"Holy hells," Kas said as they were ushered out of the room and into the blinding light of the street. Her heart leaped into her throat and she felt suddenly very ill. She had never seen so much nudity, so much debauchery. Women were everywhere, all naked. Most of them were openly masturbating or being fucked. Kas saw a couple all-women orgies, but most of the sex involved at least one man. A few women seemed to simply be attempting to go about their day, albeit naked like all the others. Even these seemed to be struggling with arousal, and they touched themselves as they went.

The door to the guardhouse slammed behind them, making the pair jump and a few people nearby looked their direction.

"Hey, fresh meat!" One nearby man said as he plowed a woman from behind. The woman looked up at Kas, drool dangling from her lip as she moaned with each thrust. "Wait, you're wearing clothes! Hey!"

Kas pulled Tyra away by the arm, leading her down the street. The last thing they needed was to make a scene. They too conspicuous by being dressed, although Gustov hadn't allowed for the return of their weapons.

Damn him,

Kas thought

.

"We need to get to the guild here. Talk to Kaegan."

Tyra didn't say anything at first, instead looking around at the nude women and groups of sex happening all around them.

"Hey, I need you to focus," Kas said as she turned a corner with Tyra in tow. She remembered the directions to the guild. She had only been here a couple times, but the town wasn't terribly complicated or big.

"About what happened - " Tyra began, but Kas cut her off.

"Let's not talk about it." She was trying not to think about it. Kas was certain that the Wildeblush in the air had caused Tyra to... do what she did. It was incredibly strong here in the city, and Kas caught herself stealing glances at the scenes around her. Her rock-hard nipples rubbed against the fabric of her bra, and she fought the urge to touch them through her tunic. Her panties were soaked with her arousal, and with each step her thighs rubbed together and sent small jolts of pleasure through her. But she wouldn't give in. Not here. She wouldn't...

"There," Kas said, pointing. A stone building set nestled between two others just ahead, a shield and sword banner hanging from a post in front. Kas had stopped pulling Tyra along by now, and the younger girl followed along, her hands clenched at her side.

Kas ignored a woman getting railed from behind against the wall and walked through the open door. The same sweet smell was inside too, and Kas saw with dismay that the debauchery didn't stop at the door. A woman was sprawled out on a sofa in the foyer, slowly rubbing her pussy. Her other arm was draped over her face, and she seemed nearly asleep.

Kas loudly cleared her throat, causing the woman to jump and close her legs. "I need to see Kaegan. I'm from Freidrin. Kas Mare."

The woman looked her up and down, no doubt noticing that she was still clothed, and slowly opened her legs again to continue rubbing herself. Kas couldn't help but watch her fingers tease her glistening folds, then the woman laughed and with a nod of her head said "He's just through that door in his office."

"Thank you," Kas said and dragged Tyra away from the woman, who had slipped a finger down to tease at her ass. The rest of the guildhall was strangely empty, and Kas knocked on the door to Kaegan's office. "Guildmaster, I'm on guild business from Freidrin. May I enter? It's Kas."

"Kas?" A voice from within said urgently. "Yes, yes, come in!" Kas obliged and opened the door. The office was a mess, but other than that it seemed mostly normal. "I'm so... surprised to see you here. I thought Torrion had written us off." He gestured at a chair, but Kas didn't sit.

"Really? Torrion said that he had sent Glenmor and Tashka a while back. Did they never check in?" Kas asked suspiciously.

"No, you two are the first. How did you manage to..." He motioned at their bodies.

"Stay clothed?" Kas asked. "I'm a representative of the Adventurers Guild. I showed them my ID and they let us through." It was an outright lie, but she wasn't going to admit that she was extorted.

"Very well. Unexpected, but all the better I suppose. How are you feeling?" Kaegan asked, once again gesturing to the chair.

"I feel fine," another lie. "I need to get a report of the situation here back to Torion. The duke himself is interested in this. Issued the contract himself."

"Truly? Damn." Kaegan slumped into his own chair. "Well, you see the situation. It's a mad house. Ever since the mayor hired that alchemist, Colem Rayne."

"Tell me about it. Everything you know," Kas said, grabbing a sheet of paper and pencil from the messy desk. She did sit now, ready to scribe.

"Well, I don't know much. I just know that Mayor Happson brought in this shady guy one day a few months ago. Cloaked figure, didn't speak to anyone. A few weeks later the women start acting strange, wearing less, you know. Then one day the air was filled with the spores of that flower, and I learned that the guards had started burning them. Made them far more potent. Then the guards starting laying out the new law. A big town meeting, where the captain of the guard told everyone about the new changes. I'm sure you were told about them on the way in. No clothing for women, women must be subservient, yada yada yada. Horseshit. I had a few guildmembers - men, of course - investigate the building that has been claimed as a lab by Rayne."

Kas furiously transcribed as Kaegan spoke. "What did they find" She asked as she caught up.

"Plans. Specimens." He said.

"Specimens?" Kas asked.

"Yes, they brought back a few flowers. I have them in a drawer here," He rummaged around his desk for a moment. "A-ha, here's one." He laid a large pink flower onto the desk. Immediately the aroma became stronger and Kas's mouth filled with saliva. Her pussy ached, and she clenched her thighs together and leaned forward.

"Put it away!" She said, seeing Tyra fall to her knees and reach up her skirt.

"Sorry!" Kaegan said as he clambered to put the flower back into the drawer. "It doesn't affect men, I'm sorry."

Kas swallowed and wiped her mouth, still clenching her thighs together. "The plans?" She managed to say.

"Yes, I have a copy here. The mayor plans on using this to take over the duchy, using Bronton as a staging point. They believe that the smog resulting from burning these flowers, something they just refer to as Blush, will spread over the entire duchy in a few more months. They note that they are ramping up production and are seeding the forests and other cities with Wildeblush."

This is why she came here. "Give me that. And put the flower in an airtight container after we leave the room and give me that too. I need to take this back to Freidrin."

"How do you plan on getting out? You aren't even armed." Kaegan asked.

"Yeah, they stole my sword from me," Kas said with a scowl. She thought for a moment. "Can I see your armory?"

...

A mere hour later Kas and Tyra found themselves at the exterior wall. They had found a secluded spot with no guards, and Kas checked that they were alone one final time before throwing the grapple hook up. It connected, and after testing it she started to climb up. It wasn't a terribly tough climb, the wall being about fifty feet high, but Kas worried about Tyra's ability to make it up. She was in a rough state, the Blush affecting her much more than Kas. She hadn't said much since leaving the guild, and Kas noticed that she rubbed her breasts when she though Kas wasn't looking.

"Okay, when I get to the top then you follow me. Okay?" She had told Tyra.

"Uh, yeah okay." Tyra said in response. Kas grimaced at her, but didn't push it. Their window was short. Kaegan didn't have much equipment left, apparently the guards had confiscated most of it. Kas obtained what she needed though: The evidence, a dagger, and the grappling hook. Kaegan made her swear to stay silent on where she obtained such gear if she was caught. He couldn't afford any more trouble.

Kas had barely reached the top as soon as she heard the shouts. "Hey, they're climbing the wall! Stop them!" She saw a group of guards sprinting over just as Tyra started to climb, and Kas knew that the younger girl wouldn't make it.

"Hurry! Climb!" Kas shouted, and started to pull the rope up herself in an attempt to get Tyra to safety. It wasn't enough though, and she was pulled to the ground. Kas fell backwards, and the hook slipped out of its hold and fell. "Shit!" She exclaimed and slid off the wall on the opposite side, making sure to roll when she hit the ground. It still hurt, but Kas was up and running into the forest. She ran until the shouting was so distant that she couldn't hear it, and slowed to a walk. She was in the woods now. She wasn't sure if anyone would come looking for her, but she wasn't about to quit moving and find out. She turned slightly and started towards Freidrin. If she didn't quit moving then she could make it there by tomorrow morning.

Kas felt terrible about leaving Tyra, but she didn't see another option. She couldn't have jumped back down and fought all those guards herself, and even if she did, then what? No, she had to get the evidence back to Freidrin. Even if it meant leaving Tyra and her sword, Sera. She swore to return for both of them.

And for that bastard Gustov.

Kas's heart slowed down after about ten minutes, and she was pretty certain that if she was being followed then they wouldn't find her in the woods. They'd be searching the road, and Kas wasn't going to use the road. She changed her pace to a jog to cover more distance. Eventually night began to fall, and Kas decided to take a short rest. She wouldn't rest for longer than a half hour, wasn't going to risk being found. She leaned up against a tree and slumped down, feeling exhausted.

And horny.

The Blush wasn't as strong as inside the city, but it was still potent. Kas's exertion had caused her to inhale a lot in as well, and her head swam with Blush. The day's events played over in her head as she sat against the tree, and Kas looked around and listened to make sure she wasn't followed. Feeling safe, she stood back up and yanked her pants down, taking her soaked panties with them.

"Fuck," she said as she reached down to feel her wetness. Her bush was saturated with her arousal. Her pants bunched up around her ankles, she leaned back on the tree and slipped two fingers inside. She thought about Tyra willingly taking Gustov into her mouth, and the cum dripping from her face. She brought her other hand up to her mouth and began sucking her thumb as she fingered herself. It didn't take long for her to reach orgasm, and she stifled a cry with her hand as she bucked her hips.

As she came down from her bliss, she cursed under her breath and redressed. She needed to keep moving.

...

Kas resisted the urge to play with herself again, and saw the walls of Freidrin through the trees just after dawn. She had kept up a brisk pace, and was exhausted. The sickly-sweet scent of Blush had dissipated at some point in the night. Still though, Kas felt residual effects from her exposure. She wondered how long until it left her system completely.

The gate guard startled and lowered their pikes at Kas as she walked out of the woods, her hands raised. "It's me, Kas Mare. I have urgent guild business to attend to."

"Aye, good morning miss Steel Maiden. Can't say I expected you to jump out of the brush at the ass crack of dawn." One of them said as they relaxed. "Head on inside."

"Thank you," Kas said as she jogged past them. The city was exactly as she left if a couple days ago. A few groups of bleary eyed first shifters stumbled here and there, and no one paid much mind to the ragged and dirty adventurer running by. She was a mess, unwashed and grimy. Her tight bun had devolved into a rat's nest at some point. Worst of all was the wet feeling in her underwear. Now cold and clammy, it made her feel gross and she wanted a change of clothes more than anything.

She stopped outside of the guildhall and caught her breath before entering, making sure she still had the evidence. She had checked for that at least ten times every hour during the night. Finding the package safely tucked away, she opened the door and headed inside. The hall was empty at this hour. Not much guild business to attend to at six in the morning. Kas slammed her fist on Torrion's door twice before opening it.

Torrion looked up from the paperwork he was attending to. "Kas! Good to see you return. I hope you bring news?"

Kas cleared her throat. "I do. I have some evidence in this package." She placed the satchel on his desk. "Don't open that yet, wait until I leave and no one else is around."

Kas explained the events of the last couple days over the course of five minutes or so, not getting too detailed with the sexual content and completely omitting any from her or Tyra.

"This is bad," Torrion said as he leaned back in his chair. "And you can attest to the legitimacy of this... flower?"

Kas blushed. "It is what they say it is."

"Then we may not have much time. I'll send a runner over to the duke with a copy of these notes. In the meantime, I hope you don't mind me saying so, but you look terrible dear. Go clean up and get some rest. Your reward will be in your account."

"Thank you," Kas started to leave, and turned back to say "I'm worried about Tyra. We can't leave her there."

"I'll figure something out. I don't want to send you back if I don't have to, especially if what you say is true. Give me a few hours, maybe a day."

"Okay." Kas said.

...

A month passed before Torrion sent a runner to Kas's apartment. She had just returned a couple nights before from a simple contract. Some bandits setting up an illegal toll on the road. She slew one of them and the rest of them scattered, and the contract stated that their ill-gotten gains were free for the taking, so Kas found herself another three hundred marks richer. In addition to the five thousand marks sitting in her account from the Bronton contract. The duke had paid out. Kas was set up for life, and already was easily one of the wealthiest people in the city outside of the nobility.

Kas had her curtains closed in her room and was sitting back against her headboard, legs spread. Her fingers slowly rubbed herself as she sat naked in the dark, dozing off. The Blush hadn't reached Freidrin, but she'd heard rumors that the scent was detected closer and closer as time went by. Wildeblush blooms had been found in the forest, and eradicated by teams of men. For the time being, Freidrin was still free from any Bronton influence. That didn't help Kas though. Although the need wasn't immediate and all-consuming like it was in Bronton, Kas still found herself getting aroused easily lately. The sidelong glances at her breasts as she walked down the street didn't disgust her as much as they used to. Kas knew that they were objectifying, and she still pretended to ignore them much like before, but they landed differently. The shorter skirt she had taken to wearing didn't help.

"Mmmm," Kas groaned as her fingers lazily circled her clitoris. Kas rarely masturbated before, but since returning from Bronton she had felt the need to nightly. And why not? She was in the privacy of her own apartment after all. Outside of her apartment she was the same that she was before, aside from the slight change in her daily outfit. She didn't have a partner, having found that keeping one was hard in her line of work, so she took care of herself.

A loud rapping on her front door startled her, and she quickly closed her legs and sat up. She peered through the curtains, letting a ray of afternoon light slice through the dim room. Remembering that she was naked, she only drew it back a little bit. There was a young man at the door with a parcel in his hands. Kas let the curtain close again. Visitors were rare, especially unannounced visitors. Kas walked across the room to the door and unlatched it, opening it just enough to look through.

"Yes?" She asked, annoyed at the interruption. She hid her nakedness behind the door.

"I have a package from Guildmaster Torrion here. He said to deliver it to High Champion Kas Mare." The man said, using her full guild rank.

"That's me," Kas said, reaching for it with one hand while trying to hide the fact that she wasn't wearing anything. She was pretty sure that the man noticed, especially since half of her boob was exposed and he was staring at it. She took the package and closed the door on him. "What in the hells is wrong with me?" She shook her head as she made her way back to the room and opened the curtains just enough so that she could read. She opened the package with a knife. A small pouch of coin and a letter was inside.

Dear Kas,

We've been in contact with The Duke and his advisors about the Bronton Crisis. They believe that this is of the utmost importance and have dedicated considerable resources to it. The duke is prepared to reward you with ten thousand marks to put an end to this 'rebellion', as he calls it. A last resort would be to send the army in, which would be politically messy. Only a few key people know the extent of the crisis. Please see me for more details,

Guildmaster Torrion Green

Kas tossed the letter onto the bed alongside the coin purse and began to dress herself. This was what she had been waiting for.

...

"I hear we're making a move," Kas said as she marched into Torrion's office, skirt swishing around her thighs. She leaned against the door frame, her signature move.

"I'm glad to see that our runner made it to you. Yes, The Duke and I have been in talks all week. He wants you to infiltrate Bronton, shut down their Wildeblush production, eliminate the alchemist known as Colem Rayne, and bring Mayor Happson back here to stand trial for his treachery."

Kas laughed. "Oh, just that huh?"

"Yes, hence the large reward. Since you lost your sword, feel free to take whatever you need from the armory."

Kas nodded. "Alright, am I going in alone?"

"Yes, for now. We want this done quietly, and quickly. The quieter the better, but I'll leave mission specifics up to you." Torrion said.

Kas nodded. "That's for the best." The mission would be hard enough without a lot of restrictions on how she operated.

"When am I leaving?"

Torrion removed his glasses and peered at her. "I was hoping right away."

...

Kas detected the Blush before reaching the checkpoint on the road. It was incredibly faint, but nervousness crept through her. She had barely escaped Bronton last time, and now she was going back. She had avoided thinking about it thus far.

"Late to be traveling," One of the guards at the checkpoint said, putting one hand on the hilt of his sword and holding his torch out to illuminate her face. "Oh, Kas Mare. Didn't we..." He pointed at her and then toward Bronton.

"Yes, I returned a different way last month. I assume you've been out here this whole time then?" Kas asked.

"Aye. This is our posting." He held up his hand. "Sorry, I only asked because I didn't see your name on the return list, and I haven't heard anything from town."

"Have you been waiting for me?" Kas asked.

"Well, in a way I guess," He stammered. "It's not every day we get to talk to The Steel Maiden herself."

"Well, sorry for messing up your log book. I'm going back through. Guild work," She held up her new license.

"Yes Ma'am. Does this have to do with the sweet smell in the air? Me and the boys have been wondering about that. And where is that other woman who was with you last time?"
