Sam's parents were leaving town and leaving him to look after the house. They let all the neighbors on the street know just so they could help keep an eye on their son. But he didn't mind at all though, he was just happy to have his own run of the house. The next few days were relaxing and fun staying at the house and having a few friends over. One night he heard an unexpected knock at his door. It was Lisa Sydney, one of the neighbors with a glass of wine in her hand. "Oh hi Ms. Sydney!" Sam said politely. She immediately lit up with a greeting "Hi Sammy! Just wanted to drop by and check in on you!" she said playfully. She was the same age as his mom but always in amazing shape, she must have done cross fit or something. She wore a slim white dress that revealed her toned arms and accentuated her curvaceous hips.
She then paused for a moment as if considering something "Hey Sammy... can I ask you for a small favor?" " Of course!" Sam said wanting appease her. He had always gotten along with her so well, often helping her clean her pool in the summer. "I just really need help moving some stuff and it would be so much easier if I had a strong man to help me out." "Sure no problem! I'd love to help."Sam said. She then had a most curious smile on her face. Sam didn't think much of it, she always acted funny around him. "Oh that's wonderful! Why don't you come over tonight?" Ms. Sydney bubbled, excited for him to come over. "Oh sure. Couldn't we just do it now" Sam asked.
"I just need to... get a few things ready. Why don't you head over at like 7pm?"
"Great! I'll be there!"
It was 6:55 and Sam was already at her door. Before I could even knock the door was opened "Sammy! You're here" she said, brimming with glee. "Hi Ms. Sydney!" he said nervously.
"Well come on in!" I'll show you what I need help with. " she said, deftly closing and locking the door behind him. "It's right down this hall over here." Her house was very nice, she kept it tidy and meticulously clean. "It's this box right here" Sam quickly and easily took the box and brought it to the bottom of the basement stairs. He wondered why she even needed him to move something so light. "Do you want it inside the basement" Sam asked, looking at the reinforced door.
"Oh no it's a mess in there, just leave it at the bottom of the stairs" Ms. Sydney said as she mixed him a drink. After putting down the box Sam joined Ms. Sydney in the living room.
