They talked to me about the Academe and how they wanted to make it work for them. They had seen pictures and videos from the realtor. Now was the time to see it for real. I was asked to go, even without final OK to their plan, to check out the condition to see if it would work out for everyone long term. To see if the requested changes were possible and would work for each person and their special needs.

After he agreed Doro drove a 15 passenger van out of the parking area between the 2 houses. The 20 mile drive thru the lightly wooded New Mexico landscape following a low running creek was enjoyable both for the scenery and the personal talks. IE About me before and after my renewal and funny stories about their different lives and species.

We came to a side road towards the distance high hills in the distance. We stopped at a tall fence with a locked ornate iron gate with CHAPMAN MILITARY ACADEME on it. Doro got out and found a realtor key box hanging out of sight and tapped in the code to open it, the keys and fobs fell out of the bottom. She removed the key box and returned to the van and with a fob opened the gate, which reclosed it as soon as we entered.

We drove down the paved road toward a three story antebellum mansion with New Mexican flair that was at the end of the road. Following the signs driving around the building we saw an open back porch of the mansion. Across a wide multiuse open field were two sets of bunk house style classrooms, a stable and 8 bay garage with shop areas all with connecting breezeways between them.

Surprising everyone wanted to the classrooms and shops first. They talked about each having their own areas for their arts, crafts, and jobs in the garage.

In one of the classrooms we found a stack of brochures about the Academe. It opened its doors in 1870, moved to its present location in 1890. It housed no more than 120 students in the 6 grades they offered. Doro told us it closed 3 years ago and the students transferred to NMMI (New Mexico Military Institute) because of additional needs for electronic training and changing military requirements. Most of the staff transferred to NMMI with the students

Afterwards we opened the rear doors of the Academe building and quickly went thru it from bottom to top.

Everyone loved different parts of the building and laid claim to them. We were continually surprised that the academe in all areas was still about 80% furnished.

Ten wanted the clothing sales and the vacated armory areas for an apartment and working area.

Bernadette wanted the quarters nearest to the Mirador.

Kaia wanted any quarters plus one of the 3 private changing rooms by the pool.

Tusie would take any of the quarters.

Myra wanted the quarters with the 2

nd

best view of the mountains and the country side.

Doro wanted the 2

nd

nearest quarters to the Mirador.

After we were seated in the open meeting area in front of the quarters and Doro had gotten us drinks and snacks from the van for everyone.

After much discussions of the pros and cons of the Academe and their voting to take it as soon as possible.

I asked about different questions I had as they all seemed to have made plans even before they saw the Academe in real time.

"What are you going to do with the two empty largest quarters in the center plus the 2

nd

from the left quarter?" Tusie spoke up and said "I've been elected months ago to be the "House Mother" for lack of a better term. The center quarters are yours and the nursery. This shocked me and had me almost spraying my drink over anyone closest to me. The other will be for very special visitors, most likely from the leaders of our species.

Just to get out of the way. All the windows, doors, and other openings will be covered with a special light blocking tint, because Ten isn't the only one with problems with the sunlight. At the same time all lighting inside and outside will be changed to safer lighting sources. The water system will be upgraded to a non chemical system, which is much safer for all of us. And yes Kaia the pool will be changed to a salt system away from the Chlorine.

We are also going to have a large garden area for vegetables and special crops for all of our uses."

"Ok. The biggie." I questioned "Where are you going the money and how much do the owner(s) want for this place?"

Doro answered "They're asking 4.5 million with payments over 10 years or 3.7 million cash. But we'll work on the final price when the money is in a local bank safe. We aren't going t buy it.

This organization that has been publishing news for about 15 years about worldwide events and break thru findings of a UFO and extraterrestrial nature, so they have an international history. We have a history second to none.

They would close the Academe to the public, so we taking parts of the property wouldn't be a problem, plus we all work for them part time. The unused parts of will be used by the ongoing resource and also storage of the research data and artifacts during week days and for special functions.

The money is coming from multiple legal sources.

Kaia's people are donating an Aggie sized (3/4") marble translucent pink pearl.

This with other donations was to be sold by an International Auction Company in New York City and they have been cleared by all legal agencies worldwide.

Bernadette's people are donating a "Lost Unknown" painting of Felix Nussbaum's from Germany during WWII. He and his family were secreted out of Germany before they were reported gassed at Auschwitz. They were relocated to Brazil.

Tusie's people are donating a flawless 2 carat red diamond.

Doro's people are donating a two foot long encased 6 inch gold vein.

Myra's people are donating a stamp collection from the 1850's to now with worldwide collections from several members of a royal family.

Schatten's family are giving a legal collection of small historical items collected by a private family from all over the world, which are not connected by war or civil unrest. They are documented by the UN.

More funding is coming from scientists who either aid or follow our research in the surrounding states. Also with other researchers and organizations donating funding to use facilities or online.

The Academe, with a new name will be closed to the public. So we taking part of the property will not be a problem, because we all work with them at least part time. Many of the unused parts of the Academe will be used by the ongoing research and storage of research data and artifacts.

Again Gil questioned "This couldn't just been set up in the few months. How!"

Kaia answered "We had thought about what to do long before your Body Renewal we would drug, cast a spell, and seduce Gil1 with *Z?//B8's look alike. Would you like to see her?" With a shudder I said " Once was too many times. Were you all planning on keeping him enthralled for months while you all get pregnant?" "No. We would have everyone gestate within days of each other. Also we would cause more eggs to be produced. We have to ensure our species continue!!

Darning the conversation Doro's phone rang and she walked away to take the call. Returning about fifteen minutes later chuckling she said. "Great info on the pre-bidding on the five items is over three million dollars after the auctions cut is taken out. Also the Assholes who ran the closest werewolf pack, Kiner Mountain Pack, and his son were killed at a North American Pack Meeting by a female Alpha they a kidnapped and had hidden eighteen years. She is the new Alpha of the pack with the World Council backing.
