We stepped off the plane and into the airport. The flight made me remember how much I hated flying. Especially flying on commercial flights. I was wiped out, and overall, I was glad that we were at the end of our Disney World vacation. I won't say I didn't have fun because I had a whole lot of fun. But having Mikayla and my family so close together meant I was always on guard.

My wife and daughter walked together through the terminal ahead of Mikayla and me. They were still pumped up about the trip as we headed to get our bags. From what I could hear, they were talking about their favorite highlights of the vacation. They had no clue about how different the trip had played out for Mikayla and me.

Mikayla walked beside me. Every now and then, her hand would touch my hand. Even though it was for a brief second, I felt the excitement surge through my veins. The last few days had been a total whirlwind of emotions. There were the secret rendezvous that Mikayla and I shared. And then there was being caught in the act. Vira, of course, fixed everything that went wrong.

There were so many highlights as we tested Vira's powers. I would never think of the PeopleMover ride in the same way again. Having Mikayla riding me, feeling her body on mine, skin on skin, knowing that somebody had to see us. Fucking her on that ride was proof Disney could still be the happiest place on Earth. Even though we knew we had Vira, it was still thrilling and dangerous.

I couldn't help but grin when I thought about Mikayla walking into the bedroom while my wife and I were still in bed. The lust in her eyes. Then watching her strip and tell my wife she was there to fuck me. It was right out of a porno. A good porno! Mikayla's confidence was a total turn-on.

"Are you ok?" Mikayla asked quietly. Her big blue eyes sparkled as they looked at me.

"Yeah, I'm just a bit tired," I said.

"We really need to talk about all of this," Mikayla whispered. She looked ahead to ensure Jenny and Kelly were far enough ahead so they wouldn't hear.

"We will. Trust me," I replied.

As we reached baggage claim, I thought about the massive power that Vira gave me. It allowed me to bend time and reality to my will. Having that power was a total rush. Every time I used it, I felt more and more invincible. I felt like I was in complete control of my destiny. But as that old saying goes, with great power comes great responsibility. I could feel that responsibility starting to creep up on me.

The Mikayla situation complicated things further. I was falling hard for her. What was supposed to be a fun romp in the simulator with a simulated Mikayla had turned into much more. It was now a full-blown affair with a very real woman. I am not complaining. The time spent with Mikayla had been beyond fantastic. Having adventures with her has bypassed any fantasies I could have imagined.

But I was only planning for the emotionless release of a computer simulation. Our adventures had been very physical but also very emotional. They were experiences that had already bonded us together in ways I hadn't anticipated. I knew I could still hit the reset switch and go back to reality. But would you? Did that reality even still exist for me?

After we gathered our bags, we headed to the parking lot. We all piled into the SUV for the ride back to my house. As we drove, my mind raced through the possibilities for what could come next. There were plenty of them, but I had no clue what path I should follow. The stakes were high, and I knew I could lose my family if I made the wrong moves.

We pulled into the long driveway, and we all bailed out. I started pulling the bags out of the back of the SUV.

"I guess I should run to the store," Kelly said.

"Now?" I asked as I pulled Jenny's bag from the vehicle.

"Well, we are going to need a few things. We've been gone for a week," Kelly said.

"Alright," I said as Jenny grabbed her bag and headed inside the house.

"Can I get you anything special?" Kelly asked.

"Some of that Michigan Cherry coffee, that stuff is addictive," I said as I removed Mikayla's bag from the SUV.

"Got it," Kelly said. "It was great having you with us on the trip, Mikayla!"

"Thanks for taking me!" Mikayla smiled as my wife hugged her.

"Anytime, you're like another daughter to us. You're welcome anytime," my wife said.

"Thank you, Mrs. Stevens," Mikayla replied.

"I won't be long," my wife said, then kissed me on the cheek. Mikayla helped me with the remaining bags as Kelly got into her car.

"Ooh, w. hat a sensual kiss on the cheek," Mikayla teased.

"You are bad," I said, shaking my head.

"But I'm good at being bad," Mikayla said with a smile. She picked up her suitcase and waved at my wife as she backed out of the driveway. Mikayla playfully sang, "I've been fucking your husband," as Kelly drove off.

"Mikayla!" I said.

"What? What she doesn't know won't hurt her," Mikayla replied. "It won't hurt us either."

"I know, you're right."

"I'll drop my stuff at home, say hi to the family, and then I'll be back for our next adventure," Mikayla said with a smile.

"Perfect," I said. I leaned down and gave Mikayla a quick kiss.

"You can do better than that," Mikayla said as she put her arms around my neck.

I leaned in and kissed her soft lips. My arms wrapped around her as I pulled her body close. My hands slid down to her perfect ass and squeezed.

"Better!" Mikayla giggled as we broke the kiss. "I can't wait to have you inside me again," she said as she tossed her bag into the backseat of her car. She smiled as she slid into the driver's seat, then blew me a kiss as she backed out of the drive.

I brought the bags into the house. It was good to be home. But it also meant it was time to start making some decisions. I loved my wife and daughter. I knew that much was true. But I also was pretty sure that I loved Mikayla. I know I loved the way she made me feel and the adventures that we went on. I was getting sucked in deeper and deeper every time I saw her.

Vira's powers were the key to everything. They are what opened the door to my relationship with Mikayla. Without Vira, I'd have never tried anything with the young vixen. Now, because of Vira, I was pretty sure I could do anything I wanted to do without getting caught. Well, without there being lasting consequences. Vira's powers offered me the ability to chase my deepest desires. At least, that was the way it seemed.

It was quiet in my bedroom as I unpacked my suitcase. It was the first time I'd had a few minutes to myself since before the trip. Vira's powers offered me so much that I could have been planning out all sorts of adventures. I could be exploring the universe. I could be bedding any supermodel I wanted. But I couldn't keep my thoughts from going back to Mikayla. I wondered if we could continue the thrill ride we were on without everything crashing down.

I went downstairs and made a pot of coffee. I needed a nice caffeine boost to help me think. The sound of the water filling the pot was calming for a brief moment. But then I could feel the guilt for all the things I'd done with Mikayla creeping in. I told myself I didn't mean to start a relationship with the real Mikayla. I told myself I had Vira to make sure Jenny and Kelly didn't get hurt. I knew I was working too hard to convince myself it was ok. An addict finds reasons to keep using, no matter if they are real or not.

I poured myself a cup of coffee. The dark roast aroma filled the air. I took a deep sip and tried to quiet the voices in my head. When that didn't work, I headed downstairs to the basement. The lab where Vira resided. It was my secret haven where every one of my pleasures and turmoil seemed to emanate from as of late.

The basement was cool, and the lights were dim. I sat in front of Vira's terminal for a few moments as I tried to gather my thoughts.

"Vira," I said.

"Yes, John?" she replied. Her voice was calm and soothing.

"I need a bit of guidance," I said. "I am having so much fun with Mikayla. She was always a fantasy girl, but it was because of her body. She is a stunningly beautiful girl, which is why I asked you to create her in the simulator for me."

"Yes, I recall," Vira said.

"It turns out she is smart, funny, and sexy as hell. We connect at more than a physical level. I can talk to her and have glorious, meaningful conversations. But I am married to a great wife and have a daughter who I love. How can I live out my fantasies with Mikayla without blowing up my real life? How do I know if I'm making the right choices? How do I know when I'm getting in too deep?"

"The relationship you have with Mikayla is already quite real," the machine said. "You cannot forget that. If I'm understanding you, you want to balance your desires with your responsibilities. Is that correct?"

"Yes!" I said, leaning forward. "That's exactly it. I need a way to have both without losing everything that I've got. There has to be a way. You're the super-computer, help me out."

"John, I am not a super-computer," Vira said as the lights on her console came to life. "My abilities far surpass even the machines at NORAD. Your situation is complex. The power to alter reality comes with some significant challenges and consequences."

"I know that," I said. "But, there has to be a way. I've never bought into the whole you can't have your cake and eat it too bullshit." Vira was silent for a few seconds. No doubt her circuitry was searching for answers to my problems.

"You could consider compartmentalizing your experiences with Mikayla within isolated simulations. This would let you indulge in your desires without impacting your real life," Vira said.

I thought about it for a moment. Vira's suggestion meant everything Mikayla and I did would stay within the simulations. Like everything in Vira's simulator, they would be safe from prying eyes and wouldn't affect our realities.

"That is not going to work," I said. "Mikayla would still be real. Everything we do in the simulator, even though it doesn't happen in the real world, happens to two real people. We have our emotions, which are also very real. Plus, I need more than a simulated life with Mikayla. It's fun playing in the holodeck, but I'm not sure if that's enough."

"It is one possible solution," Vira said. "Even though it is not perfect. There are others that would allow you to live different lives. You must remember that maintaining such dual lives will demand you manage them carefully. You also need to have the emotional fortitude to withstand them. No matter which path you choose, if you are having a relationship with Mikayla and trying to keep your family together, there are risks. A lot of risks."

"What are the other options?" I asked. My frustration level was building.

"John, you already know that you have the power to leap back into your body at a previous time," Vira began. "This means you could live an entirely different life, experiencing everything that comes with that, then return to where it all began."

Vira was describing what Mikayla and I had done on our Disney World vacation. For some reason, I hadn't considered it as an option for such extended periods. I leaned back in my chair and tried to grasp the enormity of the concept.

"So, it's like having multiple lives in a video game," I said. "Endless do-overs to use until we achieve the goals we desire. That may be exactly what I need! Why didn't I think of this before? Instead of just jumping a few minutes back in time, why not a whole lifetime? Could this really be done without a problem?"

"I never said that," Vira said. "It comes with great responsibility and some risks. Each leap back can create multiple ripples in time. These ripples could alter events and affect those around you in unforeseen ways. There are always some unknowns, John."

I loved the idea of having multiple lives. It was more than tempting. I could explore my desires with sexy young Mikayla without the fear of any permanent consequences. If something went wrong, I could leap back and try again. It was pretty obvious that it could work, but Vira's warnings lingered in my mind.

"What kind of dangers are we talking about?" I asked, needing to understand the full scope of what I was dealing with.

"First," Vira said, "we have the psychological toll. Living multiple lives and constantly resetting can blur your sense of reality. It may become challenging for you to distinguish between your different experiences and identities. The human brain is an amazing thing, but it has limits."

"I understand," I said. The idea of losing my grip on reality was not one that I'd considered before.

"Second," she continued, "there is the risk of creating paradoxes. Small changes in your actions can lead to significant deviations in the timeline. This could have unintended consequences as well."

My mind raced through the possibilities of what could be done. They were both thrilling and a bit terrifying. I told myself I could handle it if I were methodical and careful. The allure of living out my fantasies was not something I thought I could resist. Playing Doctor Who with Mikayla as my companion seemed like perfection, but the potential fallout had to at least be considered.

"And finally," Vira added, her tone a bit more serious, "there is always the chance that repeated use of this power could destabilize the fabric of your existence. Each leap in time strains the continuum, and there is no guarantee it will remain stable indefinitely."

"What? Wait. Do longer leaps have that much more danger?" I asked.

"Yes," the machine said. "I'm not saying it will happen or that it is probable that it will happen, but you need to know it is a possibility. The longer you go between leaps, the more the chances rise."

I sat there in silence. I tried to absorb Vira's words. I tried to figure out the odds. Every day, we leave the house, and we take risks. Getting into a car or plane always comes with the possibility of an accident. Walking down the street does as well. You might be hit by one of those cars or planes as you walk down the street. Life is full of risk. It is a question of how much you are willing to take.

"So what do I do?" I asked myself.

"That decision lies with you," Vira said. "Consider what you value most and proceed with caution."

I nodded and took a deep breath. The power given to me by Vira was both a blessing and a curse. It would all come down to how I decided to wield that power. My decisions would be what shaped my future.

"There is really a possibility that using your powers too many times will have a catastrophic effect on my life? I thought you were invincible?" I asked.

"John," Vira said. "while my powers are immense, and I do not foresee anything catastrophic from your use of time leaps, there is always an element of unpredictability. The fabric of time is delicate. Use caution."

"But what if Mikayla and I decided to live a whole life together? If we experienced everything we could, years of memories, moments, love, and then leaped back to the moment it all began. Would we be able to resume our current lives as if nothing happened?" Vira's lights moved in a dizzying array on the console.

"In theory," she said, "if you were to live an entire life with Mikayla and then return to this point, your current lives would resume from the moment you left. Your memories and experiences from that alternate life would remain with you." I felt a spark of hope.

"So it's possible? We could have it all without losing what we have now?" I asked.

"It is possible," Vira said. "But again, such a choice comes with risks. The memories of that alternate life might create emotional complexities when you return. Additionally, even though you resume from this point, things could still affect the timeline you are on."

I leaned back in the chair and contemplated everything I could process. I loved the idea that I could live a whole life with Mikayla. However, I understood that jumping back in time at the end of it would mean that life would be temporary. What if we had kids? What would happen to them? I knew I wasn't thinking as clearly as I should be, but Mikayla's draw was strong. If this plan worked, we could have some kind of life together.

"So we could go on living our lives," I asked, "with all those experiences in our head. It would feel like another reality intertwined with this one."

"Yes, John," Vira said. "You must consider whether the weight of those additional experiences is something you are prepared to carry."

I sipped my coffee and stared at the console. There were so many possibilities to consider. I thought about hitting the reset switch, but what good would that do? It's like eating a perfect cheeseburger and then leaping back in time. If I remember how good that cheeseburger is, I will want it again. Mikayla was a lot better than a cheeseburger.

"What about Mikayla?" I asked. "Would she be able to handle it?"

"That depends on her resilience and your combined strength," Vira replied. "The memories you carry back will test your bond."

It was a massive decision to make. A lifetime with Mikayla sounded perfect to me. I would have thought that I was just being selfish, but I told myself that it seemed that she wanted the same things I did. I wanted confirmation that I could balance the dream with the reality, but that was going to be impossible to get. Again, it came down to how much risk I wanted to endure.

As always, only time will tell. When you have a time machine, that becomes a muddled statement. I pulled my cell phone out of my pocket and looked at the time. I already missed Mikayla. I knew I should try to resist her, but I didn't have the strength to do so. I went with the assumption that Vira would continue to be my safety net.

"Miss me yet?" I texted Mikayla. My heart raced as I pressed send, and I felt a little desperation as I watched the screen, awaiting her reply. I smiled as the three little dots popped up, showing she was sending a reply. I was totally whipped. I will admit it.

"Already?!? I miss you too! :) Are you ready for another adventure?" Her text was exactly what I needed to make me forget the big choices, at least for a moment. I could almost hear her playful voice in the air. The pull she had on me was magnetic and impossible to resist. My fingers danced on the keyboard, eager to respond to her.

"I'm always ready for you," I typed back. "Can't wait to have you in my arms again." I pictured her big blue eyes lighting up when she saw my message. I hoped her lips had curled up into the mischievous smile she gets when she knows she is being bad. My phone buzzed.

"I'll be there in about an hour," Mikayla texted. "Let's make this adventure unforgettable!" She added a heart emoji at the end.

Even though the adventures with Mikayla were piling up, each one of them was amazing. Each secret escapade is somehow more thrilling than the last. Despite the massive risks, I couldn't deny how alive the girl made me feel.

I paced around the basement, tidying up some papers that were scattered on the desk. I was more than ready for our next adventure.

"Vira," I said. "Prepare for a new simulation with Mikayla. Something where we can relax but also have the perfect situation to talk things out."

"Understood," Vira replied. "I will have everything ready for her arrival."

I took a deep, calming breath and headed upstairs. Kelly was still out, and I wondered how much longer she might be gone. I wanted to get into the simulator with Mikayla without raising any eyebrows. I paced around the living room, unable to shake the excitement. I felt like a kid again. Every minute of waiting felt like an eternity. The thought of being with Mikayla, feeling her body against mine, was all-consuming.
