Chris struck the obsidian axe against the trunk of the tree repeatedly. Everyone had agreed they needed to save the metal for weapons. Which meant that they were using stone tools for their everyday tasks. The volcanic stone was a great base for tools, it was relatively light and could be shaped easily, not to mention there was an abundance of it on their small volcanic island.

With one final chop, the tree fell to the ground. Chris put the axe back on his makeshift loincloth and picked up the trunk of the tree. He quickly shaped himself to have the arms of a gorilla and the legs of an elephant so that he could lift the tree without difficulty. With his cargo in tow, he marched his way back to the burgeoning village on the coast.
It had been some time since he had originally come here and met the lava nymphs. The small seaside camp they had originally set up had been growing into a seaside town. Dirt paths led into cobblestone streets with wooden buildings and thatched roofs. A series of docks decorated the coast, with fishing boats and rudimentary sailing ships tied to them. Horses and carriages walked the streets and there were shops of every kind in the growing village. Farmers were selling produce from farms and gardens on the island, and other types of merchants had begun to gather in the town.
Chris walked up to the sawmill at the edge of the town and came across the friendly woodcutters who were hard at work making the joists for new buildings that would soon be constructed. He set the tree in front of them and shaped his body back to normal.
"Good afternoon, your highness." said the foreman.
"Don't call me that." replied Chris. "How's our progress?"
"Very good. We're right on schedule. That saw was a great investment."
"You can tell that to Ruby. She was very grumpy about it." The saw was an exception to the rule about metal only being used for weapons. Chris and his harem had spent countless hours arguing about it but they finally agreed that the ability to build more buildings was worth it. Ruby even got a special, high quality, type of steel to make the blade. She mentioned that he would have to pay her back somehow and he had been thinking of all the ways he could do that. Many of which he was looking forward to. "I'm glad to help in any case, but I need to get back to Saundra. It's time for me to be 'milked'."
"Say no more your highness. We have everything under control."
Chris continued his walk, his shoulder length black hair slightly blowing in the breeze. As he transitioned from the dirt pathway onto the cobblestone roads, a petite redheaded woman crossed his path. She was carrying a basket of bread and wasn't paying attention to the road. Which caused her to accidentally bump into Chris.
"Hey watch it-" She began before looking into the face of the druid who ruled her new home. Her face froze in a petrified expression as her heartbeat began to accelerate. Her cheeks became flushed and she struggled to breath. "My lord! I'm so sorry!"
"It's alright. Let me help you with that." Chris replied as he grew a variety of limbs to pick up the bread and the basket, putting them all together and handing them back to the woman. "Just be sure to be more careful next time." She continued staring at him, her emerald eyes wide open. He walked over and gently cupped her face in his hand. She began to smile, close her eyes, and embrace the warmth of his hand, standing on her tiptoes as she did just to be closer to him. "Are you ok ma'am?"
"Yes." She said before separating. She began to walk away with her bread only to turn around and say "I uh...don't have a husband or partner or anything. You know in case you're interested."
"I'll keep that in mind." Chris smiled back before continuing on his journey.
He eventually found his way to the dockside tavern where he knew he could find his beloved. He entered to find Blossom cleaning up the bar, whilst wearing the low cut dress of a tavern wench. The tavern was empty as it was still daytime and most people were hard at work in the town. She had been facing away from the door and didn't see him. Chris decided to sneak up on her and grab her waist from behind, which made her chirp up in surprise.
"Hi there." Chris whispered in her long ear, before gently chewing on it with his canine teeth. The rabbit woman made a huge buck-tooth grin and hummed lightly at his touches. He moved his hand up to her breasts, her fur standing on end, her nipple slightly poked through the thin material of her dress. "How are you?" He asked.
"I'm doing great." Blossom replied as she turned to face him. She bit her lower lip as she rubbed her hands against his chest and stomach. "I've been getting a lot of business recently. It's a shame you don't come around very often."
"People bother me." Chris replied, and it was true. Chris preferred solitude and having people around made him uncomfortable.
"Yeah, but rabbits certainly don't bother you." Blossom came in closer and wrapped her arms around his neck. "Speaking of which, a few rabbit refugees have come around since you've been gone. They're gonna want to speak with you."
"I'll find some time for that. Right now I'm looking for Saundra."
"What do you need her for?" Blossom asked as she pressed herself against the bulge in Chris' loincloth.
"I'm being milked today. It's a full moon."
"You're being milked?!" She said as she pushed him away. "Don't tease me then! She's with Celandine at the vineyard."
"Thanks." He replied, giving her a gentle kiss on the forehead. "Don't worry, I'll find some time to take care of you later."
Chris took his leave and headed straight for the vineyard. The grapes grew well in the ashy soil near the volcano and several people were present to harvest grapes to make wines and jams. Eating and drinking are strictly recreational activities on the Hyperplane, and Chris found himself eating grapes frequently just for the pleasurable sensation their taste provided for him.
Chris looked out across the field and saw a pair of grey rabbit ears poking out from the vines. Feeling playful, he got on all fours and began sneaking around the vines. Just as he found himself in range of his target, he pounced and pinned her to the ground as he began nibbling on her neck and shoulders. She instinctively giggled and began to wrap herself around him, her usually serious face curling into a soft smile.
"Where's Saundra at?" He asked, which immediately caused her to frown again.
"Of course you want to know where
