Forewarning to anyone who has read my stories before this story is going to be a much slower burn than my other stories and therefore it will be a bit longer to get to the fun parts.
Zach was feeling a little down on himself. His girlfriend had broken up with a couple of months ago and he was still trying to deal with the disappointment of the end of his relationship. He was finally in a place where he was considering going after other girls except that he had no idea where to start. He hadn't exactly been pursuing many other girls before he met his ex and now that they were over he really didn't even know where to begin. Even though he knew it was a bad idea and he didn't have much hope in his plan succeeding but he had decided that he would go to a Hooters restaurant and see if he could he make friends with any of the attractive waitresses that worked there. He knew this plan had basically no hope but he thought at least he would get the opportunity to look a several beautiful women in skimpy outfits.
He quietly entered the restaurant and was greeted by an attractive young blonde hostess. The hostess asked him if there was anyone else with him and he responded that no he was by himself, while trying not to look too much at her cleavage. She gave him a somewhat quizzical look but then she got this excited look in her eyes and said that she knew where she could seat him. Zach followed the attractive hostess and was unable to help himself from checking out her tight ass in her short little orange shorts. She arrived at a booth and set a menu down for him. Zach went and sat down in the booth and thanked the hostess. The attractive hostess looked at Zach with her bright blue eyes and told him that his waitress would be over to take his order in a moment, and Zach could swear she was bending over much more than was necessary and showing him some fantastic cleavage. She didn't have incredibly large breasts but they still presented quite a nice view for Zach in her tight push up Hooters top. Initially he was trying to not stare too much at her cleavage but he couldn't help himself when she was offering him such a fantastic view of her nice chest.
Finally Zach was knocked out of his stupor by the hostess asking, "Is there anything else that you need?" Zach looked up at her taking in her shining blue eyes and could feel his face redden from embarrassment as it was obvious that the hostess must have noticed him staring at her breasts down her shirt. However, instead of looking angry the hostess was actually smiling at him.
Zach regained his senses and said, "No I'm good for right now. I'll just wait for the waitress."
"Okay I'll let her know you're ready," the pretty hostess said and walked back to the hostess stand. Zach couldn't help but check out her butt again in those tight little orange shorts. He figured if she didn't care about him staring down her shirt she certainly wouldn't care about him checking out her ass. He supposed that most of the women who worked here were used to guys ogling them. Zach continued checking out the menu trying to decide what he wanted to eat. He was still debating what he wanted to eat when he noticed a waitress walking over to his table. He knew most of the Hooters waitresses would be very attractive but he was blown away by how attractive this girl was. She had long thick brown hair with some blonde highlights in it and some very kind dark brown eyes with a very happy smile from her shy mouth. However what really drew Zach's attention were the curves on this girl. Wow! Even though she was wearing a tight tank top that was obviously meant to enhance her breasts it was still very obvious that she naturally had a very large chest. While she wasn't super skinny it was clear that she had a pretty tight stomach, which was just barely exposed between her tank top and tight little orange shorts. Which speaking of those little orange shorts they were definitely being stretched by her wide hips and strong thighs, (and probably a pretty nice ass, though he couldn't quite confirm that yet). Zach was still in awe of this extremely attractive woman that he almost didn't pay attention when she started talking to him.
"Hi my name is Alyssa and I'll be taking your order today. Do you want to start with a drink sir?" she asked Zach as she showed off her shy beautiful smile.
"Yeah I think I'll start with a Coke," Zach responded to the waitress while trying very hard to make eye contact with her rather than staring at her impressive chest.
"Alright I'll get that for you. Do you know what you want to eat yet or do you still need more time?" Alyssa asked Zach.
"Well I'm still debating between a few items so why don't you give me a few more minutes," Zach said to the beautiful waitress.
"Alright then I'll go ahead and get your drink and then be back to take your order," Alyssa said to him before turning and walking away. Zach took this opportunity to check out the waitress's ass as she walked away and was definitely not disappointed in what he saw. Alyssa had a very impressive large round butt that looked even better in her tight little orange shorts. As he brought his eyes up he noticed that Alyssa had turned her head and had clearly noticed that he had been checking out her ass and unlike the hostess earlier Alyssa was obviously not happy that Zach had been checking out her ass. He quickly turned his head away in embarrassment hoping that Alyssa wouldn't keep looking at him. He then buried his face back in the menu to hide his embarrassment. He continued looking through the menu thinking that he was probably going to get some chicken wings since that was want Hooters was famous for although some of their burgers did look pretty good. Finally Alyssa came back to his table with his Coke and was ready to take his order.
"So have you decided what you want to eat?" Alyssa asked him clearly not as friendly as the first time she came to his table. Trying to break the tension Zach decided he would just ask her about the food and not bring up that he had been caught checking out her butt.
"Well I was debating between getting chicken wings and a burger. Which would you recommend?" he asked Alyssa trying to disperse her anger.
"Well we are most famous for our chicken wings so I would have to say that I would recommend getting those. What flavor wings would you like?" she quickly asked him clearly not interested in starting a conversation with him.
"Well then I guess I'll get some wings. Can I get half lemon pepper and the other half BBQ?" Zach asked Alyssa.
"Sure I'll get that ready for you," Alyssa replied quickly turning around and getting ready to walk away. Since it was obvious that he hadn't broken up any of the tension from earlier Zach reached out and touched Alyssa's arm.
She turned back around to face him and he said, "Look I'm sorry for earlier. I shouldn't have been checking you out."
"Are you really sorry or just sorry you got caught?" Alyssa asked him obviously not sure of the sincerity of his apology.
"I'm really just sorry. Just cause you work here and are required to wear revealing outfits doesn't mean that you want every guy staring at you and checking you out," Zach said trying to prove the sincerity of his apology. Alyssa's look immediately softened realizing she was probably being a little too harsh on Zach.
"Look I'm sorry about snapping on you. I've had kind of a crappy day and I actually just got out of a relationship where I felt like my boyfriend was only interested in me because of my body so seeing you so obviously checking out my butt brought back some of those feelings. I'm sorry," Alyssa apologized to Zach.
"Hey I'm the one who got caught ogling you, but I'm sorry it brought up bad feelings from your previous relationship. I actually know how that feels cause I also just got out of a significant relationship that didn't end well," Zach said to Alyssa.
"Well it's good to know that someone else understands me," Alyssa said to Zach smiling kindly back at him.
"I'm going to go ahead and get your food but I'll be back in a moment." Zach smiled to himself as Alyssa walked away to place his order glad that he had been able to diffuse the hard feelings between them. He chilled at his table for a while just sipping his Coke looking around the restaurant. He was also checking out a few of the other waitresses and while he would admit that they were all quite attractive he would have to say that he still thought that Alyssa was the most attractive woman working here today.
Eventually Alyssa did come back around by his table and asked, "Do you need anything else while you wait for your food?"
"No I think I'm good so far. Just enjoying having a relaxing afternoon so far on my day off," Zach replied to her.
"Well that sounds nice. I also want to apologize to you again for giving you a hard time for staring at me. Actually I forgot to ask you what do you do?" Alyssa asked him.
Zach hesitated for a moment because right now he didn't have the most glamorous job but he was working on changing that, "Well right now I'm working at a bank but I'm trying to write some stories that I can hopefully get published."
Alyssa smiled back at him saying, "That's actually really cool that you like to write. I'm sure you're a great writer and the bank job is just to pay the bills at the moment." Zach smiled brightly at Alyssa after her amazing compliment.
She then quickly looked down at her watch realizing that she needed to hurry, "Oh shoot I've been over here quite a while. I better get back to work before my boss comes and yells at me, but I want to hear more about what you are writing when I come back." She then hurriedly left the table and while Zach was tempted to check out her butt again he decided to instead relax in his booth and enjoy his Coke. He also was really enjoying talking to Alyssa; she was really nice once they had cleared the air between them. Zach was just chilling in the booth for a bit longer when Alyssa came back. When she arrived at the table she seemed quite flustered so he asked her what was going on.
"Well I'm really, really sorry but there was an incident in the kitchen with your wings where they all got burned so unfortunately its going to be a bit longer before your food is ready. Again I'm really sorry about this inconvenience," Alyssa told Zach.
