Early next morning...
Angel began to stretch on her bed. She felt all her muscles stretching and pulling when she would turn and twist. Groaning, she just laid in bed for a moment staring up at the ceiling, thinking about how everything will be changing today. Angel has finally made her decision. This was her pack as well. From the sort time that she spent with them, she wouldn't ever give this up. And even though there were some hurdles that she and Cullen had to get over—she knew though, that they were meant to be together. Angel felt so safe with Cullen, and every time she laid her eyes on him, she felt her heart skip a beat. They both would need to put in work, if this relationship was going to work out happily.
Just then, a lovely scent drifted toward her. Something very fragrant—something she smelled before plenty of times. Angel sat up and her eyes widened immediately.
Flowers! Where did all these flowers come from?!
Angel got up from bed right away. Her room was completely filled with what seemed like hundreds of dozen bouquets. All the flowers were so colorful—so beautifully arranged. No matter which way she turned, she would practically run into another stand that carried the flowers.
That's when her eyes zeroed in on a particular bouquet. She walked carefully over the chase that she loved to lie on, while reading a book by the fire place. There upon the chase were where the bouquet of roses were placed that stole her breath away. Angel always loved flowers, especially roses, but it wasn't the roses itself that took her breath away—but rather the way they were arranged.
How did he know?
Angel picked the bouquet up, bringing it closer to smell. There were a dozen of white roses with just one red rose in the middle. The way it was arranged was very symbolic to Angel and she couldn't help but smile brightly at them. That's when she noticed a card. She reached for it and read:
My dear Angel,
There is no way to even begin to describe how sorry I am for what I did. In this short time since we met, you have managed to change my whole world completely. I know there were some bumps in the road, but I wouldn't change anything about our journey so far, because I believe it will make us that much stronger. I know this card can't convey how truly sorry I am or even express how I feel for you—but I hope you will give me a second chance to show you.
Yours forever all eternity,
Cullen.
Angel took a deep breath after reading this message a couple times already. She wasn't one for giving in so easily, but this was the one thing she was waiting for—just a simple heartfelt apology. Angel smiled to herself as she looked over toward the nightstand to see what time it is.
"So, I take it you were surprised lambie?" asked Glynis
Angel jumped. She didn't see Glynis when she woke up, and just hearing her all the sudden almost made her scream slightly.
"You have no idea. But how? How could he have managed to get all this stuff in here without me waking up?" asked Angel.
Glynis shrugged. "Perhaps you were finally able to get a full deep rest that you badly needed."
Just then, Eilis walked into the room. "Whoa! Who died?!"
Angel just busted out laughing. "No one died." Angel quickly put the roses on the bed carefully, as she started to grab her robe, scampering to gather a few things.
"What are you doing lambie?" asked Glynis with a knowing smile.
"I am going to jump in the shower to wash up, and then get ready," answered Angel, while smiling. "Then I will hunt down my wolf."
As Angel was quickly walking to the bathroom, she heard Eilis shout back. "If you want a hint, he is training out in the field again!"

Cullen once again was watching how some of his members were practicing. He added some criticism and gave his opinion here and there to help better some of them. Cullen was trying very hard to focus the task at hand, but his mind kept drifting off to Angel—wondering how she liked the flowers.
He sighed, hoping this may be at least a good way to start of mending their relationship. It wasn't the easiest thing to sneak to her room and begin placing all these floral arrangements. Of course he could have had many omegas help him, but he wanted to do it all on his own. He was the one that screwed up and he is the one that had to fix it somehow.
"Oh, don't look so nervous Cullen!" said Gavin and he smacked him on the back slightly before continuing, "She will love the flowers."
Yea, but will she possibly love me someday?
Cullen asked himself.
Cullen shook himself. He didn't know her reaction, and the not knowing part was driving him crazy. He began to take off his shirt. It was Cullen's turn to be on the field practicing—perhaps sparring with some of his members will take his mind off of things for a little while.

Angel finally made it outside. She completely skipped breakfast, wanting to find Cullen first. She put on simple dark denim jeans with a shirt that was form fitting. While in the shower Angel decided today was the day. Both her and Cullen would try to work out some things, and hopefully start heading toward the right path.
Angel kind of rolled her shoulders back, stretching slightly. She felt a bit different, but just shrugged it off. As she approached the field she saw how the male members all made a large circle. She could tell there were someone practicing in the center—and with a quick glance around, she knew one of them had to be Cullen.
She slowly stepped between Brom and Gavin. Both were startled to see her, but she raised her finger to her lips, signaling for them to stay quiet. Angel then focused back at the sparring that was going on. She clearly saw Cullen right away—being a big black wolf made him stick out like a sore thumb. Cullen moved with grace and agility that she couldn't have ever imagined a wolf his size could do. She was completely in awe.
In no time, the sparring was done, with Cullen being the victor. She saw how the other wolf submitted and exposed his neck to Cullen. There were some cheers before Brom shouted for everyone to go back to practicing. That's when Angel decided to move.
Cullen immediately scented Angel. He turned his head and saw her walking toward him. She didn't look upset or anything—so that was definitely a good sign so far. Cullen just stood where he was—not wanting to scare her while in this form.
Angel was soon just a foot away from Cullen. She stared at him for a while, just taking him all in. He was so beautiful, and yet she knew it would be very stupid for any other wolf to try and mess with him. She was able to lean over slightly, and wrap her arms around his neck. "Thank you Cullen for the flowers. They were very beautiful," said Angel softly. She couldn't help but let her hands slowly pet Cullen—he was so soft but could feel just a bit of his coarse dense under coat.
When Angel stepped back, she saw Cullen shift back to his human shape. He quickly put on his pants as he just held his shirt in his hands. He looked so nervous as if he had no idea what to say to her. She didn't like seeing him this way at all.
"I am glad Angel that you liked them," said Cullen.
Angel walked up to him, grabbing his hand. "Come on, we need to talk."
"Go on. Brom and I will finish up with the practice," said Gavin, as he couldn't help but smile. He was happy that they were finally going to work things out.
As both Cullen and Angel began to walk, they stayed silent until they reached Angel's garden—her little haven. She sat on the bench thinking, not knowing how to start their conversation.
