"Can I help you?" Asked a woman with long black hair and a smile that could light a full city.

I asked her what her shop was about and if she had been here long, as I hadn't noticed her shop before.

She sat upon a stool by the desk and was starting to explain about her shop and its contents when I heard a voice. It was a soft voice. A voice that sent a cold chill down my spine. "You will remember when you need to remember." Said the voice.

Upon hearing this mysterious voice and its words, I realised something.

"What is your name?" I asked.

"Johanna, my name is Johanna." She said with a soft yet intense tone and placed her hand upon mine. A sense of knowing her touch ran throughout me. My feet felt as though they were rooted into the ground. I heard a ringing in my ears and a ball of light swirling around us. There I saw her with a now purple and silver inlaid dress and an aura around her that was so bright, I could have gone blind. I felt a power surge throughout me and I was hit with a realisation that I knew this woman, I had known her before. But, from where? As the light around us swirled faster, I felt as though we were wrapped around each other, joined together with every atom there was, lifted into a joined body. I realised, I was no longer me, and she was no longer her. We were one.

As soon as I realised we were one, the swirling and spinning had stopped. Although, I could still feel her within me. Johanna was looking straight at me with a smile that I could not ignore.

"What happened?" I asked.

Johanna replied; "Why don't you tell me? You are the one that called upon me."

What the fuck did she mean? I didn't do anything, it's her fucking shop! I went to stand as she grabbed my arm, placed another stone within my hand and shouted "Remember!" My body fell to the floor, I started to shake and see images before my eyes. Things that were real, yet not real.

"I remember. I remember who I am. I am Johanna."

The woman with long black hair revealed that she was in fact a witch. That I had been damned to forget who I truly was.

"I am a witch as well aren't I?"

"Yes." Was her reply.

I needed to ask, "Why was I damned to forget? What did I do?"

"Look back, remember, you know the answer. You just need to remember." The witch replied.

"I fell in love. I fell in love, that was my falling."

And with that, the witch nodded and told me there was more to remember about myself. She walked out of the room, leaving me standing in a shop that I couldn't remember why I walked in.
