates who wanted to become personally acquainted with our heroine. As a result, in talking with her classmates, Maia and Riina were alerted to a party jointly sponsored by all the Estonian sororities and fraternities also designated as corporations and are abbreviated as Corp!. All first year students were invited to attend on the following Saturday, all the corporations would be represented. Naturally the purpose of the party was in addition to providing information about their organizations but were also interested in attracting new members.

To ensure in attracting only seriously interested candidates the dress code for the event was semi formal attire. The event started at 04:00 o'clock in the afternoon. Thus, for the occasion Maia opted to wear a white solid 'V' neck ruched, casual sleeveless dress. Riina donned a purple floral print surplice neck, elegant short sleeve wrap hem dress. Both dresses were cut mid thigh and both of them looked stunning despite the casual look to their dresses.

The event was held in a large rented banquet hall at a nearby convention centre. Throughout the hall, each participating organization had one or sometimes two tables joined together attended by usually two sometimes three representatives to answer questions and provide information. The first two hours, then consisted of the crowd of first year students milling about visiting tables and chatting amongst each other. Catered servers mingled offering complimentary beverage of dry white wine mixed with a sparkling wine.

Maia and Riina engaged in a prolonged chat with Liisa Klaas and Irma

Tõnisson, officers of the Corp! Sororitas Estoniae and in charge of recruitment. Maia then learned that the colors of the sorority are white, crimson pink and black, symbolizing a thirst for knowledge, a feminine mind and determination respectively. This in Maia's mind made for snappy caps, the standard headgear for members.

Liisa pointed out that Corp! Sororitas Estoniae has chapters both in Tartu and Tallinn, so once a sister graduates and moves to Tallinn she will still be in close touch. Corp! Sororitas Estoniae is the youngest Estonian sorority having been established in 2011. Irma added that the main goal of Corp! Sororitas Estoniae is working to preserve the Estonian language and culture. Their mission is to raise good Estonian women who would be able, if necessary, to protect the freedom of the Estonian state from foreign power. The latter sentiment in modern times refers obliviously to Russia but throughout Estonian history its territory and people have been ruled by various foreign powers. They included inter alia Sweden, Denmark, Poland and Germany.
