Fairy Chronicles Stacie Ch 05

I felt the power surge the moment we jumped into the meadow by the cabin. I instinctively placed a shield over myself, Crystal, and Sylvia the Nymphs that had traveled with me. I had never felt power like this come from a single person. When I recognized its source I was astonished. How and when did Stacie get this power. Then her power became stronger and it was directed at two Pixies inside the cabin.

Feeling the pain coming from the male Pixie I tried to place a shield over them from the attack that was coming from Stacie. Almost immediately my shield was cast away by a bright golden light. I was entrapped within a golden sphere. My powers and all my body functions had been stripped from me. I was being held prisoner inside this sphere. I tried to move, reach out with my mind to Crystal and Sylvia but could feel nothing.

Stacie had me in her power. When I came to the cabin I thought I was coming to teach her how to use her powers, now it would seem that she had powers greater than mine. She was more than just a Nymph. Mel warned me about her powers. He had glimpsed something odd when he had met her. Would her two daughters also have this same power?

She felt Stacie's mind burst into hers. This was a mother trying to protect her children. When she saw that she meant her children no harm she relaxed some of the holds on her mind. She could now hear Sylvia and Crystal. Both of the Nymphs had been scared but had not been harmed. The sphere still held the three of them in place.

From the cabin, a golden light appeared and traveled to where the golden sphere held the three Nymphs. The door opened from the cabin and four people emerged from the cabin. They came out to the steps and stood there looking at the golden light.

The ground gave a small shudder and the light went out. Two women stood where the light had been both had a golden radiance glow coming from their bodies. The one with darker hair took a step forward and said "Lilith I will release you if you promise not to hurt my children"

"I came here to help you and your children not to harm them," I answered her.

Then Stacie released us. I saw Elizabeth reach out and take Stacie's hand. I saw them look at each other and there was pure love in that look. Then the power started to build again. Stacie took Elizabeth into her embrace and there was a bright golden flash and they were gone. When that flash happened a memory was triggered. I tried to reach out and touch her mind but found nothing. In the past, I could always find her but now there was nothing.

Looking out to the cabin I saw the four people there. One there was no doubt was her daughter. Reaching out with my mind I was met with a wall of steal. This young lady would be able to protect herself. The other three I could tell were Pixie. The male was holding one of the female's hands. The other female had a marriage tattoo on her arm. So the blonde female must be Stacie's other daughter. She had some of her mother's facial features, but she must take after her father. Reaching out with my mind again I met with the same steal wall. Stacie must have done something to protect her children.

"Hello, my name is Lilith. I am here to help you transition into your new life. Please feel free to ask any questions we are here to answer them. This is Crystal and Sylvia." I walked up to her daughters and embraced each of them.

"I am Janice and this is my sister Kathy."

"I am Gail this is Klend," Gail said as she brought her arm up with her tattoo placing it across Lilith's arm. She took Klend and held him behind her away from the three Nymphs.

"We will not interfere in your ritual. We are only here to help Janice. If Kathy wants to ask any questions we will answer them but it will be her choice to seek us out will not seek her out."

"I only want one question answered, do I have the same powers my mother has?" Kathy asked in a very scared voice. She had been trying to hold it together, but now it was too much. She felt her sister hug her and then Klend held her. When his arms held her she felt safe.

"I don't know Kathy. You and your sister may have her powers. They may be latent powers and need something to trigger them, or they could just come out after a certain age."

"There is something else you are not telling us, Lilith," Janice said

"It's not about her powers but about what your mother is," Mel said as he and Ned walked out of the trees. They had just arrived at the cabin. He had heard what they had been talking about. "your mother is not only a Nymph and a Fairy but she is also something else. Where are Stacie and Elizabeth? I have important information and things to tell them."

"They left a few minutes ago Mel," Lilith answered. She turned and walked over to Mel and hugged him. "it's good to see you old friend. What have you found?"

"So what is our mother?" Kathy asked.

Mel looked at her and the others. Lilith saw him hesitate. He must wonder if he can trust the people here with the knowledge he has about Stacie.

"Mel Janice and Kathy are Stacie's daughters" Lilith pointed to them. "The Pixies are Klend and Gail. Crystal and Sylvia are here to help train Janice. They can all be trusted with the information you have."

"Girls I went back to your mother's family line. In all the records I could find the woman of your family has always given birth to one child. Always a female child. Your mother was the first to give birth to two children both girls. We know she is a Nymph that was transformed into a Fairy.

When I met her she had just made her transformation. I noticed that she had some powers that Fairies and Nymphs did not have. At first, I thought maybe since she was a combination of two worlds that's why she could do these things.

Then to find out that she had given birth to a Nymph and a Pixie daughter. I went back to check records on all know births. Only one old myth said anything about a woman that could give birth to children from different classes of Fays. They are the Titans some know them as Earth Elves.

I found old stories and myths about them. They weld great powers. Now we know your mother was born of human parents. I don't know how your mother got her powers maybe she can tell us. I do know she has to be very careful when she does use her powers because she could destroy the world around us when she uses them."

"Then something did trigger her powers. When she was turned into a Fairy she gained some powers but did it also trigger her latent powers?" Lilith asked Ned

"She did do something before she became a Fairy that even for a human should not be possible. Now had I examined her and seen that she was a Nymph that would maybe explain why she could have done what she did to me the first time we had sex." Ned answered Lilith's "the second time when the change was made she did another thing that made us exam her. That's when we discovered she was a Nymph. But she had power over my body and my mind that still can not be explained. Then what she did with Elizabeth. It cost her her life. If Elizabeth had not been there to bring her back she would be dead now."

"Yes, I remember that event. When she created the baby with Elizabeth her orgasm was so strong it stopped her heart and it also gave me one." Lilith said "this was the first time I became aware of her existence. I still don't know why our minds are linked. I searched my records to see if maybe she is an offspring of one of my children from my past but she is not. Now she is a Fairy and should not be able to get pregnant and yet she is."

"We thought since she was a Nymph she would still be able to have children," Ned said.

"No, the transformation from human form to Fairy destroys those parts of the body. As far as Nymphs they can only have one child then no more. It's also why we live so long. Now Pixies can have more children, but it could cost them a shorter life cycle." Lilith said.

"So now my mother is gone and does not want us to find her. What do we do?" Kathy asked Lilith.

"I will train Janice, the Pixies will train you and we wait till your mother returns. If either of you wants to become Fairies Ned or Mel will have to help to transform you." Lilith started to say but when she mentioned the transformation Klend pushed Kathy behind him.

"No one touches my intended."

"I have no intention of becoming a Fairy Klend," Kathy told Klend she placed her hand on his. This helped to calm him.

"We would like to build Kathy's yurt on the clearing by the lake Klend." Mel offered" we understand that the family of the bride is responsible for its construction. Since we can't find her mother we would be honored to fulfill that obligation as her token parents."

"I have a father," Kathy said anger in her voice.

"Dad left mom when his girlfriend's husband got killed. I don't think he has any time for us anymore Kathy." Janice told Kathy

"We can try and ask." she turned to her sister her anger gone and now tears started to form in her eyes.

"I will go and ask him." Ned told Kathy, "we would like to start to build. I don't know how long it will take for him to agree or if he will come. It does take some time to build one and we only have a limited time to do it before winter comes.."

Kathy gave a nod that she was okay with Ned's plan." Klend let me show you that clearing and you can tell us what you need for us to build." Mel said."Ned go make contact with their father and see if he will come."

Ned left to go and try and talk to Jacob. I did hope for Kathy's sake he would come, but I did not think that he would. Mel and Klend left for the clearing taking some supplies, they would stay a few days there surveying the area. Gail took Kathy to show her how to use her powers. Taking Janice down to the lake, Crystal and Sylvia helped me show her how to use her powers.

Ned returned two days later without her father. Kathy cried the whole day. Ned took me to one side the next day to talk to me about Jacob and the woman he was living with. He feared that Jacob had been ensnared by an incubus. It would seem that Heather was an incubus. She has been controlling their father ever since he left Stacie. He was going back to keep surveillance on them.

The next few weeks we cleaned the small meadow of rubbish. Then we started to build the Yurt that would become the home for Kathy and Klend. It took almost two months to cut the wood and build the structure. The hardest part was building the underground rooms. That took another four months to do. By the time we were done the first signs of winter had started.

It had been over eight months since I had first made contact with Stacie. We had finished the Yurt and now Janice and Kathy had learned all they could about their new powers. It was time for Kathy to become bounded to Klend. We had sent word to Ned to try and talk to Jacob again. We also started to locate Stacie and Elizabeth.

Two days later Ned and Jacob made it to the meadow. Ned was in bad shape. There had been a battle. He had been able to remove Jacob from Heather but it had come at a price. They had both been injured. I made plans to fortify the clearing around the cabin and the meadow around the yurt. Ned was able to confirm that Heather was an incubus. With the threat of an attack from this foe and now that Jacob was here it was decided that the bonding ceremony would be held on the next full moon.

On that evening as the moon rose over the clearing Kathy was escorted from the cabin by her father to the yurt where Klend waited for her. On the path to the yurt, she walked past her sister. Janice placed a crown of wildflowers on Kathy's head.

When she reached the yurt an ivy was wrapped around her hand. Klend then placed his hand over hers and the ivy was wrapped around his hand. Standing in front of both of them Gail placed her hands on their foreheads and whispered a chant. A faint glow appeared at her fingertips. When she was done she had them face each other and kiss. The glow traveled to their lips and faded when their lips pulled apart.

The ivy was then taken from their hands and then placed around the door frame of the yurt. Each end then planted into the ground. The ceremony was over and their new home was now ready for them to move in and be lived in. Now the party started to celebrate the couple's new life together.

It was nice to see everyone be happy. Ned had healed from his battle and so had Jacob. I sat with Mel's arms wrapped around me as over forty Fay celebrated the union of Kathy and Klend. Many had come to help build the yurt. It had been some time since she had seen so many Pixie, Nymph, and Fairies all together in one place. She also knew that there were many more nearby. The threat of attack was still there.

Mel tapped her shoulder and pointed to a dark spot that was forming to the far south. She could already see that security forces had started to move to that area. There was a flash of lightning and a few seconds later a roll of thunder could be heard. So far most of the people at the party had not noticed the darkness.

Another lightning flash came from the south this time it was closer. More security started to move to that area. I saw Ned take six heavily armed Nymphs into the south. Crystal and Sylvia now had Jacob with them. Klend, Kathy, and Gail made their way to us. I started to scan the area for Janice. She was missing.

Now we had to protect those that had no power. The yurt had been built to be a fortress. People started to enter it. Guards had been placed inside and outside. Soon injured started to arrive. They were taken inside where Pixie healers waited to help them.

It was at this time that Janice appeared. She had two injured Pixie with her. She had been at the battle. I was livid with her. She had put herself in danger.

"How dare you place yourself at risk like that," I yelled at her in anger.

"It's my life. It's not right that these people fight for me and my sister and I hide here like a coward," she yelled back. She was just as fierce as her mother.

Then there was a great green flash and sonic boom. Most of us fell to the ground. We all looked towards the south.

"Ned has fallen," Mel said in a sad voice.

"NO" screamed Janice and she was gone. She jumped so fast that we could not stop her. Then in the distance, we saw a golden dome appear. Four blue lightning bolts hit it and they were absorbed. Then an awareness scanned the area. I felt it touch my mind and then move on. In the south, the dome becomes a brilliant white and expanded in size. Then it vanished and a great wind tore into the clearing we were standing in.

When the wind stopped in the clearing all our security forces both injured and uninjured including Ned and Janice were there. The golden dome now covered the clearing. The awareness was back it touched my mind, I knew who this was. The power behind all this came from one person.

I moved to the place where Janice and Ned were at Mel followed me. Janice was removing his clothes to find his injuries. I could see most of the injured had been taken into the yurt only a few remained outside. Klend and Kathy came out with a stretcher to take Ned in with.

Now with all the injured persons inside, we prepared for a siege. The dark cloud had made its way to the edge of our clearing. We could now see many Demons coming into the clearing. Then the clouds cleared for a second and an Urobach was revealed.

"We need to move him inside now," I told them.

"If we move him now he may die, Lilith," Klend told me.

"If we don't move him and those creatures get him they will kill him." I told Klend "we have no choice." I heard Janice groan.

There was another bright flash and Ned was gone. Janice wailed and then stopped she turned and faced the door to the yurt. There were two more flashes and two small infants lay at Kathy's feet. Then in my mind, I heard Stacie

'Thank you for keeping my daughters safe and getting them ready for this danger. I now ask you to watch over my two infants. Kathy will take them now and when they are older Janice will take over and care for them."

Kathy picked up one child and gave it to Klend and then got the other one. They let me look at each child and then went into the yurt. Now only Mel and Janice stood outside with me by the entrance of the yurt.

A shadow passed over as. Then a thunderous roar from above. The Urbach looked up and sent five bolts into the sky. There was another roar and the creature sent more bolts into the sky. Then from the sky, a flash and the Urobach were slammed to the floor. At once Harpies, Succubus, and Incubus ran to its aid.

From the cloud-covered sky, a dragon emerged and landed on the roof of the yurt. From its back, Elizabeth dismounted. She was in full battle gear. Once on the ground, she pulled out a sword that gave off a green flash of fire along its edge. The dragon then changed form till a nude Stacie now stood next to Elizabeth.

Stacie turned to the Urobach she started to draw power to her. Her light brown skin now started to give off a golden glow as she took on power. A Succubus launched an attack at Stacie, but Elizabeth intervened and beheaded the creature before it could get near Stacie.

More of the creatures became aware of the danger and started to attack them so we joined Elizabeth and soon we found ourselves standing over the Urobach. Stacie knelt and placed her hand on its head and unleashed all the power she had pulled into her body. The Urobach skin flashed to an intensely white and then turned to black ash. A wind-whipped into the clearing and the ash was carried away.

"You bitch you will pay for that" a scream came from the far side of the clearing. I turned and saw that there were still four creatures left. One of them was a large female Succubus. She had three Harpies by her side. "You took Jacob from me. He is mine. He has pledged his life to me. By the Faye, laws return him to me or I will take your daughters."

"I did not take Jacob from you, Heather." Stacie called back "if you try and take my children I will kill you. Your coven has been destroyed, I will spare your life but you and your spawn must leave now and never come back."

No Jacob is mine." Heather screamed and launched an attack. Stacie allowed Heather to come at her. When she was at arm's length she pivoted to one side and took Elizabeth's blade. She swung the blade in a short arc in the direction that Heather pasted her. Heather's body collapsed and her head rolled away from it.

Turning to face the Harpies she was startled to see that they lay on the ground dead. She heard footsteps approach from behind her. Turning she saw a Pixie standing next to Elizabeth. The Pixie bowed to her.

"Lady Earth Elf Stacie I am Gail house of Plaxan we have met before. I traveled here with Klend to train your daughter Kathy. It was I that slew the Harpies. I know you had told them you would spare them but that would have been a mistake. You had already destroyed their coven.

They had nowhere to go. They would have been hunted by their kind and by us. The only way they could join another coven would be to kill or enslave one of their enemies. That would be one of us. That is why they had to be destroyed before they could harm us."

"Please do not bow to me or any other. Lady Gail of the house of Plaxan you are equal to all here and all are equal to you." Stacie said "You have trained Kathy well. I am thankful for your wisdom.

I offer you an invitation into my inner circle. I need people like you. First I will show you what I seek. Then you may make your choice to help me. I will place my hands on you and you will see my true self. I will not be able to see what or who you are, but you will be able to see all that I am."

Gail permitted Stacie and she placed her hands on Gail's face. Gail took in a sharp breath and saw all that was Stacie. Her eyes grew large in wonder and she started to cry. Then the contact was gone and she felt alone in the world. Then from deep in her mind, a small golden light appeared. It gave her comfort.
