It's been three weeks since I got the Residence. The problem with Dian has solved itself. The day after bringing Song, he went for another slave. This one had a partner, who arrived shortly after. There was an argument, and Dian started shouting and threatening everyone.
According to Shi and Song, he said he would raise to the first stage, and have them all at his feet. That they'd all be his. And a few other outrageous things. The idea in the Genesis realm is to isolate a portion of the container and several meridians. It reduces the available qi, and takes about a minute to do and undo. Isolated qi doesn't circulate, and is therefore not detectable. Apparently, there is no copy because it's rarely used. The fact that the user not only appears weaker but is indeed weaker is undesirable. But for me, it's the only solution.
I'm very close to moving up a stage. The amount of qi I can accumulate is already enough to circulate through three meridians. I just need to force them open, and that shouldn't be difficult, since I have enough qi. But first, I have to finish mastering the technique. The speed of growth is incredible. It should take at least a year what I've done in less than a month.
I can continue expanding the container in the meantime. It isn't the most efficient. The more meridians open and the more qi circulating, the more can be accumulated, and the more pressure in the container, which can grow faster. It's also possible to force the opening of meridians earlier, or even to advance to a higher level. However, it isn't worth it. With a qi container that is too small, it isn't easy to circulate qi through all the meridians, there isn't enough. It's even more difficult to enlarge it without sealing the meridians again. Or so they say.
Little by little, I am mastering the sealing of the container, although I still have to get it completely. And manipulate the exact amount. The best thing is that I've discovered that part of the qi that I absorb can be sent to that sealed part. This way, I also force it a little. Although, I have to be careful with the seal. It breaks quite easily. Maybe, because I haven't yet fully mastered it. Or because it's not completely closed.
