TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Luke met Lilliana in the parking lot at the supermarket. She couldn't start her car and the more she cranked the engine, the more tired the battery became. Luke was the hero of the day when he was able to jump start her car. After some talk, Liliana agreed to join him for coffee and the friendship started. Liliana learned that Luke was married and Luke came to understand that Lilliana had a small apartment and didn't have the financial means to get a place of her own. Luke on the other hand was the landlord of a few large commercial buildings. He took advantage of their meeting to convince her to see him again. Some days later Luke and Liliana were dining together at a nice restaurant that Luke had chosen. "Lilliana, I want to take you over to one of my apartment buildings tomorrow. I need to stop by and see my manager briefly and you can see one of my properties".
"OK" said Lilliana. It seemed odd to her that he wanted her to go along for one of his manager meeting, but it would be interesting to see his building and get an idea of what he owns.
At the apartment building Luke says "Lilliana, I like for you to come along inside with me, my meeting won't take too long."
"Sure" she said and exited the car after he opened her door.
At the manager's office he got a key and said to Lilliana "come on, I'll show you one of the vacant apartments. She walked along with him across a nice court yard and past the pool surrounded by many units in the two story building. They proceeded down to one of the more private units at the end and on the ground floor. Luke had the key he got from the manager and opened the door and they stepped inside.
"This is a one bedroom aptartment that has been cleaned up and is ready for a new tenant. Look around and tell me what you think." Lilliana liked everything she saw. Nice kitchen, comfortable living room area, a bedroom with lots of closet space. "I think this is great, anyone would feel right at home here."
"I'm glad you like it," said Luke "because I want to offer it to you."
"But I can't afford a nice place like this as much as I would like to live here."
Luke had become well aware of her living and financial situation after getting to know her from their dinner dates. Now he was going to see if she was willing to accept what he was about to offer her.
"I understand that" said Luke, "so we can make an arrangement."
"And what kind of arrangement is that?" She said.
"I want you." said Luke, matter of factly. "You captured my eye from the day I met you in the parking lot. Since we've dated, you've become more desirable to me and now I want you to be mine in exchange for the apartment. You have your privacy but you'll be available to me when I want."
"So I'm to be your mistress?"she replied.
"Yes, I won't play games with words to make it sound any different than what it is and what I want." Luke was putting it all out and making it clear from the start. "If you agree to being available when I call you and submit to my desires, then this will be your place and I will have all the furniture delivered."
Lilliana paused to reflect on what he said. She was not unacostomed to living with men in the past in exchange for sex and now she could finally have her own place! "I've gotten to like you very much in the short time that we have been seeing each other. But what about your wife?"
"I take care of the properties with my managers. She doesn't get involved and won't know you from any other tenant".
"When would you want me to move in?
"You can move in this weekend" he said. As soon as the furniture is here and everything is set up. So I take that as a Yes, you accept?
Lilliana was a bit hesitant with her reply, still wondering about the relationship she was getting herself into. "Yes, she said, I accept."
"Very well" he said "meet me here on Saturday, l'll give you the key and the place is yours."
The two of them left. Luke drove Lilliana home all the while looking forward to her being his new mistress and Lilliana looking forward to her new style of living.
Saturday came quickly. Lilliana called Luke and told him she was on the way with with a lot of her cloths to start moving in. "I'll be at the apartment to meet you and let you in" he responded. Thirty minutes later she arrived. Her new apartment door was open and she walked in. The apartment was fully furnished with a full vase of red roses on the table.
"Welcome to your new home" Luke said in an inviting tone.
"This is wonderful" Lilliana responded as her gaze was taking in the decor and comfort of her new place. She walked around the apartment to look at the kitchen, the bathroom and finally the bedroom with a big queen size bed and a box with ribbon and bow in the center of the bed. Luke was following behind her and saw when she spotted the present.
"I do believe that's for you" he said. "And it's kind of for me too" he added with a smile.
Lilliana proceeded to open the box already guessing that it was going to be something sexy for her to fit into. She opened the box to find black baby top lingerie with matching thong bikini panties. "Oh my, she exclaimed, "you have great taste, I will look ravishing for you in this!"
"Let's go back the the other room" he said. "I left your key on the table that I want to give you.
She followed him into the living room where he picked up the key from the table to hand it to her. "With this key we enter into a new relationship," he remarked. As he handed her the key he pulled her in for a kiss on her mouth. She leaned in to accept and enjoy their first passionate kiss in her new apartment.
"Now let's make this official" Luke spoke in a more direct manner as he passed to the living room, kicked off his shoes and sat down in the easy chair. Lilliana followed and looked at him inquisitively.
"What do you mean?" She asked.
"I want to watch you get naked. I want to see what you look like from head to toe."
Lilliana was taken by surprise. She was expecting their first encounter to be after some romance and ending in the bedroom with dim or no lights. The living room was still very bright even though the blinds were blocking the view from outside and she now was feeling a bit embarrassed. "You want me to disrobe here?" She asked.
