The phone on his desk, then the watch on his wrist vibrated, signaling a text. When Zach looked at the watch, it read, "Can you stop down at the beginning of your plan?"
He resumed his lecture, but once he finished and got his students working on their assignment, he returned to his desk, picked up his phone and replied, "Yeah, sounds like you've had a fun morning so far."
A few moments later, a reply came in, "You only know the half of it."
He sighed and turned his focus back to the essays he was grading. Zach Roberts taught 12th Grade AP English and as the year began to wrap up, all the craziness had begun to hit. Not only were things hectic in his class as he prepped his students for the AP Exams, things around the school were beginning to get crazy also, which is what the text he received were talking about.
Zach's wife Connie was one of the assistant principals of his building that oversaw the curriculum and discipline of the 9th and 10th graders, which were traditionally the neediest grades, and this year's 10th graders were putting it to the test. Her position had been newly created the year before after the consolidation of two schools; normally there would have been a need for him to transfer because of the supervisor/employee relationship, but because she wasn't his direct supervisor, his qualifications, his performance as an AP teacher, plus, the teacher shortage in their small district, the district decided to not make him transfer to one of the middle schools.
The entire week had been filled with multiple fights, students vaping in the bathroom, a student having seizures due to a vape with what was suspected to be a potent dosage of THC; those things coupled with state testing, a state visit concerning special education, and the normal end of year stuff had just added to the crazy.
Things had been so hectic that the couple had barely seen each other the past week; Connie was often out of bed and gone before Zach was up. Plus, with Zach starting his summer job at the local golf course, meaning they were only getting an hour or so of an evening to see each other. In that hour, they were both two tired to do anything except veg on the couch and watch something stupid before going to bed and passing out. They had decided earlier in the week that after work today, they were heading to Connie's family's cabin for the weekend to relax and resume their attempts at getting pregnant, something that had fallen by the wayside over the past few weeks.
After the bell rang and Zach told his students to have a good weekend, he stepped into the hall to do hall duty, then with that done, he grabbed some things he needed to drop off in the ISS room, then made his way downstairs. He dropped the papers off in ISS, then made his way down the back hallway to Connie's temporary office. With summer remodeling starting early due to other projects, Connie had been moved to the back of the building into an old classroom while her original office was divided in half to create a new secure entrance.
While it was out of the way, she was able to get a lot of work done because people either didn't know where she was, or just forgot that she was back there. They had originally assigned her one of the secretaries, but she was soon pulled to help with attendance counts as prom neared, leaving Connie to herself. He walked up to the door and saw that the shade was pulled, so rather than knocking, he texted "I'm outside, want me to come back?"
He saw the message deliver, then be read. He waited a few more moments before hearing a faint walking on the old hardwoods, then the door opened, causing him to step back as Connie opened the door. He smiled, taking her in for the first time that day, "Hey beautiful."
She returned his smile, "Hey yourself, come on in." He walked past her, their hand grazing. After he passed her, she quickly glanced down the hall, then shut the door. She turned from the door and found Zach sitting in one of the chairs in front of her desk watching her with a smile on his face. They had been together since they sophomores in college, married right after graduation, and now had been married almost 10 years. Even after 13 years, he still managed to give her butterflies. She laughed aloud at his shorts and polo shirt, commenting, "Isn't a little early for shorts?"
He shook his head, "Nope, room is hot because they still haven't fixed my AC."
She sighed and shook her head, "I'll make a note to get them on it, I know you're not the only one."
He nodded and watched her, taking her in as she walked around her desk. Unlike his more casual appearance, Connie was still all business casual. On this day, her thin frame was dressed in a green t-shirt from the previous year's student teacher basketball game and a denim skirt that buttoned in the front and came to just above her knee. As she walked around her desk, he snuck a peak at her ass and then noticed her hair, feeling himself twitch a bit. Connie wore glasses sometimes instead of contacts, and today was one of those days, her hair had clearly been done that morning, but was held up off her neck in a clip, currently, her loose curls were doing their best to escape the clip. As she sat down, he smiled as the image of her as a sexy librarian drifted through his brain. He quickly shook it off and said, "So busy morning?"
She sighed and said, "You have no idea." She spent the next five minutes relaying everything that had gone on with the random discipline, along with her Central Office meeting, and the latest updates to state testing.
As she wrapped up, he said, "Well at least it's Friday, and we've got the weekend at the cabin to look forward to."
She sighed and bowed her head, before looking back up and saying, "I don't think I'm going to make it, which is why you're here."
Zach chuckled checking his watch, "It's like 1245, I don't think you have a choice."
Connie stood up, placed her hands on her desk and leaned forward, "NO Zach I'm going crazy, I need you to fix it."
Based on her tone, Zach's mind began to wander; he looked at her inquisitively, and asked "Fix it how?"
"Well, I figure we have 35 minutes before next period, my phone is on do not disturb, and calendar shows I am on a video conference."
"So, we are all alone?"
She walked around and sat on the edge of the desk, "All alone."
He smirked, "Are you sure you want to cross that line?"
She unbuttoned the bottom two buttons on her skirt, allowing her to spread her legs a bit more and his eyes were immediately drawn to the space between them. She made eye contact with him and said, "Oh I'm very sure, plus I'm ovulating according to Flo."
He stood and after pressing her knees apart slightly, stepped between them and said, "I always wanted to fuck my boss."
She smirked and hooked her fingers into his belt loops and pulled him closer before replying, "You've been doing that for the last year and a half, just not at work. Want to change that?"
