Severna International Airport was a brilliant, modern structure, intended to show off that Emmarine was a modern nation not entirely reliant on the marvels of magic. Dione had heard that somewhere within it, the windows had AR tracking which overlaid animations of dragons on top of the arriving and departing planes, but it was not evident here. Instead, the morning sun streamed through a cobweb of metal and glass, filling the airport with brilliant, natural light, and views of the bright blue sky beyond. A susurration of voices filled the place, even at this early hour, and as she made her way to the arrivals gate, she picked up snippets of conversations from the people surrounding her. Some in Emmerian, a few in Garnacan, and a handful of others that she couldn't place.

She'd heard that in some vacation spots, it was easy to discern the tourists from the locals by their lack of tan, or by their clothing, but here in Emmeria, they stood out even more. Rather than their skin or their clothing telling the tale, though, it was easy to spot the tourists because they were the ones staring at the people around them.

Dione stopped at one of the many large screens in the terminal, looking up the details of Jev and Sam's flight to ensure they were still on time, though just as she found it, the screen was blocked with a vibrant yellow QwikVu ad. She grunted in frustration, waiting for it to clear. Eventually, the ad was replaced by flight scheduling again, and Dione was surprised to see that the plane had been early, and had landed only a few minutes before. She picked up her pace to make her way to the meeting area.

The meeting area was full of people, anxiously waiting for their loved ones. There were significantly fewer benches and places to sit than there were people, and given that she knew that there was still a fair amount of time before Jev was likely to get his luggage and clear customs, Dione decided to pop into the bathroom to give herself a once-over. Under the expectation that the people on the flights may need the facilities after their flight, there was a washroom conveniently located just near the arrival gate.

Dione checked her hair and makeup in the mirror, fixing a slight smudge of mascara. She didn't often get fully decked out to simply come into town, but she wanted to look her best for Jev as he came in. She'd put on her cutest outfit and was looking forward to the moment he saw her, and his face lit up. Maybe he'd even pick her up and twirl her around. She smiled to herself at the idea. Quickly readjusting herself in the mirror to make her cleavage look its best, she strode confidently out of the washroom and into the public space.

And then she waited.

And waited.

She'd sent a message to Jev with no reply. Given that it was unlikely that she was ignoring her, she had to assume he simply hadn't noticed or was stuck with poor signal reception. She looked around at the people surrounding her, all starting to show signs of rising impatience as the crowd still grew. Finally, the first few people began to trickle through the gates, faces long and weary from the overseas flight.

Gradually, the incoming stream of people grew, pairing up with the people who'd come to greet them. The crowd continued to thin, with no sign of Jev. Dione checked the phone again, but there was still no message. The trickle of incoming flyers slowed to almost nothing, and the assembled crowd of people remaining began to shift impatiently. The flow slowly began to increase, until finally there was a virtual torrent of people streaming through the open gates.

Dione spotted Sam first, the vibrant purple of her skin difficult to miss. Both she and Jev looked drawn and tired. Of the two, Jev noticed her first, his face lightening slightly into a drawn smile. Both he and Sam enfolded her into a subdued one-armed hug, their other arms holding tight to their luggage. She shared a kiss with each of them.

"How was the flight?"

They shared a glance, sighing deeply. Sam answered first.

"I'm never flying again. Not even with my own wings. The first leg of the flight, into Fort Ampstead, was nothing but an hour and a half of turbulence. Which delayed us enough that we had to rush to catch the flight taking off to here, and then on the flight I get sat next to some old coot who smelled like onions and wouldn't stop "accidentally" bumping me. It got bad enough that Jev and I ended up trading seats."

She leaned her head adoringly on his shoulder.

"He's my hero."

Jev snorted sceptically at this but continued the story.

"Anyways, the flight was very, very long, and then they ran into problems unloading the luggage, so we were waiting there until they sorted that out. Finally, we get to go through customs, and they weren't sure what to do with the temporary residence documentation that I had because I'm still travelling on a Garnacan passport. Eventually they got some supervisor, who was able to confirm that everything was in order, but it was a lot to deal with after a long-ass flight."

Dione wrinkled her nose as they began walking to the parking.

"Well, unfortunately, the short-term parking is only free for the first half hour, so we're probably going to end up paying to get out of here."

Jev fell behind the two ladies to pass through an area of heavier traffic. Dione leaned into Sam, whispering something he couldn't make out, but it seemed to be a question since Sam nodded eagerly. With the oncoming traffic now passed, he moved up to walk in line with the others.

"What are you two conspiring about?"

It was Sam who ended up answering.

"She just wanted me to drive home so that she could cuddle with you in the back seat. I figure she's been without you for a few weeks, I can probably suck it up and do this for her. Besides which, I haven't gotten to drive the new cart yet. And I'm the one who bought it!"

They crossed through the covered causeway to the parkade, where the brilliant yellow-orange of Jev's new cart stood out among the rest. Both suitcases were tossed into the bed of the cart, and Sam changed into a chauffeur's uniform before hopping behind the wheel with a mock salute. Jev and Dione hopped the back, and the vehicle launched into motion.

Dione sat in the centre of the bench seats, with Jev's arm around her. She rested her head sweetly against his chest The bright morning sun streaming in made him glad this particular model of cart came with tinted back windows. Jev watched as they exited the parking structure, onto the local roads and finally, merged onto the highway.

As the car sped onto the highway, Dione's fingers began working at the button and zipper of his pants, carefully pulling his cock free against the cold metal. She slipped her arm around the shoulder piece of her seatbelt and began gently stroking his flaccid penis. He looked at her curiously, and she lifted the hem of her dress to reveal herself to him, completely unfettered by underwear.

"Had to welcome you home somehow, after all."

He went to reach between her legs to return the favour, but she brushed his hand away and brought her face down to his lap. He felt himself insert into the warm wetness of her mouth, and he reached over her body to begin to play with her pussy in return, earning a small, satisfied moan. He briefly caught Sam's glance in the rear-view mirror, her eyes shimmering with mirth, but she otherwise kept her focus on the road, ignoring Jev and Dione in the back.

Dione eagerly slurped at him, apparently making an effort to ensure the fellatio was as noisy as possible. Jev assumed this was for Sam's benefit, but she continued driving nonplussed. Meanwhile, he kept Dione pleasured by teasing at her lower lips. From his vantage point, her pussy was totally out of sight, blocked by Dione's thigh and the soft fabric of her dress, but she was soaking wet, and judging by the rising moans as he worked at her, deeply appreciative of the sensation that his probing fingers offered.

Suddenly, she pulled away from him, frowning. The cool air in the cab of the cart

"To the lower gods with this, we're gonna do this right."

She clicked open the seatbelt, pushing it off to retract into the seat. Then, she grabbed his pants, pulling them down to rest near his ankles. With her newfound freedom, she rolled over to straddle him, her back just pressing against the back of Sam's seat as she moved, and then she lowered herself carefully onto his cock with a satisfied moan. He pushed his hips forward against her to facilitate their joining. As she took a moment to savour the feeling of him inside of her, she whispered into his ear.

"I'm not letting you take this cock away from me for that long ever again."

She carefully began riding him. He watched outside at the cars passing innocently by. With the way the light came in outside, it was unlikely even their silhouettes were visible to the people in the passing cars, but it felt like they were totally visible outside nonetheless. He pulled one of Dione's shoulder straps down, revealing her breasts which were similarly unguarded by a bra. Helped by their relative positions, he bent down to take her prominent brown nipple into his mouth, pulling her tight to him to prevent it from escaping.

She compensated for his restraining her by gyrating her hips over his instead. He felt his cock seeming to roll around the periphery of her hole as the motion created a constant change of sensation for him. He kept one hand across her back, holding her in place as his other found the other breast. Dione moaned loudly as his fingers tweaked her nipple. The cart jerked suddenly to the side, and Jev was forced to grab Dione tighter to keep her from sliding off to the side. His eyes met Sam's in the mirror again.

"Sorry. Needed to change lanes in a hurry."

The twinkle in her eye made it seem unlikely that the manoeuvre was quite as innocent as that, but Jev's protection of Dione had had a secondary effect of pulling her hard down over his cock, which had earned a surprised but happy gasp from the dryad. Hooking both his arms around her, he grabbed her shoulders and began forcing her down onto himself. This trick also let him increase the pace, pulling her down again and again as she threw her head back, releasing a throaty breath. She flailed at his chest and arms, grabbing at him with no greater goal than to feel something tangible to anchor herself to. He could feel pressure burning within him, eager to release, but he held. He could feel Dione growing close to her apex, and he wanted to make sure they both came together. He grunted with the exertion of each pull against her body until finally, he slammed her down with all the strength he could muster, pushing up with his hips at the same time.

The sudden change pushed Dione over her limit. Her eyes flew open and she vocalised incoherently. Her hips continued to work against him as his seed shot deep within her. She collapsed forward onto him, flushed green and breathing deeply into the crook of his neck. When she finally caught her breath, she pushed herself up, bracing against his chest. He pulled her face towards his, meeting her for a tender kiss. They separated, his eyes meeting the emerald green of hers.

"You have no idea how badly I missed you."

Sam spoke up from the driver's seat.

"Now that you've had your reunion, you want to get back into your seat? Nobody's gonna see you from the side, but there's enough visibility from the front that I don't want to chance running into a cop."

Dione sneaked in another quick kiss and pulled herself off of him to return to her spot. She grabbed her purse and withdrew some tissues for cleanup. Jev awkwardly pulled his pants back on. Sam was focused on the road but shook her head sadly.

"Waste of a good meal..."

Dione grimaced but offered up the tissue.

"Oh, now you're just being gross. Would you eat cold spaghetti someone wiped up with a tissue?"

The dryad shrugged, tucking the tissue away into a pocket of her purse after ensuring it was wrapped up sufficiently so as not to make a mess. With that taken care of, she clicked herself back in and lay herself on his chest again.

"I'll give this cart its due: it's got plenty of space."

Jev smiled and squeezed her shoulder. He closed his eyes and leaned back, comfortable, and slowly the low hum of the vehicle's core lulled him to sleep.

The cart's sudden change in direction woke him up as Sam turned off the highway and onto the main road into Valsa. Dione remained cuddled against him and only moved as he started to rouse. She smiled at him.

"Good nap?"

He chuckled.

"Better than I got on the plane. The company smells better, too."

They rolled past houses in the village, and Jev looked back at how little he'd seen of the town when he'd first arrived. It didn't even seem like the driver had taken the same route. They pulled past Cyd's house, which looked strange to see with the garage door closed, and finally, they came to a stop in front of the house, which somehow seemed smaller than he'd remembered. They unloaded the cart and went inside with their luggage. The interior was pristine. Jev looked with surprise at Dione.

"I didn't have a lot else to do, so I spent a bunch of time cleaning."

Sam stepped in.

"Wow, I'll say... I'm almost afraid to breathe in here."

Dione smiled, bashfully.

"Well, that kind of brings up something that I have been thinking of, but I don't really have any way to pursue. I'd like to go back to school."

Both Jev and Sam looked at her, surprised.

"Not full time, of course, but maybe through distance learning. With everyone gone, I kind of realised that I don't really have a life. I help you out, Jev, where I can, but it's not really a job. I didn't bother with postsecondary, figuring I'd just work the farm with Mik. But I see you all working together, and I want to help, with more than just the Sessiv."

Jev nodded, understanding.

"Well, we probably can get that to happen for you, but it might have to wait until we sell the harvest. The move is taking up the majority of my savings and while my bonding stipend is enough to make sure we've got food and can pay the bills, University courses aren't cheap. Especially if you're taking a few at a time."

Sam stood back, looking over Dione, appraising.

"You could probably do Intima?"

Jev frowned disapprovingly.

"Sell nudes? I don't know if that's a great idea."

Sam nodded enthusiastically.

"Nah, it's definitely a great idea. There's plenty of dryads who do it. You'd barely have to leave your tree. Plus, you're a fertility spirit. You're virtually made for this. It's easy money."

Dione turned to Jev, expecting his counterargument.

"Yeah, there's plenty of dryads who do it. Which means you'd need to do something to establish yourself among all of those."

Sam slipped behind Dione, running her hands along her hips and up her sides to cup at her breasts.

"Have you seen this girl? You don't think this is enough?"

Dione brushed Sam away, looking between them.

"I suppose it could be an option..."

Sam smiled brightly

"Why not? I did it for a while, and it worked well for me."

Jev looked at her sceptically.

"And what made you stop?"

She mumbled something incoherent.

"What was that?"

Sam gave an exasperated sigh, repeating her statement in a sing-song tone, like a child repeating a lesson learned to a parent.

"It was too much hassle uploading stuff all the time. And the more stuff I put out, the less people paid for any of it."

Jev extended his hands as if to say "so there!"

"It paid off good at the start though!"

Despite Sam's last response, the argument seemed to win Dione over to Jev's side.

"I don't know... I'm not sure that's the right plan for me."

Sam stuck a petulant tongue out at Jev. He playfully tried to grab it, missing only just. He yawned, the fatigue catching up to him again.

"Look, it's not something that needs to be decided right now anyways. Who knows, maybe there's some antique in here that is actually worth millions and we'll be able to sell it once my furniture is delivered. But right now, I just want to take a nap."

Sam enthusiastically agreed, and while Dione insisted she wasn't especially tired, she also wanted to be with her people and agreed to join them. Jev and Sam happily accommodated her by allowing her to take the central place in the bed, where Jev would usually sleep. Comfortably nestled between the two, even she quickly drifted off to sleep.

When his alarm finally went off, Jev was alone in the bed with Sam. She groaned, burying her face into his back as he reached for the flashing, buzzing phone to turn it off. He could hear Dione moving around outside of the room. He stumbled out of the bed, pulling against the grasping hand of Sam, trying to pull him back into the sheets.

"C'mon. We need to get up or we won't sleep tonight."

She let out another loud groan.

"I can, I promise! 20 hours straight!"

He laughed.

"Well, I can't! C'mon, I'm hungry!"

Sam rolled onto her back and let out a disgusted grunt, but finally, with great reluctance, lifted herself out of bed too. They walked out into the main room where they were immediately struck by the warm scent of hot coffee. Dione stood in front of the stove with a cup ready to hand to Jev. He smiled enthusiastically as he took the hot cup.

"Ah, bless you, O sainted queen of caffeine!"

Behind him, Sam grumbled.

"I don't even know why I bother having boobs. All I'd need to seduce this guy would be to turn myself into a pot of hot dark roast, and he'd never leave me alone."

Jev looked up from blowing on his coffee to cool it.

"Hey, that's not true at all." He took a sip, closing his eyes as he savoured the bitter liquid. "I prefer medium roast."

Dione laughed as she handed Sam a cup as well. All three of them sat at the table as Jev and Sam began to drink. Dione reached out to grab Jev's hand.

"So... I may have promised something to Riva when she was here, and you should probably be aware of it before it comes up."

Jev put his coffee down, giving Dione his full attention. Dione continued.

"So, anyway, Riva was feeling poorly about herself and thinking that there was no way that anyone would ever find her attractive. I told her that wasn't true, and maybe as we were talking about it I suggested she could try seducing you?"

Jev took a moment to process what Dione was telling him.

"So... You want me to sleep with Riva?

Dione looked up at him hopefully.

"I mean, if it's not too big of a request? She's a sweet girl, she just needs to get out of her head a bit, and start seeing what's really there instead of... Well, what she's been told, I guess, or at least what she thinks she's been told."

Sam looked up eagerly.

"Ooh! Can I take part too? I also want to help her!"

Dione looked over at Sam sceptically.

"I don't think we want to overload her too much right off the bat. She's mentioned being interested in Jev, so let him ease her into our little group. Then, once she's a bit more settled, if she's interested, you can try. It's hard to say if you'd make her feel better about herself given how... sex-motivated you are."

The succubus slumped, dejected. She let out a disappointed sigh.

"You're probably right..."

Dione smiled comfortingly, reaching from Jev to Sam to pat her hand.

"Let's face it, though. You, me, and Cyd haven't been able to let him go after getting that dick. I suspect once she realises it's fair game we'll be seeing her around more."

Jev made a face.

"And here I thought I was just a good guy. Now I find out you're all sticking around because you are all ad-dick-ted?"

Dione rolled her eyes. Sam looked for something she could throw at him. Seeing only her coffee at hand, she gave up but fired a dirty look his way nevertheless. He turned his attention to Dione.
