"Please make sure each of your girls has everything they need." Jane instructs Lucia, Alexia, and Amber. "I want each of you to check their bags, to make sure they are bringing what they need, and aren't sneaking anything along that should stay put. We only have so much space in the van."
"Yes, Mistress." They all murmur.
"Lucia, you've got drinks in the fridge already? And snacks packed?" Jane asks.
"I do. And Samira has meds packed away, just in case." Lucia says.
"Excellent." Jane says. "Robert should be off work soon. I want the car loaded, including the girls, in 30 minutes. Make sure everyone uses the bathroom before we leave. We only want to stop once, so we get to the AirBNB at a decent time."
The girls nod, and Jane says. "Good. Off you go then. I'm going to grab the stuff Robert and I will need."
Jane walks up to Robert's office, quietly poking her head into the door without knocking, to see if he is in a meeting.
"Hi, honey." She says quietly, fairly sure he isn't on a call.
"Hi, baby." Robert says, swiveling around in his chair. "I should only be a few more minutes. I'm waiting on one last email to come through, after that, I'll be able to finish up on my phone during the drive."
"Sounds good." Jane says. "The girls are finishing up last minute preparations, and are going to start loading the car in a moment."
"Great." Robert says, smiling at her. Jane approaches a bit closer, and Robert pulls her down for a kiss. "You know how much I love you?"
"I have a vague idea." Jane teases. "I'm going to grab our stuff now. Oh, and it's Samira's night. Just a reminder."
"Have you talked to her about that?" Robert asks. "Does she even want a night?"
"I'll talk to her when we reach the AirBNB." Jane says. "I'm fairly sure she wants the night, but may not be ready for much. Start thinking about who you would invite in if she isn't ready, and doesn't choose someone on her own for you."
"I need to get a 8 sided dice." Robert says. "Then I could just roll it, and not have to disappoint 7 girls by saying 'Not tonight'."
"Just figure it out by the time we are there." Jane says. "Maybe you'll get lucky, and Samira will have a preference."

"Are we there yet?" Alexia asks, leaning forward between Robert and Jane.
"You know we aren't." Jane says. "Sit back and put your seat belt back on, unless you want me to pull over and give you a spanking in front of everyone."
"Yes, Mistress." Alexia says, quickly leaning back.
"Robert, can you put the listings in the group chat?" Jane says. "Then Alexia can make herself useful by going through them."
"Sure, honey." Robert says, pulling out his phone, and copying each one into the chat. "That should be all of them."
"Does that include my parents' farm, Master?" Megan asks.
"It's on there, but doesn't have any photos." Robert says.
"Oh..." Megan says, clearly disappointed.
"Most of them don't have many pictures." Jane says. "They are rushing this a bit for us."
"So there are 5 total?" Lucia asks.
"That sounds right." Jane says.
"This one looks interesting." Reyna says. "60 acres of forest."
"But it only has 4 bedrooms." Lucia says. "How would that work?"
"It has a basement that could potentially be finished." Robert says. "Or we could look into getting a mobile home put onto the property. It's definitely not ideal though."
"Ooh..." Mei says. "I like the fourth one."
"Which one is that?" Jane asks.
"The old boarding school." Robert says.
"That one is my favorite too." Jane says. "So much room, and it looks like the renovations would mainly be cosmetic, since it is already set up with lots of small bedrooms. You could all have your own rooms, and even with kids, we wouldn't have to do more than 2 to a room, at most."
"Is that the Girl's Academy?" Megan asks.
"I think so." Robert says. "Do you know anything about it?"
"My family's farm backs up to it." Megan says. "I've never been inside of it, though."
"How much property is it on?" Reyna interjects, still pulling up the listing.
"75 acres." Robert says. "It's going to be more expensive than some of the other options, though. We will need to see if we can get a grant, if we want that one. We would struggle to pay for it otherwise, especially with Jane not working right now."
"Can any of us get jobs to help?" Taylor asks. "I'm sure my Dad would be thrilled to have me back, even a few days per week, until we move."
"That is still unclear." Jane says. "If it was allowed, you would need a chaperone the whole time, so either Amber or I would have to go with you."
"What if my Dad hired you or Amber, and I just came along to help you?" Taylor asks. "Surely as your concubine, I would be expected to be of assistance."
"That is an interesting idea." Jane says. "I'll have to reach out to Rosie, to make sure we don't step on any toes. Especially for something short term."
"Speaking of my Dad..." Taylor says. "Amber had an idea for his concubines."
Robert laughs. "Did she suggest getting him some Kajirae?"
"I found three on the auction site, Master." Amber says. "I helped train two of them, and I've met the third several times. If he was willing to take all three, I think they would make him very happy."
"Did you check their auction dates?" Jane asks. "It should have been on their profiles."
"They are all scheduled for next week." Taylor says. "I sent the profiles to my Dad, and mentioned that Amber knows them."
"Did you mention that they are trained Kajirae?" Robert asks. "Or what that means?"
"I may have glossed over that." Taylor says. "He doesn't really need to know, right?"
"I think he does." Robert says. "But he's your dad. If he isn't happy, I'll make sure to mention this conversation to him."
"He'll be fine." Taylor says. "It's for his own good anyhow. If we leave him to figure this out on his own, he'll have a house full of women he won't like dumped on him."
"These are all good girls." Amber says. "They will be obedient and respectful, and the one I didn't help train is used to running a household for her former Master. He can delegate everything to her."
Robert shrugs. "I'm staying out of it."
"So which one is your family's farm?" Emily asks Megan, showing her the group chat on her phone.
"This one." Megan says quietly.
Emily clicks on the listing, and puts the address into her maps app. "Any idea how many acres it is?" Emily asks. "There really isn't any information on the listing, and the map doesn't make the boundaries clear."
"20, I think." Megan says, a frown deepening on her face.
"Oh." Emily says. "How big is the house?"
"It's... modest." Megan says. "4 bedrooms."
Emily looks uncomfortable, like she is trying to figure out what to say.
"I'm sure it's lovely." Taylor chimes in.
"It is." Megan says. "Every happy memory in my entire life happened there."
Robert cringes when he hears this, knowing that 20 acres and a small house just don't meet their requirements. "So was your family just ranching, or actually farming too?"
"We just kept horses." Megan says. "We had a small garden too, most years. My Dad worked at the local tractor dealership, so he didn't really have time to try to make it into a full time job."
"Master, which one is your favorite?" Mei asks.
"I'm trying to keep an open mind." Robert says. "I've seen too many houses look great in the pictures, and be complete wrecks in person, to get wrapped up in one yet."
"That's true." Jane says. "We all need to keep our eyes open for any potential problems. I really hope one of these properties work, so we can get out of the old house sooner, but if they aren't a great fit, we will keep looking."

"Now we are there." Jane says, turning off the highway.
"It's... small..." Alexia says.
"Isn't that awesome?." Reyna says. "I bet once we get away from the highway, it'll be so quiet."
"It's much quieter than where we live now." Robert says. "That has pluses and minuses, of course. Less shopping, fewer restaurants, but also less crime, less noise, and fewer neighbors."
"We should see what the grocery store situation is like." Mei says. "To make sure we can actually get what we need to make our favorite dishes. I'm guessing there aren't any Asian grocery stores in town."
"There aren't any left in our town either." Robert says.
"Oh..." Mei says. "What do we do when I run out of things that normal stores don't really carry?"
"We'll have to order online, and probably stockpile a decent supply of things like that." Robert says. "And hope we can find it when it comes time to resupply."
"What is that?" Lucia asks, pointing out the window.
"What?" Robert asks, turning to see what direction she was pointing.
"Gun n Drug?" Lucia reads. "Are they serious?"
"Oh, yeah." Robert says. "There are a few of those in these small mountain towns."
"Umm... That's kind of scary." Alexia says.
"We won't be visiting it." Robert says.
"Unless you need to pick up some meds." Jane says, laughing. "Let me know, so I can turn around before we get too far down the road."
"Not funny, Mistress." Alexia says.
"It was a little funny." Jane says.
Robert shakes his head. "Honey, we need them to be comfortable living here. Freaking them out isn't going to do that."
"Oh, fine." Jane says. "You take away all of my fun."
"Not all of your fun, Mistress." Alexia teases.
