This a 3 part story. No minors mentioned.
.............................................................................................................
My name is Nathan. I am 31 years old and a supervisor in a private physical therapy facility. My salary is slightly above $100,000 a year. I used some of it to buy a medium-sized house in a nice suburb of LA.
About 3 years ago, I met Kelly at my friend's wedding. She was one of the bridesmaids and by far the prettiest. She was 22 year old beauty with an athletic body that I fell in love with soon after. At the time, she was in her senior year in college, majoring toward becoming a nurse. Her impressive appearance, direct, no-nonsense approach, and a good sense of humor conquered my heart.
To be frank, the sex part was very important as well - While Kelly did not have a lot of prior experience, her adventurous nature and enthusiasm more than made up for it. The first time she gave me a blowjob, her teeth were in the way, and I had to disengage before losing my organ. We talked about it the same evening, and the second time, she was MUCH better. Kelly choked when I came in her mouth but held firm and survived it courageously. After the second time, she read about techniques of oral sex, and the 3rd time was a charm: She milked my prick to a happy ending and swallowed my spunk without spilling a drop. I returned the favor on several occasions, and each time, she enjoyed 2-3 orgasms. Kelly let me be the dominant partner in sex, and when we started, she loved everything I suggested, from doggy-style to cowgirl and 69. Later, she showed reluctance to try anal sex, but everything else was on our menu.
Four months after I started dating her, I met her parents at a dinner in their home. The father, Morgan, was 51 and worked in a factory downtown. The mother's face looked very much like her daughter's, except for a few wrinkles near her eyes. However, she was somewhat shorter and more voluptuous. Stella, Kelly's mother, worked part-time as a secretary and was almost always smiley. Both parents accepted me immediately as a family member, and I felt very comfortable in their house. I married Kelly a year after our first date.
After the wedding, Kelly moved to my house, and we met her parents almost every weekend. The future looked bright. Kelly began working in the hospital's surgery department. However, being inexperienced and the last one to be hired, she was assigned to work mostly the evening and occasionally night shifts. It was a nuisance because I worked mostly from 8:00 to 3:30, and Kelly left home just minutes before I returned. By the time she was back home, she was too tired for anything. As a result, our 'we' time was limited to the weekends when she wasn't on call. We hoped the situation was temporary, and eventually, Kelly would start working the day shift.
Two events changed our lives. The first one happened about a year ago. Morgan drove home after a long day at work and had an accident. As a result, his cervical spinal cord was irreversibly damaged, he became paralyzed from the neck down, and much of the time he stayed in a special facility. It was a devastating blow to everybody. We found out later it was only part of the problem. While Morgan was loved by everybody, his major flaw was handling their finances: His disability insurance was too low, and their savings much less than expected.
The second issue was my loyal secretary's departure. Jenny was very knowledgeable, and I depended on her for everything in our place, from scheduling to scribing and calming belligerent customers. She gave her notice 6 months ago and agreed to stay up to 2 additional months so I could find a replacement who she would teach the ropes.
The following weekend, Kelly and I visited Stella. Kelly prepared the meal while I sat with Stella, who was still agonizing over her husband's dismal future. I wanted to distract her from her sorrow and told her about my secretary's leaving soon. She stared at me and said, "Nathan, since Morgan's situation is unlikely to improve, my income as a part-time secretary may not be enough. Would you consider taking me as a full-time secretary and pay accordingly?"
I smiled and said, "I'd love to do it, but there are 2 things to consider. One, I do not own the place, so I'll have to get approval from the executives. I doubt it will be a major hurdle because the owners and the board trust my judgment. Two, as the supervisor, I'll be your boss. It may feel weird. Will it be OK?"
She grinned, "Nathan, you are a good person. I don't think it will be a problem."
"Let me talk to Kelly and see what she says."
Kelly was thrilled, "Mom is an excellent secretary. Every year, she got an extra bonus for exemplary work. I am sure she'll learn everything in a very short time and will make the work there efficient and pleasant, at least as much as your prior secretary."
"I hope so because if she screws up, it will be a bad idea to reprimand your mother..."
She chuckled, "I doubt it will happen."
...
Stella began working on Monday. I Introduced her to Jenny and left them to bond and talk about her assignments. About 4 hours later, I met Jenny on her way to the bathroom. I asked her if the teaching was going well. She gazed at me, grinning, "Stella is a real treasure. She is a wonderful typist, has a flawless memory, and I did not have to mention anything more than once. I know you like me and my work, but I think she'll be better in a week."
It was very encouraging. Before going home, Stella came to see me with an important message to one of the patients. I asked her how she felt about work on her first day. She winked at me, "It's easier than I thought. And everybody was nice to me. I think I'll enjoy it here and hope my work is good enough so you won't fire me."
I smiled, "I doubt I'll do it if you burn the place, but It's nice to hear from Jenny and you that, so far, your future here seems bright."
After 2 weeks, Jenny told me Stella was doing very well, and her presence was no longer needed. I arranged a going-away party and bought her a big present. I knew I'd miss her, but it was her choice to move to the East Coast and be closer to her 2 married daughters.
...
Stella's hours were 7:45 am to 3:00 pm. Since Jenny was gone, I arranged more free time for myself to ensure I'd be available to help Stella if she encountered a problem she hadn't dealt with before.
She never asked for help and was fantastic: The scheduling ran like clockwork, the billing was flowing appropriately, and correspondence with our clients was cordial, with everybody complimenting us on the new secretary.
There was one thing I noticed: Every Monday and Wednesday, Stella arrived slightly earlier and used a backscratcher on her shoulders and upper back. When I saw it occurring in the 3rd week as well, I stopped by her desk and asked what was the reason.
She blushed and mumbled, "I have had shoulders and back pains for a long time. A year ago, I started going to a health club every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I also go and do yoga each Thursday. So, the morning after doing these exercises and poses, I feel good, but on Mondays and Wednesdays, I have to rub myself. Otherwise, my upper back would get stiff and hurt."
"Stella, why didn't you tell me? We work in a physical therapy facility. What better place to manage your symptoms? Both of us can come to work 15-30 minutes early; I'll massage your painful areas, and your back will feel much better."
Stella grinned, "Nathan, you are a great guy, but I think it's too much to have my supervisor arrive half an hour earlier than his starting time to rub his secretary's back."
I joked, "Lady, it will be much cheaper than having you suffer irreversible damage to your back. Your presence here is too important."
"Please, it will be too much to ask..."
