[Author's note: Sorry for the delay, trying to conceive of how a non-intelligent alien life form would think as it rapidly moved from operating purely from instinct to developing a consciousness and internal dialog in a matter of hours was a difficult but fun exercise for me. I'm not a professional writer, so all the kind words from part Chapter 1 are greatly appreciated. This chapter has no sex, but I feel is necessary for the characters to work. If you hate it, feel free to let me know. Now, without further ado...]
Ch 2
Dave woke up as the sun was rising. Being an early riser for work was nothing compared to how early the sun came up this time of year at this latitude. He might have been tired, but his bladder didn't care. Begrudgingly, Dave accepted his fate and got up. The sleeping bag was soon to be too hot to stay in anyway.
Dave climbed out of the tent and blearily made his way to the edge of his campsite. He pulled down the shorts he was sleeping in and freed his member. Or, at least that's what he thought he was going to do.

The organism had learned much about its' host from the long-thin-cells it had been integrating with during the host's dormancy period. Surprisingly, these cells were not evenly distributed throughout the host, but concentrated in a few areas. There was a tight, dense formation of the long-thin-cells on the side that the host had laid on during the cold-time. There was a small but still very dense concentration of the long-thin-cells at the end of the appendage that the host ejected the wonderful liquid from. There seemed to be a huge build-up of the long-thin-cells somewhere else on the body that the creature couldn't locate. It determined this because signals were bouncing around the long-thin-cells, but a lot of them went somewhere not covered yet by the creature. This mysterious place also seemed to be the source of just as many signals coming to the places the creature had covered. Quite the mystery indeed.
One that would have to wait, as the host started becoming mobile. The first indication was that the mystery signal-source started to send a lot more signals than it had during the cold-time, and lots of signals were being sent back to it as well. One place that was receiving a large increase of signal activity was an internal liquid holding organ. The slime noted that this organ was sending lots of signals to the signal-source, and the host body seemed to responding.
Sensing that this might be interesting, the organism noted that the liquid-holding organ was connected to the same opening that the wonderful nutritious fluid came out of, but could tell that this liquid was very different. Not unusable, but entirely different and not worth saving at this time.

Not immediately feeling the air on his exposed penis, Dave looked down to investigate. Seeing smooth, seamless black where you normally see you cock would be enough to confuse any man, and Dave was no different. Dave stood there frozen for a moment, trying to comprehend what his eyes were telling him, that the entire part of his body normally covered by his underwear was also covered by some sort of smooth, black material. Dave owned no such garment as what he now found himself wearing, nor could he remember putting such a thing on. Hell, he couldn't even tell what material it was made of! Strangest of all, is that he also couldn't feel it. Dave could feel the material with his fingers, yes, but when he touched the surface, there was no loss of sensation. Like he could feel his fingers on his skin. Almost like the black mass was a second skin. Except that there was one little problem, that his dick was nowhere to be seen.

Organism wasn't terribly distressed about its new host become more physically active and moving around. Organism was slightly comforted by Host's brushing of yet another set of appendages across it's smooth outer surface, until Host started to pick at the edges of Organism's body where it met Host. One use of integrating with Host's long-thin-cells was that it naturally conducted the feelings from its own surface to Host's. Mechanical sensation, heat, even very minute sensory inputs would be transmitted to Host as if they shared an external membrane, but Host still kept pinching at it. Each of these pinching actions was mirrored in Host's body by an increase of what Organism recognized as fear. Subtle at first, but becoming more pronounced very quickly.

Dave tried picking at the edge of the strange underwear, but it was stuck to him at the edges. If not for the color, it would be hard to tell where Dave ended and this new underwear began. Dave would have found that fascinating if he didn't still need to relieve himself. Starting to get a little panicked, Dave kept looking for a fly, or an opening, or something. He was thinking about every other underwear he had ever seen and wondering if any of them had been like this? This thing must have an opening! Dave imagined how embarrassing it would be peeing himself as a grown man because you could figure out a pair of underwear and... then it happened. The underwear around his penis started to thin, the vague outline of his dick became more and more well defined, until the material smoothly pulled away and exposed his penis to the early morning air. As soon as Dave had emptied his bladder, the material re-covered his groin area again, leaving his dick covered by the material once more.

Organism was getting concerned. Host's body was becoming bitter with the taste of fear, and the liquid-holding organ was going to release its' liquid soon. And to make it worse, Host seemed to be trying to remove Organism! Feeling it's host seemingly trying to reject Organism instinctively drove it to deepen the integration with the long-thin-cells, but that didn't seem to convince Host to stop. And then there's the issue of the liquid-holding organ within Host. It was full and about to release its contents into Organism. Now, Organism being an entirely liquid-based creature, an unexpected and large volume of liquid can be hard to regulate. To avoid disaster, Organism pulled away from that one spot and allowed the organ is empty itself without having to accommodate all this extra liquid. Then, surprisingly, the taste of fear from Host diminished.
Now that both of Organism's most pressing concerns were taken care of, it closed back up around Host's liquid-evacuating appendage and resumed exploration of these increasingly-fascinating long-thin-cells. The fear from Host earlier was strong and bitter and thankfully now going away, but there were other tastes coming from these cells. Much more subtle and varied. They induced feelings in Organism. Feelings that Organism could not have gotten from other potential hosts, feelings that Organism wouldn't have been able to interpret if not for the highly nutritious liquid meal harvested last night.
