Introduction

I am Narlewdia, a vampire succubus, looking to establish my own harem and find out more about my own kind for the benefit of all~

While I kind of forgot my age before my transformation (because it didn't feel that important) I have been a succubus vassal to my Matriarch for the last 50 years, but now she has deigned to give me the independence to study things on my own.

Most of my kind is rather... preoccupied with their own harems and ever-growing hunger and lust to pay much mind to what came before, how we even came to be in this world, and for rituals and techniques few are inclined to share and give up their advantages.

As such, I've been acquiring knowledge from other sources, such as witches and even the Inquisition, though of course their own tales and claims are always rather doubtful.

I've also made my lair in an old mansion Matriarch told me used to be inhabited by a witch friend of hers, though she suddenly disappeared. Many parts of the mansion will take a lot of effort to restore so I can study what she left behind... I will need servants, first.

I believe that with the right combination of modern technology and ancient knowledge, my research will bring about new heights of blissful pleasure for my kind... and any of you who will join us in it.

Even though we never age (provided we always get enough cum to nourish us) and are immune to any regular disease, no Matriarch is known to be older than 300 years. Is that simply because we came into existence then? Or do we eventually succumb to our hunger?

It is known that Matriarchs that age spend practically their entire days feeding and are wholly dependent on their vassals to milk their slaves. It seems plausible they just end up being betrayed by their vassals, or they might even submit to them to give them room to grow.

Many of the common things people associate with both vampires and succubi do not apply for us, at least not in the way most mortals seem to think.

Firstly, we are not vampires in the sense of being creepy undead that feed on blood. We *can* feed on blood, to some extent, but it's much less nutritious than semen or vaginal fluids. In fact, many of us don't like the taste of blood.

I believe the misconception arises from the fact that we sometimes do bite people... but rather than sucking out the blood we simply use the path into the veins to calm or sedate an anxious pet.

We don't have a problem with sunlight, though we generally prefer the night to move around unseen, plus it's the time of day where most of our pets will be alone and free to play with.

Lastly, this old belief that we can only enter homes if invited...

we simply don't have the desire to visit those that don't have the kind of sexual drive we're looking for, and we can sense the burning desires of potential pets... which I suppose could be considered an invitation.

Neither garlic nor holy water harms us, though we greatly dislike the smell and taste of it. Crosses are somewhat of a deterrent if only because they are often a sign of trouble, of people faithful to the Inquisition.

Driving a stake through our hearts or decapitation are ways to kill us... though you'd find those tactics effective on almost anyone else too.

Fire and Acid are fairly effective but we can survive on our regenerative abilities for much longer unless we're already starved of cum, which is almost always the case of these executions.

Despite the Inquisitions claims and the general implications of the word, we're not demons from hell or another world, so no exorcism or banishment ritual does anything to us.

Any claims that our sexual activity spreads diseases are wholly inaccurate. As mentioned before, a true succubus is immune to disease, and we also cannot transfer them to anyone else. Even our pets, the more they are transformed, the more resistant they become to these diseases.

And while they will naturally grow more of a sexual appetite themselves, we always do encourage them to do it safely with other people.

I should perhaps also mention that we do not make people pregnant, though our cum has some effect on already fertilized eggs, which can result in the birth of a baby with some of our common traits... but most cases of pregnancies we're blamed for we're just a convenient scapegoat

I should also introduce you to my witch partner, Moeni. She has been very helpful in many ways, chiefly in providing the perspective of a witch.

She also has a remarkable talent for Alchemy, creating potent lust and transformation potions with only a few drops of my nectar. Unfortunately (for her), when she drinks them, she almost always loses herself to the effects and remembers nothing afterwards.

In fact, while she is normally very timid and obedient, the potions tend to bring out her feral side. Even with my precautions, it's hard to keep her in check sometimes... but on the other hand it also makes her a perfect partner in some experiments.

Narlewdia's Harem

Samantha:

Red hair, green eyes, a lot of freckles. Body on the chubby side, pretty far along the transformation. Tattoo runes granted her a sizable cock. Fairly timid, but also eager to experiment. Currently loaned to the Lvndr Labs as a token for the cooperation.

High pain tolerance and good memory, but needs a lot of instructions to play a more active role in sex.

Tianna:

Long brown hair, brown eyes, slim body but sizable breasts (so far the only really noticeable change from the nectar). Works as a maid at the mansion, deeply submissive to Narlewdia, but can act a bit bratty towards others as she sees most people as inferior to her mistress. Very skilled with her hands and mouth when it comes to cocks, feet, legs or her cleaning duties, though a bit stiff with vaginal and ass play.

Florianne:

Formerly a pet of her Matriarch who has volunteered to become a Dryad and is now leading these servants of hers. The most light-brown of the group, a deep green blossom taking the place of where a human's hair would be. Big breasts as befitting a motherly creature, storing good amounts of a sappy, sweet liquid. Though her primary duty now is to take care of the sprawling garden in front of the mansion, her old nature still shows through and she loves playing with and feeding other pets that visit the garden. Besides Moeni she's easily the most knowledgeable being in the mansion when it comes to the many herbs and other plants, and unlike the witch she can easily take advantage of their qualities without any preparation needed.

Raspberry, Blackberry, Strawberry and Blueberry:

The Slime Maids of the mansion. Having drunk of the mysterious fluid in the fountain, they have gained powers not found in ordinary Slime maids. They can take on the color and taste of any berry or fruit found in the gardens, their new names taken from their favorite kind. If fed with cum, other flavours like Cream, Chocolate or the like can also be added the taste or even become their current taste altogether.

But tasting them can quickly transform otherwise pure mortals into more of their kind, as was the case with their newest member, Blueberry.

Their main purpose remains the same, milking needy pets... but now they can also feed them at the same time.

Biology

Vampire Succubi are strange, erotic creatures of unknown origin.

They feed on semen and vaginal fluids like a Vampire would on blood (though blood and other body fluids still provide them some degree of sustenance, if no alternatives present themselves)

Their own cum meanwhile is a strong aphrodisiac, very addictive and in sufficient amounts also have transformative effects ranging from making their victims better sources to turning them into more of their kind.

They can take pretty much any form they want... or perhaps people just tend to see in them what they want to see. However, once they are sufficiently aroused they turn out to be entirely hermaphroditic, though balls appear to be more optional

the more they... reward... their pets, the more they start showing these traits as well, though it generally starts by accentuating their original primary sex characteristics, along with their libido

a newly created one will generally be a servant of the original, sometimes serving as a sort of a distilled source, as the older ones will require ever more cum for sustenance.

they will however carefully choose their favorite pets to transform entirely, as too many would instead create conflict between them.

If two clash in combat, it's an intensively sexual confrontation, with both trying to inject as much of their cum into their opponent as possible while trying to get the other one to waste theirs outside, until the effect of their cum overwhelms the opponent.

Interestingly enough, those transformative effects have been known to be really beneficial for their pets, as they become more sexually active and confident overall, perhaps through a desire to impress their mistress and finding them more candidates.

Longer exposure/dependency also tends to alter their bodies in favorable ways, or at least towards the succubus' preferences in body types

This might surprise you to hear but we succubi really, really, *really* love cuddling. Hard, messy sex is fun of course but its also kind of a necessity for our survival and growth. Cuddling is not only an important part of aftercare but it's also a very important social element.

It's a great opportunity to learn more about our pets, what they enjoyed and what they might want to change. And it's also a great time to explore how their body has been changing and compliment them on it, and subtly influencing the cum inside them to make sure they change right.

of course, given our nature, there will almost always be sex at some point in a meeting, but we always like to make some time to cuddle before or after. Falling asleep in a pile of cuties is also very popular.

Hierarchy and Society

At the top are the Matriarchs, succubi who have been around for a long while, forming a large harem around them for their ever growing needs, often inhabiting castles or lavish manors.

Younger succubi are typically their Vassals, tasked with forming smaller harems and feeding the matriarch indirectly. Some Matriarchs may have a dozen or more weaker Vassals, some prefer only a handful of carefully selected ones.

Below them are less fully transformed people, generally divided into pets and slaves.

Pets enjoy a fairly normal life with a lot of independence, minus the nights when their mistress decides to visit them and feed.

Slaves on the other hand always live with their mistress, either serving other purposes in the mansion or castle or being locked up in the dungeons for little more than being easy sources of fluids, though they will be well fed too. Some end up in this position simply because they got addicted to their mistress' cum too quickly.

Even lower than the slaves however are the Broken, unfortunate victims of a succubus losing control and overwhelming their mind with their cum and pleasure. Such beings are not valuable for their fluids despite the transformative effects affecting them in all the other ways.

However, they can be useful in other ways, be it to punish a disappointing slave or as cannon fodder against attackers, as they will beset upon anything in sight with a primal instinct, able to feed on fluids like a proper succubus and won't hesitate to use force on strugglers.

Those who manage to stand out however might be transformed into other servants

The Covenant

While Matriarchs and their harem tend to keep to themselves, contact and even conflicts with others is inevitable. In order to ease these situations, our society has come to widely accept certain rules and agreements which can be loosely considered our laws.

Sometimes referred to as a Covenant in older texts, though its nowhere as formalized as this might imply. In common talk, its often just called "the Agreement" or even just "the rules".

Most succubi seem to adhere to the most general ideas but the details are far more vague.

Discreetness:

In order to avoid riling up our holy foes and possible conflict with the wider world of humanity, we prefer to avoid making too big a deal about our existence.

In fact, a lot of Matriarchs even prefer to avoid contact with other Matriarchs outside of neighbours

this in turn, makes it difficult for our foes to discern how many of us there are and to find more of our lairs, even should they capture and torture one of us.

Controlled Growth:

This sort of ties into the above, but also helps avoiding conflicts. While there aren't any specific criteria, we generally agree that adding too many succubi too quickly easily causes problems, from unsustainable need for cum to territorial disputes, to even internal scheming for power, and of course, all of this likely drawing the attention of the Inquisition.

While it is difficult for me to provide accurate numbers, I would estimate our total growth rate in the past decades to be roughly in line with the human population

Consent:

While a desperate hungry succubus might find herself forced to feed by force, the act of regular interaction and turning someone into a pet requires consent.

Things get more vague from there quickly, though a general rule is that this can be withdrawn at any point.

However, the degree of corruption and addiction as time passes complicates things. Some Matriarchs insist that a certain level of progress is a point of no return regardless of the pet's feelings, while others only draw this line when considering a full transformation.

Hence, they will try to ensure the pets full consent before going forward with said transformation.

Ownership:

Any new succubus must belong to one, and only one, Matriarch.

While this doesn't happen too often, a pet may sometimes have interacted with more than one succubus, maybe unaware. This can cause conflicts and sometimes specific issues with the transformation process.

(Which I may elaborate on at a latter date)

In an extension of this rule, succubi generally try to avoid this problem in the first place, but it can still happen.

As such, should a transformation be considered in such cases, a clear choice must be made.

Here things get more vague again, though the most common agreement tends to be to simply leave the choice to the pet.

In other cases, the succubi in question may engage in a form of contest or ritual submission combat, or two Matriarchs may strike some kind of deal.

Or in a more adversarial outcome, one may simply transform the pet without an agreement. While this obviously raises tensions, it is usually begrudgingly accepted in the interest of not escalating things.

Servants

Matriarchs especially will employ a variety of creatures in addition to the general hierarchy described before. Some are created entirely artificially, but more commonly are transformed from previous victims for a variety of reasons

Broken are popular targets, as are captured members of the Inquisition and other prisoners that can not be used as slaves. However, on occasion a Matriarch may transform a beloved pet with a failing body as well.

First up, Slimegirls. Besides being fun toys in their own right, their unique composition is very useful to milk slaves and prisoners, all the while taking the less delicious parts of the fluids for themselves, effectively distilling them for their mistress.

As with most of the servants, their intellect is generally quite low, but with enough care put into the transformation ritual, they can be pretty smart despite the lack of anything resembling a brain.

As expected of slimes, their bodies are very malleable, yet they can form very solid tendrils for any purpose.

Next up, Ahrimans. These flying beings consist mainly of a large round body with one eye and large bat-like wings. Depending on their purpose, other features can be added.

Their most common usage is as sentries, which typically doesn't require anything else. They are also popular as messengers for more traditional Matriarchs, being given a mouth and the ability to remember and precisely replicate medium length messages.

Another type is given a much smaller eye to make room to shape the lower part of the body into a sizable phallus, used to guard more sensitive areas of the castle and punish curious pets or slaves or intruders.

Another fairly popular creature for similar purpose (or to serve as living torture/milking instruments) are tentacle monsters. A distant relative to Slimes, these writhing masses of vaguely fleshy beings manifest up to 12 tentacles of different length and width.

For the more cruel mistresses, there are the living traps known as Mimics. Besides the classic treasure chest, they can also take the shape of doors, carpets and various other objects, hiding the genitals and mouth of the host being within until triggered.

For example, an intruder may try to open a door only to be slammed against the wall besides it while the mimic starts to violate them to weaken their resistance until a patrol arrives to take them to the dungeons.

Similarly, some transformed beings may be absorbed into rubbery suits or suits of armor, but unlike mimics, those are far better suited for open combat of any variety and won't hide their genitals.

other animated objects tend to be of the torture/milking device type, which may be made to remain sentient of their fate, often reserved as an especially cruel punishment for stubborn Inquisitors as they are used to break their former allies.

Magic

As stated before, succubus cum is a strong aphrodisiac, has transformative effects and is also quite addictive. However, all these are sort of the default state and the succubus has complete control over them at the time of release.

Their magic is effectively an extension of that innate power, and a succubus can easily draw on her stored cum to cast simple spells at a moments notice, manifesting tentacles to restrain someone or to provide additional stimulation, temporarily altering their own forms, etc

However, more complex spells like the ones used in the creation of their minions often require more power than the succubus can provide on their own. Fortunately, regular cum and other body fluids can be substituted for up to 9 tenths of the total required.

this means such rituals are often carried out in massive orgies with many vassals, favorite pets and slaves

Another such ritual is designed to help suitable candidates to awaken as succubi in a more careful and gentle way, often culminating in the new succubus being welcomed with a loving gangbang. Some minions created with a beloved host may also experience such a welcome.
