Nina could sense Kevin's presence as she sat up. Her heart began to race with excitement but she noticed the slime starting to harden around the door as if trying to prevent him from entering.

Nina fell to all fours as the slime took on the shape of some sort of four-legged beast. The eyes were glowing red as it stared both of them down growling and snarling with large teeth and tentacles sprouting from her back.
"Is this how you want to do this, you know it has to end, just like it did last time, now listen to Mother and let her go," Doll said taking off the glasses. "I said, let her go!"
The beast let out a roar before pouncing and knocking Doll back against the wall knocking her out in the process. It then turned its attention to Kevin, growling before it ran towards him, knocking him back against the other wall. Before he could react it was suddenly standing in front of him and had his arms pinned against the wall behind him. It let out a roar right in his face.
"Nina, you have to fight it, you can't let it hurt me," he said as the creature leaned in closer showing off large teeth. "Please Nina, I love you, don't let it end like this," he begged as he felt the claws piercing the skin of his arm before he heard something strange.
The beast's face began to shift a little almost like it couldn't hold its form anymore. It opened its mouth wider and wider until Nina's face suddenly appeared in front of him.

"Kevin, help me...." she said as she seemed to be struggling to break free but Kevin's arms were still pinned.
"Nina, this stuff listens to you, you're stronger than you know, take control," he said as she continued to struggle. "You can do it!"
Nina finally pulled her arms away freeing Kevin as he fell to the floor. The slime began to lose its form creating just a blob around her until it started taking shape again. It was no longer a terrifying beast, but a tall shapely woman. Nina's face was visible but her eyes were pink and her hair was made of slime as it covered the rest of her body too.
"Yes, I am in control," she said as her voice sounded strange, almost as if there was more than one person speaking.
"Nina, is it....... is it you?" He asked pulling himself to his feet.
She stepped closer with a smile on her face before grabbing him by the shirt and pulling him for a kiss. Looking over to the hallway where they had entered from appeared to be a bunch of dog-like demons running into the room. They looked dangerous and ready to attack. Nina raised her hand causing the slime to rise around their bed creating a hardened shell keeping the monsters at bay.
