The air was charged with electrical currents and the sound of thunder rumbled in the distance as dark clouds rolled over the city of Metropolis.
Clark Kent and Lois Lane had entered into a taxi cab to head back to the Daily Planet. The rain began to hit hard the wind-shield of the vehicle.

Lois and Clark immediately rushed into the lobby, it was Captain Marvel. The world's mightiest mortal was laying on the lobby floor bleeding.
