Mia hated herself. She had achieved the impossible. Achieved everything she could have imagined. And now almost lost it all again.
At the incredibly young age of 26, she managed to become Headmistress of the private school "Schwarzenstein" in Germany, a college boarding school for elite european students. With diligence, effort and possibly also by taking advantage of some quota laws, Mia was able to beat out all the other candidates and get the job.
But then everything went downhill. She thought she had understood the zeitgeist. She invested huge amounts of money in feminist programs for the students, set anti-discrimination rules and changed large parts of the teaching content.
To her surprise, the majority of students rejected their changes. Even the girls, whose welfare she kept in mind for most of the changes.
She quickly became unpopular, was insulted on social media and in private chats, and her car was vandalized. Worst of all, many major investors had ended their donations.
'She would tarnish the image of a boarding school with centuries of history!' she was told by heads of families whose families had attended the school for many generations.

After just two years under Mia's leadership, the school was facing insolvency.
Too many insolvents had dropped out. And too little profit was being made from the new tactics. Above all, however, she simply couldn't find any new investors. Word of her changes to the school seemed to have spread.
So she was forced to approach someone she had confidently turned down two years ago when he offered a very large sum for the school. At the time, she was still sure that her changes would end positively. She didn't want one of her first decisions to be to give a large part of the school to a stranger. A man who had been rumored to be playing power games and mysoginy for many years.
Mia had no other chance. She had now flown all the way to America to speak to him in person, in the hope that an offer was still on the table - despite her rejection at the time.
Now she had ridden the elevator of a skyscraper to the top. She could look out over the entire city through the glass walls here, but she had neither the time nor the inclination to enjoy the view.
She ran towards the large double door at the end of the corridor. The door reminded Mia of the ancient architecture of her school, but seemed strangely out of place here. 'C.E.O. Robert T. - ST Enterprise' was written on a golden sign on the door.
Mia looked down at herself. The red trouser suit complemented her blonde-orange hair perfectly. It also hid her pronounced curves. Mia had a body that many women would envy, but she preferred to hide it because she wanted to look serious and not sexy. This is important if you want to make it far in the business world as a young woman.
In her right hand was a thick folder full of paperwork. She had prepared her offer more than well. She had covered all eventualities. Or so she thought.
Just as she was about to adjust her suit once again, the door opened in front of her to her shock. A tall, burly man in a dark blue suit stood directly in front of Mia. "How much longer are you going to wait out here?"
Mia didn't know what to say. "How...?"
The man nodded towards the ceiling above the large wooden door, where Mia could see a surveillance camera.
As she looked up, the man's left arm snaked out and she felt his hand on her ass. "This way." He pushed her into the office. She was too shocked to realize that he was squeezing her ass twice.
The office was a huge room with its own kitchenette, bathroom and working area. Mia thought they were heading for the desk at the front of the room, but Robert T. led them unmistakably to the left-hand corner of the room, where there was a single armchair between two bookshelves and a fake fireplace.
Robert T. sat down on the armchair. "Sit down."
Mia looked around in confusion. There was no other place to sit nearby. Just as she was wondering whether she should pull a chair from the desk, Robert repeated his order and pointed to the carpet in front of him.
