All That Glitters -- Ch 37
Certification of Ambassadors and a vacation at Denders
The Sentient Community ambassadors are accredited to the Union. Everyone takes a vacation at Denders. This is just a fun chapter, as everyone needs a vacation now and then, but with thousands of non-human sentients at a human resort for the first time ever, all kinds of things can and will happen, even a few bad things...

. Any and all information that you want or need to know about the series is included in Notes. It will be updated frequently simply by re-issuing the chapter to Literotica.
There is little attempt to explain the back story, so it is necessary to read previous chapters to fully understand where we are.

High Orbit, Terra, The Sol System
In high orbit, above the planet Terra, three of the large, spherical, Djinaëte ships came into being. They contacted Planetary Control and asked for a parking orbit as they slowly descended into the gravity well of the planet.
Once they were established, they began disgorging shuttle after shuttle of VIP's to the planet, destination: Denders Resort.
Not long after, The Valour, followed by The Wanderer, jumped into high orbit and began their own descent to Terra...
Denders Resort, Terra, The Sol System
The customs agents had just finished setting up the extra stalls when the first of the VIP shuttles began to land at the Denders Shuttle Port. For the first time ever, customs agents were about to welcome to Terra their very first aliens! (Mind-Ur having arrived on Terra after being granted citizenship in the Union, the members of the House of Ur included under her name).
As the shuttles disgorged their passengers, they immediately leapt back into the sky, returning to their ships for the next group of eager vacationers.
Moving along the back of the customs agents was Juanita Invierno, UDC functionary whose task it was to ensure that things went smoothly over the next week. Juanita knew she didn't have the experience nor the rank necessary for this task, why she got it she had know idea, but she was determined to make the best of this opportunity.
The first of those she recognized as Byandi began to move to the makeshift customs stalls, eager to begin their vacation on Terra. Juanita activated her comp's translator, fortunately now upgraded with the latest language matrix.
"Name," said one of the customs agents.
"No thank-you, I already have one," said a Byandi female.
"Gressa, you idiot, he is asking for your name for the registry!" said one of her friends.
"I know that, Meela. I was only teasing him," the one called Gressa returned. "Apologize for my earlier remark but, I mean, we are on vacation on a brand new planet, and I can smell the ocean!"
At her comment, the other Byandi took in exaggerated breaths, breathing deeply of the scent of salt water, smiles wafting over their excited faces. For many, it was their first breath of salt air in many months.
Gressa wrapped her arms around her torso, hugging herself in her pleasure, unfortunately, that tended to emphasis her nude torso, pushing her breasts up most blatantly. The customs agent was desperately trying not to look, forcing himself to stare at Gressa's eyes, as he responded to the giddy female. Despite the bluish tint to her skin, those breasts were phenomenal!
"That kind of teasing can get you sent right back up to the ship, Gressa," a more mature female voice entered the conversation. "You would not want to spend the next ten days up there instead of down here."
The Byandi swiftly moved apart, letting the speaker move forward. Like all the Byandi, she was not wearing anything over her torso, but she did have a sash hanging from her left shoulder to her right hip, marking her as one of the dignitaries.
"Good morning, sir. I am Porra, Byandi Ambassador at Large, here to present my credentials," the female stated, placing her wrist comp over the sensor in the customs agent's stall. The device beeped and an image of the Ambassador appeared on the agent's screen, confirming she was indeed Porra and the Ambassador select.
"This is Mottu, the Chargé d'affaires at our Embassy, and that is Nolra, our aide," Porra identified the other two as they placed their wrists over the sensors.
The agent logged their presence at Denders and pointed them out to Juanita who stepped forward.
"Good-morning, Ambassador Porra, I am Juanita Invierno, representing the Union Diplomatic Corps. It is my job to ensure that all goes smoothly over the next ten days for you and your people," Juanita stated.
"How difficult will that be?" Porra asked with a smile. "I have a half day of business presenting my credentials and then nine and a half days of pleasure at this resort. It should be a simple vacation for myself and my staff."
Juanita returned the smile and pressed her comp to Nolra's, getting a beep and a rumble. "Regardless, if you have any issues, please have your staff contact me immediately. Denders has graciously provided several small and medium-sized conference rooms, with two larger rooms available on request, should there be a need for formal or informal discussion. I have access to all of them and can direct you to one or another according to your requirements."
"Yes, with our Minister of Trade and our Minister of Foreign Affairs here, there will likely be a need," Porra conceded. "I thank the UDC and Denders for your foresight."
Juanita bowed to the ambassador and turned them over to Sylvie Triand who, with a small troop of assistants, was handing out room assignments and directing a fleet of small electric carts and porters to ensure that the guests got themselves and their belongings to the resort, which was five kilometers away, comfortably. The Byandi were already feeling the heat.
Those that did not have wrist comps were given colourful plastic bands with chips that were synchronized to the resort's computers, allowing them access to their rooms, restaurants, amusement park, and other locations.
The Byandi swiftly moved through customs as another group of shuttles landed, this time with Toolend and Umick stepping out of the vessels. The process kept up for most of the morning. By the end, 5,823 guests had arrived for the next ten days. Denders was going to be little busier than normal this summer.
The resort was set up in two sections with twenty guest blocks set up in two, ten-block sections, each section consisting of five blocks facing each other around a pool that ran the full length of the resort's one and a half kilometer length. The sections were named the Majestic, and the Elegant.
Between the two sections, were the main administrative buildings, including the main reception, two large cafeterias, the 8,000 capacity outdoor theater, various spas, and the main entertainment plazas for group dancing in the evening. Other, smaller plazas, were dotted around the resort.
On the outside of each of the two sections were a series of ten private villas, each with a private pool. They were the most expensive rents at the resort.
*************
The extended Piscium family was sitting in the splendidly decorated main cafeteria, taking their lunch. Around them, were many of the Byandi, who were fascinated by the human children. Most of those who were at the table had never seen human children before and were making sounds of amusement to Ikekia and Zarrenia, the children's grandparents more than slightly amused at the attention the children were receiving. Ikekia was playing the waving game, getting responses from her table mates that delighted her, eliciting happy giggles from the little girl and smiles and coos from the Byandi and the cries of excitement from the Cats, who were basking in the glory of all the attention Ikekia was getting, Zarrenia being too young to respond yet.
Fayad had just brought plates of food for his two wives, setting them in front of them and getting kisses from his mates for bringing the food.
"Oh, you look like such a happy family," Gressa said wistfully.
"Do you not have a mate, or an intended, Gressa?" Hanalei asked.
"Not yet, but there are a couple of males that I am interested in, and who are interested in me," Gressa admitted. "How is it that you seem to stay in such apparent love for each other?"
"There is a secret to being a very happy female in a relationship, Gressa," Junelliya explained. "There are five rules that you must follow.
"The first, is that it is important that a male helps you around the house and has a job," Junelliya stated.
"The second, is that it is important that a male makes you laugh," Hanalei chimed in.
"The third, is that it is important to find a male you can count on and who does not lie to you," Lamees Sarraf, Hanalei's mother explained.
"The fourth, is that it is import that a male loves you and spoils you," Zallene Falta, Junelliya's mother finished.
The four ladies took a little bit of food and something to drink, driving Gressa, and the other attentive Byandi females, wild with anticipation.
"You said there were five rules, Junelliya," Gressa prompted after a bit.
"Oh, the fifth rule is very important," Ikekia Houll, Fayad's mother, told all those who were now eagerly leaning in to hear. "The fifth and final rule is that it is very important that these four males do not know of each other."
Ikekia got shocked looks from those around the table before the Byandi realized that they had been taken in, then they started their distinctive laugh.
