This is a short work of erotic fiction containing furry, or anthropomorphic, characters, which are animals that either demonstrate human intelligence or walk on two legs, for the purposes of these tales. It is a thriving and growing fandom in which creators are prevalent in art and writing especially.

Full Moon Rekindling
Camping was something, at least, that they had always shared between one another and there was nothing like looking up at the stars in the back of beyond together, even though, well, Jake and Evie were not technically together anymore. The owl-type hippogriff cast a look at the wolf out of the corner of his eye, her brown fur shaded so that it matched his feathers, though he was fluffed up a little more against the cold than she was. It was winter, after all, as beautiful as their surroundings were, frost already setting in to further chill the ground.
They would not be out there for long, however, and, well, there were things that they could do to warm each other up, depending on how the night went, a blanket cast over their shoulders for the time being. Evie smiled and snuggled into him, using his feathers to steal warmth from even his body, but Jake was more than happy for her to do it, a little tingle of delight running through him even as his heart pounded.
Could he make the first move? Ah, but things like that were so difficult for him, the hippogriff frozen in place, beak slightly parted, eyes as wide as they ever were. He had to do something, anything, just to make things good again, to right the wrongs that had been done accidentally but, alas, had been done all the same. The hippogriff shook his head, stiff and rigid, and Evie gave him a look out from the corner of her eye, snuffling softly as if something was stuck in her throat, although there were only the unspoken words hanging between them to muffle any muzzle or beak.
Evie's muzzle turned upwards.
"Oh, look..."
And then it seemed that destiny was due to make the decision for him as the moon shone down on them, coming out from behind a bank of dark cloud as if it had merely been waiting for the right moment in which to reveal itself. If the moon held the tales of the ages in her glow, she would only add to them that night as Evie stiffened, quivering with restrained tension, the wolf's jaws hanging open as she whimpered. The white of the moon reflected in her eyes and, spellbound by what he knew of but had not seen before, all Jake could do was hold her tight, keep her steady, root her in reality even when, well...many things were destined to change in the coming moments.
He would not let her go even as her fur ruffled and skin shifted, pulling taut over a new form, the moon changing her. It was not only the moon that triggered the change but he was to be up close as Evie whimpered and twisted into a ragged howl, jaws hanging open in glee, the light of the moon itself seeming to shine from her eyes rather than act as a mirror for the glory above. The wolf growled, though it was more of a playful sound than anything else as she shoved her muzzle, growing larger and blockier, yet still beautiful, up close to Jake's.
Jake... The hippogriff stared back at her with only love and no fear in his eyes and her heart surged for him. He was one of few that had never shunned her and she grabbed him by the shoulders even as her paws became larger and softer, yet with deadly claws. The dark scythes of them caught the eye and she laughed recklessly, though still with a bubbly air, the sound of her mirth seemingly so infectious that not even Jake could help but laugh along with her.
"Oh! Oh...awwwoooo!"
She threw her head back and howled as the changes pulsed through her, growing larger and bulkier, though her feminine curves were kept, her hips a little wider and her chest, well... That side of her was not her focus but the very fact that thick, werewolf fur was coating her body made it seem as if her breasts had gotten bigger when, really, that was merely an illusion. Yet she was more interested in getting Jake back over the log that they were sitting on, the hippogriff letting out a shriek as he toppled, only to find himself on the cold, hard ground with a very eager werewolf (halfway changed, at least) on top of him.
"Evie!" He gasped, his heart beating so hard that she could see his pulse leaping and jumping in his throat. "What... What are you doing?"
That was something that should have been obvious as she laughed and caught him in a kiss, though a beak and a muzzle like that did not fit together perfectly. But that was just where the two of them would make it all work, all coming out right, as Jake relaxed into her touch, arms around her, running his hands down her back as her clothes ripped, her larger form bursting out of them as if the seams meant nothing at all to her. But it was okay, it was alright - all was alright as long as she had Jake there to steady her through the change into her beastly form, what came upon her so very suddenly and often without any warning at all.
She clawed him - gently, of course - and long rends appeared in his clothes, splitting and falling off as she scratched and shredded, working her way down to the softness of his feathers beneath. Their tongues tangled in ardent passion and Jake still tried to hold her as close as he possibly could as her body shifted against him, changing still, more muscled and thicker-furred than before, even her eyes taking on a glow that made his heart pound all the more.
Oh, he loved her in any form... But it was her werewolf form that he was to adore that night, bare down to his feathers as her humping and grinding against him drew the expected rise from his body. That did not stop the hippogriff from blushing lightly as his shaft hardened, his maleness making itself known as Evie let out an excited yip, tongue lolling out as she shook herself off, thick tufts of fur scattering in all directions, though she was not yet due to shed.
