The sun was shining bright this morning. The dense forest foliage was able to bathe in the celestial bodies life giving aura, unhindered by anything, spare the occasional cloud here and there. God rays pierced through the thick canopy onto the forest floor, offering a rather peaceful visage to any who could take the time to stop and appreciate the beautiful scene before them. Malin wished that he had spent more time appreciating the scenery more during the beginning of his adventure. Because unfortunately for the unlucky paladin, nature's beauty was hard to observe in his current predicament.
Malin was currently hurtling through the air at unsafe speeds, backwards. He yelled while flying through the air, before crashing into a thick tree with a sudden crack. He slumped over onto the ground, splintered wood and other debris falling around and onto him. He let out a groan of pain, as he slowly lifted his jarred form off the ground. His head jerked up when he heard loud footsteps approaching from in front of him. Then a feminine voice called out, filled with anger.
"There is always one! I swear, every year with you idiots!" The voice pierced through the woods. Malin shook his head, trying to clear his dizzy vision, before resting his gaze on the enemy in front of him. She marched forward, a muscular feminine body nearly 9 feet tall stomping through the brush. The Paladin could feel the small tremors in the ground with each of her heavy footsteps. The Sun's rays reflected off of veridian scales that covered most of her body, giving her a reptilian appearance. She continued to stomp forwards on digitigrade legs, each foot ending with four, claw tipped toes. Three splayed out in front, while one supported the back like a high heel. This posture complimented her long toned legs, which led up to her curvaceous waist. Her hips swayed from side to side like a temptress, even while she approached angrily. Her navel was toned, and thin. Upon her chest sat a pair of exposed perky breasts, probably a C-cup if on a human sized frame.
Malin, despite his jarred body's protest, straightened himself further. Baring his heavy shield and short sword, he prepared himself as the woman continued to close the gap. He saw her stretch out a large pair of wings once she entered a clearing, and a heavily muscled tail swayed from behind her. Once she stopped a few yards in front of him, his eyes locked with hers. Piercing red, reptilian eyes glared at him in annoyance. Full pouty green lips formed into a scowl as a clawed finger pulled one of her bangs out the way. The rest of her long, light blue hair had been pulled back into a ponytail. She crossed her arms and started yelling again.
"Do you have any idea how annoying you fuckwits really are? Every year a new batch of 'warriors and adventurers' come out of that stupid academy. And every time, some idiot decides he's going to show how macho he is by 'slaying the big bad dragon'! Like, really?!" She pressed forward again, closing in on the man again. "You stupid boys aren't even worth my time! There is a reason me and my kind are considered boss tier creatures you know... We are just simply out of your league."
Malin readied himself as she approached, tightening his grip on his sword and shield. He began to scoff at her words, before letting off a chuckle. "Out of our league? Think quite highly of yourself huh? You are just another monster, and you will fall just like any other!" He then charged forward, and brought his sword down upon her with a mighty swing, his muscles flexing hard in the exertion. The blade was caught by her powerful claws. With ease she wrenched his sword to the side, and smirked at the man.
"Just another monster, huh? You'll hurt a woman's feelings with words like that. And for the record human, you are so very wrong. I am not just another monster. I'm one of the best." She released her grip from the man's sword, and cocked her fist back for a punch. Malin's eyes widened behind his helmet and he brought his shield forward to absorb the blow. With a loud metallic clang, her fist dented the thick shield with her powerful attack, and the inertia sent the man tumbling backwards onto his back. He quickly pushed himself up and charged her again, placing his shield in front of him like a battering ram. With a loud yell, Malin charged into her. Despite using all his might, her large form barely budged against him. His feet dug into the earth, kicking dirt as he tried to push. On her part, she let off a laugh, amused at his efforts. "Come on little guy, you can do it! Push! Push!"
The man swung his sword again, and this time she made no effort to block his attack, there was no need. The metal blade connected with the scaled armor on her arm and simply bounced off. He looked up into her eyes, and she gave him a smug grin. The Paladin looked down, and noticed her tail. The long flexible limb was resting between them. With all his might, the man brought up his armored boot, and slammed it down onto the draconic woman's tail. The dragon didn't even flinch, but her eyes burned with more annoyance. Before Malin could react, her tail coiled around his leg. She quickly yanked his leg from beneath him, and his world went upside down. She lifted him up so his armored face was level with hers before tuting at him and shaking her head. "Tsk Tsk Tsk, now that was just rude." The man was then sent through the air again, hitting the ground hard a few yards away from her.
As he slowly began to rise, she slowly walked towards him, taunting him while she approached. "I'll give you credit, your tenacious, albeit stupid. Most others usually run away at this point, or are too fragile to even make it this far. The armor helps I'm sure, and it makes it more fun for me anyways. I like being able to toss you morons around a bit.
