Author's note
Part Four takes the story to a new setting. It is not necessary for you to have read Parts One, Two, and Three to enjoy Part Four, though it would probably help.
The Homelands will eventually consist of fifteen parts, broken up into three trilogies. The first three parts were set in Autumn. The next three will be set in Summer. Then there will be three each set in Spring and Winter. The final three will tie everything together.
As ever, if you have questions feel free to email me. Or leave a comment. Either way, I'll try to respond in a timely manner.
This is primarily an incest story, but it is also sci-fi/fantasy, and supernatural elements are not incidental to the plot. Additionally, many chapters will feature elements of other categories, particularly group sex and anal.
All sexual acts are consensual and involve parties who are at least eighteen years of age. ########################

Scene 1
Setting: Wes and Zoey's home in Los Angeles. A few days after the events of Chapter 1. POV: Kurt #########################
A knock came at his bedroom door.
Kurt glanced at his alarm clock. It was just past ten at night.
He breathed a sigh of relief. When playing his video games, he tended to lose track of time. For a moment there, he'd thought his mother had come to tell him to go to sleep. As she so often did when she woke up in the middle of the night to find his light still on. Though it was a school night, it wasn't late enough yet to worry about that.
Plus, it was his birthday tomorrow. His mother had to cut him a little slack, didn't she? Maybe she'd even come to wish him a happy birthday a little early?
He paused his game then said, "Come in."
The door eased open and his sister slipped in.
"Oh. Hey, Liv," he said.
She snorted. "Don't be
too
glad to see me."
"Thought you might be Mom."
"Would you prefer that I was?" she asked, a thin eyebrow arching upward.
Kurt laughed awkwardly. What exactly did she mean by that?
"Just came by to wish you a happy birthday," she said.
"A little early. But thanks," he said. "Wanted to make sure you were the first one, huh?"
A strange grin spread across his sister's face. "Something like that."
Kurt suddenly felt uncomfortable. Did she have some kind of prank planned for him? She only got that look on her face when she was about to do something that would get her in huge trouble if their parents ever found out. Not that they ever did. She'd perfected the art of pretending to be innocent around the right people, despite having developing quite the reputation for being anything but.
"How's it feel to be eighteen?" she asked.
"A lot like being a day or two shy of eighteen," he said. "At least so far. Ask me again at midnight. I'm sure it'll really hit me then."
"Okay, smartass. How's it feel to know you're going to be eighteen in a couple hours?"
"Awesome," he said, over-enunciating each syllable. "Can't wait to stock up on cigarettes and go out there and register to vote."
"Is that what you've been looking forward to? Voting?"
Kurt shrugged. "What's the big deal, anyway? Still can't buy alcohol."
Olivia shrugged as she took a seat on the edge of his bed. "You're a man now. Doesn't that mean anything to you?"
He laughed. "Again, I'll let you know at midnight."
"Okay, I give up," she said.
"So, what, did you go crazy when you turned eighteen?"
"Well, I was away at school," she said. "Birthdays are always a bigger deal in college. Great excuse to drink even more than usual. And not feel as guilty as you normally would about not knowing the name of the guy you wake up beside in the morning."
Kurt shook his head.
"Yeah, yeah, I know. You don't need to hear that." She fretted at her lower lip. "And I guess I'd be lying if I said I normally feel bad about that."
He rolled his eyes.
Those comments didn't really bother him. Probably should have, and she probably hoped that they would, but they didn't. He'd known for a long time that his sister was a party girl. Or a slut, if you wanted to be all judgmental about it. Not that he saw any reason to be. He'd gotten used to the things his friends said about her. And as far as he was concerned, as long as she was being careful about not catching anything or getting knocked up, and he no reason to believe that she wasn't, it wasn't really anyone's business but hers.
You couldn't expect a girl not to notice, and take advantage of, the way men responded to her looks. And his sister was a looker. Her crystal blue eyes, pouty red lips, blonde hair, and heart-shaped face were simply stunning. She could have been a model, really. Not only did she have the prettiest face he'd ever seen, but she had the figure for it too.
Himself, Kurt preferred his women shapelier. More athletic. Olivia's legs were so
thin
.
But, even so, a guy would have to be blind not to notice how hot she was.
In fact, it was probably a good thing Olivia didn't have the type of body he tended to go for. Otherwise it would have been pretty hard not to think the types of thoughts no guy should ever think about his sister.
The kinds of thoughts he'd found himself thinking some of the time lately as it was. Ever since he'd started having delusional thoughts about her sleeping with Eric. Though he knew that was all just in his head, that there was no way that even they would do anything
that
