Dawn paused a minute.

"Wednesday, I thought you could load one of the four-wheelers on the trailer and drive around all of it."

"Okay."

"The man that owns the land owns a ton of land in the area, it has been in his family for generations," Dawn said.

"You know the place we go to when we are out driving?"

"The land is for sale. James and I went there this morning, and when we were leaving, I saw an old For Sale sign lying in the grass."

"Are you thinking about buying it?" Amy asked.

"Maybe, it is a really big piece of property," Dawn said.

"How big?" Samantha asked.

"It is over 1000 acres."

"Wow, how big is the land here?"

"A little over 300 acres," I said.

"A 1000 acres would be huge," Samantha said. "What would you use it for?"

"I thought it would be nice just for us to preserve," Dawn said.

"Are you going to buy it?" Amy asked.

"We are going to look at it Wednesday," I said.

"Can we come?" Samantha asked.

"James, can we take two four-wheelers?" Dawn asked.

We finished eating; Dawn didn't elaborate on her plans any with the girls.

"He just said it was over 1000 acres."

"I wonder why he is selling it?" Samantha asked.

The four of us watched TV until about 10:30, then went to bed.

Tuesday morning I was in my study with Sherri and Brenda, they were finishing up the work on the calendar. I started an email to Linda while they worked.

"We are still making calls looking for other suppliers. I think until they start building, we have most of it under control," Brenda said.

"Good. This will give you some time to work on some marketing ideas. Start working on some plans and ideas for a website."

"Kick around some ideas for something elegant. Look over what other stores have."

"I think we should be looking at some of the high-end European stores then," Brenda said.

"Get some ideas and draw them up. I want it to be very elegant and tasteful, but we will showcase some of the more expensive items. Can you get some artwork from the vendors?"

"I'm sure the two brothers in France will have some great photos. Since their stuff will be the more expensive items, we can use that."

"James, what would you think of a release of a phantom website showing some of the lingerie and swimwear shots?" Sherri asked.

"What do you mean?"

"I was just thinking about a nameless website that said Coming Soon. We could key the search words for this area."

"Run it by Linda. I know she has some ideas on all of the marketing."

"Okay. Can we go to lunch?" Sherri asked.

It was 11:30 and they left to go to lunch.

"Are they gone to lunch?" Dawn asked when she came into the study later.

"Yes. We are making good progress."

"Kerri just called. She is on her way."

"Good, we can get that project going," I said.

I went with Dawn to grab a sandwich with the girls. About noon, Kerri buzzed us from the gate. We let her in, Dawn went to the door to greet her.

"Come on in," she said as Kerri came into the house. "Have you had lunch?"

"Yes. I wanted to come by and show you some pictures of furniture I have found," Kerri said.

"Sit at the table, and we can look at them," Dawn told her.

"I'll order that one then."

"Next week," Dawn said. "I'll let you know."

"As soon as we can get it out, I can have it painted. I think the bed will arrive in a week or so then we just need to have all the furniture recovered."

"How long?" I asked.

"I think we will have everything done in a month, maybe six weeks."

"That will give me time to order all the new equipment I need," I said.

"It should be finished in time for your birthday then," Dawn said.

"When is his birthday?" Samantha asked.

"October 20th," Dawn told them.

"We will have to have a big party!" Samantha exclaimed.
