Prolog

Laura Lake, Senior Investigative Reporter for the Metro Star News in St. Louis, along with her junior protégé assistant reporter, Johnny Jordan had just returned from the Middle East after more than three months of forced, non-consensual sex slave training. They had been rescued from the international slave traders by operatives of the CIA as the two were being sold at a sex slave auction in the Middle Eastern country of Arabica.

Since their rescue, they had secretly become involved in a, non-romantic, but extreme sexual BDSM relationship in private, Laura being the submissive. In public and at work, Laura acted as the dominate one, since she was the more senior of the two reporters, and essentially his boss. Johnny, one the other hand, played the more submissive and mild-mannered role, particularly in the work environment. However, in their private BDSM relationship, Laura was the submissive one, primarily because of the months of intensive obligatory sex slave and figure training. These ballet-type shoes and boots extended her heel height up to include her entire foot length plus the additional shoe leather necessary to support her toes in such an 'En Pointe' position, or to a maximum of 11-5/8 inches for her US 6-1/2 shoe size.

In any case, Laura was never allowed, in the later stages of her ultra high heel training, to ever have her insteps arched below the vertical position; even while sleeping or bathing. This in turn, permanently shortened her calf Gastrocnemius Muscles and tightened the Achilles Tendons at the back of her lower legs. It simultaneously stretched the Anterior Tendons at the front of her arches and continuously produced what is sometimes referred to as 'well-turned' high heel ankles.

After her return to St. Louis and in the short time before Laura was to go back to the newspaper, she had spent as much time as her continuous BDSM sexual submissive affair with Johnny would allow, in order to stretch those calf muscles and tendons. She wanted to at least be able to stand and walk, for short periods of time in lower heeled stilettos in public or at work.

Johnny had arrived about two minutes before Laura and there were about twenty male and female coworkers from different floors gathered to welcome them back with opened arms. Everyone complemented him on how well he had bulked up and toned his body. The women said that he now looked like a professional model and they actually seemed to be interested in him, whereas before, they barley gave him a second look.

After Laura and Johnny explained to their coworkers that some of their story would come out when the newspaper published the exposé of the slave trading business; both Johnny and Laura went into their editor's office for their next assignment.

Part 1

Laura Lake and her junior assistant, Johnny Jordan were investigative reporters for the Metro Star News published in St. Louis. After a brief statement to their coworkers, they had just entered Paul Blake's office who was their editor in order to find out more details of their new upcoming investigative assignment after being rescued from sex slave traders in the Middle Eastern country of Arabica.

They both sat down in chairs facing his desk. Paul was seated in the large padded desk chair, and went on to say that he was happy that they were able to be rescued by CIA operatives and welcomed them back to St. Louis. Both Laura and Johnny thanked him for the relentless pressure that he had apparently put on the US Government to get them back to the States.

Laura then handed Paul the draft of their exposé and some of their combined experiences at the slave training compound. It also detailed how they were able to give the US Attorney the necessary information and exhaustive data to bring Indictments against the executives of a local company for their money laundering involvement in the slave trading operation in the Middle East. Those same executives had previously been suspected of somehow being illegally involved in that same operation which was the main reason that Laura and Johnny had gone to the Mid-East in the first place; all under the cover of investigating a drug smuggling operation in that part of the world. Paul thanked them and said that, after some editing, that the sex slave trading exposé would run in the newspaper as a multipart series in the next few weeks, but that their names and identities would be withheld from the general public in this published series.

Paul then went on to describe in detail that they were to start investigating a diamond smuggling operation that was going on in various parts the Mediterranean but also possibly included West Central and North Africa. That operation was also suspected of eventually funding various illegitimate international groups with the profits from that illegal smuggling activity, via an elaborate money laundering network.

The CIA, and subsequently the FBI had gathered enough information about that smuggling operation, as a result of their investigation of the slave trading operation, to convince Paul that if the CIA helped rescue Laura and Johnny from the sex slave trainers, he would promise to again, let them go undercover. They would try to find out more about those various organizations, or groups that were possibly involved in this same or similar illegal money laundering operations.

Therefore, the plan was to have Laura travel to Spain as a women's apparel broker. The CIA, through another operative's information, believed there was a possible connection to the smuggling portion of the operation, via a local import/export company named JM Enterprises, owned by a man named Jose Mandel, in the sea coast city of Cartagena, Spain.

Johnny, on the other hand, was eventually to travel to Orin, Algeria which was where the diamonds were thought to be transported to before they were moved on to Spain. By water, it was less than 140 miles across the Eastern portion of the Alboran Sea to Cartagena, so they could easily be transported there by small boats or by many other nefarious means. The source of those smuggled diamonds was presumed to be from a small, and corrupt, impoverished West Central African country and moved through various West African Countries' borders to Orin. Algeria.

Laura was to set up her base of operation in the port city of Cartagena, Spain where Jose's Mandel business was located. She would continue her investigation, undercover as a women's apparel owner/broker for a small new fashion company, that Paul had set up with a web site, by the name of "Fetish High Heels, Apparel & More".

Paul had set up this shell company to support this investigation and therefore could send Laura undercover, as that company's owner, fashion consultant, and broker. He thought it would be great cover for Laura because of her ultra high heel and figure training and therefore she would be perfect, acting as the owner, buyer and/or seller, looking for new sources or cliental for ultra high heels, corsets, and other exotic fetish clothing or accessories. Fetish footwear and apparel also happened to be one of Jose Mandel's areas of business dealings in conjunction with his import/export operation according to the CIA operative. Therefore, making contact with him seemed to be a logical place for Laura to start her undercover investigation.

Laura, then spent time doing some rather routine reporting tasks at the newspaper while getting comfortable wearing her new lower stilettos of 5-1/4 inches. She had rather quickly trained to stretch her calf muscles enough to be comfortable wearing them for extend periods of time after being trained to wear only vertical or past the vertical footwear at the slave training facility.

During this same period of time Laura and Johnny maintained their secret BDSM relationship and spent many evenings at one of their two places with plenty of BDSM playtime. Then after spending a few days of discreetly playing the tourist role, and letting it be known that she was also waiting for her husband Niel to join her, Laura decided to directly contact Jose Mandel's business and schedule a meeting with him or his representative to see if they could help her find potential sources or customers of fetish footwear or exotic women's clothing and accessories. After calling his office, Laura made an appointment to meet first with Mr. Mandel's female Personal Assistant at their business address the following afternoon.

Laura arrived by cab the next afternoon wearing a tight-fitting business suit that partially displayed her 40-20-40 inch hourglass figure at 40-25-38 by padding her waist. She also wore an elastic girdle to further minimize her buttock measurement from 40 to 38 inches. She wore a pair of 5-5/8 inch stiletto heels which were 3/8 of an inch higher than her new normal office high heels and 1/8 inch high than the 5-1/2 inch heels from the St. Louis area shoe store of "Ultra High Heels and Vintage Lingerie". They were one of a few pair of that lower heel height that had been shipped back from the Mideast after her rescue from the sex slave traders since most of the others were the vertical and past the vertical arched shoes and ballet-style heels.

She thought that this outfit, which consisted of a white tight-fitting two-piece suit with the skirt hemmed to about four inches above her knees, and a sheer red blouse. She had cinched a 5-inch-wide red suede belt outside her jacket in order to embellish her padded 25 inch waist. Dark seamed thigh-high stockings, and the matching the red suede 5-5/8 inch needle toed D'Orsay T-strap stilettos, completed the outfit and would more than fill the role of a sultry women's fetish fashion broker.

Jose Mandel's business was located near the eastern docks of the city. The building was a warehouse-type with a side door, apparently opening to an office reception area. Laura entered and walked to the receptionist desk and introduced herself as Nora Nelson representing "Fetish High Heels, Apparel & More". The receptionist was very pretty and wore a two-piece suit and designer high stiletto heels, probably 12 cm or 4-3/4 inches in height.

The receptionist said, "Oh yes, Ms. Valeria Lopez, Mr. Mandel's Personal Assistant is expecting you. I'll let her know you are here."

She then pushed a button on an old-fashioned intercom box and announced that Nora Nelson was here to see her. The women, on the other end of the intercom conversation, said to send her right in. The receptionist stood and then escorted her to the rear of the reception area to a rather large wooden door that had a wide metal frame. She then opened the door and asked Laura to enter the woman's office, while she stood behind and closed the door before returning to the reception desk.

Ms. Lopez stood up from behind the desk and said for Laura to take a seat in a padded arm chair in front that desk which Laura quickly complied. The Personal Assistant was also very pretty and dressed in a grey formed fitted two-piece suit with a black kid leather, four inch wide belt. After Ms. Lopez sat back down, she welcomed Nora to JM Enterprises and asked how she could be of assistance.

Laura explained that she was representing and part owner of a newly formed company called 'Fetish High Heels, Apparel & More' looking for supplier and exporter of certain fetish related footwear and other fetish related clothing and merchandise. She had brought a small portfolio that contained various photos of selected high heel stilettos and a few other fetish items that the CIA had brought back from her slave training in the Middle Eastern country of Arabica. She went on to show the small portfolio to Ms. Lopez that displayed some ultra high heels and corsets that her company was planning to market on a retail basis.

One of the items in the portfolio was the Sweet Gwendoline Corset that she had decided not to wear that day, but with the help of a girdle, she displayed her 40-25-38 inch modified and padded figure. The portfolio also included photos of a pair of the vertical arched and a pair of past-the-vertical arched stiletto heeled pumps that had been shipped back from her training in the Mideast.

Ms. Lopez was particularly interested in the higher of the ultra high heeled pumps as well as the Gwendoline Corset in the portfolio, although she didn't telegraph her interest to Nora, but rather said, "I see that you are also wearing some beautiful high heeled, D'Orsay T-strap stilettos. How high are they?"

"Oh, these have 5-5/8 inch heels and for my size 6-1/2 shoe, they arch my insteps to 71 degrees and have a 47-degree heel angle. Those 90 degree and the 100 degree arched heels in the portfolio, are the highest non platform and non-ballet heels possible, which I also wear on a regular basis," Laura eagerly explained.

"Are the heels you're wearing now as well as the vertical and past the vertical arched pumps in your portfolio made by the same manufacturer," Ms. Lopez further questioned.

"I'm not sure since I found them and the Gwendoline Corset, for that matter, on an auction site on the Internet in very limited quantities. But, I also discovered that there were several footwear companies located in this general region of Spain that may specialize in making ultra high and fetish high heels with such extremely high heels. That's the reason I came to this area of Spain in order to locate any potential factories, or at least their distributors. I saw from the City's Business Directory that your firm may also be involved in exporting and possibly importing fetish footwear and apparel, so here I am looking for your help," Laura convincingly delivered her canned speech.

"Possibly I can help, but can I take a closer look at those D'Orsay T-strap pumps you're wearing and see if they are custom made by a company I might recognize?" Ms. Lopez questioned.

"Of course," Laura replied and she quickly slipped off those pumps and set them at the front of the desk while Ms. Lopez buzzed the receptionist and asked her to bring in one of their digital camaras.

While Ms. Parez closely inspected each shoe, one at a time, the young receptionist entered the room with the camera and a file folder and set them down on her desk before leaving the room. The PA quickly realized, because of the quality and unique style of the shoe, including the 24 degree differential between the heel and arch angles, that the footwear had been custom made at a company, Garcia Enterprises, that they had also done some business with over the years; it was located only about 85 miles northeast of Cartagena.

She also noticed that the marking on the exterior instep of the pump did not have the usual required 'Made in Spain' stamp. However, it did have a unique imprint stamp that was imprinted with the three characters #A#, which was rumored to be code for custom footwear made for a certain dark underworld consortium that was operating out of the mid eastern country of Arabica.
