Teachers Medical Examination

Aditi and Megha were two young teachers of an all girls school who stayed in their school quarters together. The school had a policy of health checkups for all staff and as both the ladies had missed it, due to exam season, it was rescheduled for the night as Dr. Nandini agreed to visit them in their quarters iteelf.

Nandini was wearing a crisp white blouse tucked into a sleek black skirt, while Aditi and Megha were already in their nightwear as they had just finished their evening tea. Aditi was wearing a knee length light pink satin nightdress that had thin spaghetti straps, while Meera was wearing a lavender cotton nightgown that ended just below her knees.

Nandini adjusted her glasses and smiled at both of them.

"Shall we begin as it is already late. I need to ensure that the check-up is thorough but quick." Nandini said.

Aditi and Megha looked at each other and nodded.

Nandini asked Aditi to sit on the bed first and took out her stethoscope.

"Let's start with your heartbeat," she said as she moved closer.

"Could you lower the top of your nightdress a little?" Nandini asked.

Aditi hesitated first but then slid the straps of her nightdress off her shoulders and let it pool around her waist as she revealed hrler lace bra and her brown skin.

Nandini placed the stethoscope against Aditi's chest, above the swell of her left breast where Aditi could feel a shiver on her spine, having touched by a cold metal.

"Take a deep breath," the Nandini said.

Nandini shifted moved to Aditi's back.

"All good, now, Megha, your turn."

Megha sat down and unbutton the top few buttons of her nightgown, moving them aside for Nandini to place her stethoscope, where she slowed a glimpse of her cotton bra.

Nandini listened to Megha's heartbeat.

"Good, let's check your blood pressure."

Nandini went on with the checks quick and finished all the basic stuff in the next few minutes or so.

"Everything looks fine so far and now we need to proceed to a more detailed examination."

"Aditi, now I'll need to check for any lumps or abnormalities in your breasts. Could you remove your bra?" Nandini asked.

Aditi swallowed but nodded slowly as she reached behind and unclasped her lace bra, sliding it off her arms and placed aside. She was bare above waist bow and her bosoms are fully exposed.

Nandini moved her fingers and began palpating Aditi's breasts. She pressed in gently in circular motions.

"Let me know if you feel any discomfort," she said.

Aditi bit her lip as she felt her nipples harden. Nandini's fingers moved all over, first around the outer edges of her nipples and then closer to the center, squeezing each nipple to check for any discharge.

It was Megha's turn next s she unbuttoned her nightdress upto her waist and unhookedher simple white bra, sliding it down her arms. She had more round breasts compared to Aditi.

Nandini repeated the process, and Megha let out a soft sigh as the Nandini's fingers pressed firmly when her thumb circled her nipples.

"All clear," Nandini said.

Nandini opened her bag and pulled out a pair of latex gloves.

"Now for the abdominal and pelvic exam," she said.

"Please remove your nightdress completely." She said to Aditi and asked her to lie back on the bed.

Aditi did as instructed, exposing her body in her lace panties. Nandini pressed down, feeling for any irregularities.

"Everything feels fine here," Nandini said.

"Now, I'll need you to remove your panties for the pelvic exam."

Aditi hesitated and her cheeks blushed but without any options, she tugged her thumbs under the waistband and slowly slid them down, exposing herself completely.

Nandini sat between Aditi's legs.

"Relax," she said.

Her gloved fingers carefully parted Aditi's thighs as she inspected for any abnormalities, making Aditi let a small gasp.

"Now, Megha."

Megha was already blushing red and lifted her nightdress and removed it off.

After a brief abdominal check, she too removed her panties as her thighs instinctively pressed together.

"Spread your legs slightly," Nandini asksd.

Megha did, as the Nandini's fingers moved and the examination was thorough.

"You both are perfectly healthy. There are some more parts to this examination," she said.

"Lie down on your side and pull your knees up to your chest." She asked Aditi.

Aditi hesitated but complied feeling fully exposed as the vulnerability of the position made her feel awkward.

Nandini got fresh pair of gloves and picked upa small bottle of lubricant. She put some onto her fingers.

"I'm going to apply some lubricant first," she said.

Aditi exhaled as. Nandini's gloved fingers made contact, gently spreading her opening apart. The coolness of the gel against her opening gave her a shiver through her body.

"Take a deep breath," Nandini sai.

Nandini's fingertip slowly pressed inside, as Aditi's breath hitched. Nandini checked for any irregularities as her finger pressed deeper and gently rotated to ensure a thorough examination.

She withdrew her finger and wiped the area gently as Aditi exhaled deeply

"Your turn."

Megha swallowed hard as she was watching closely. She lay down on her side, similar to Aditi's earlier position as Nandini got another pair of gloves.

"Try to relax," she said.

Megha tensed slightly as Nandini made contact, and tye cool sensation of the gel made her jolt as she bit her lip.

Nandini, parted her opening carefully and pressing her lubricated finger inside making Megha let out a soft gasp.

Nandini repeated the process and slowly withdrew.

"You both did well." Nandini said.

"There's one more thing, you know as a part of health care, women should know how to perform a self-breast examination."

"It's a standard practice and I encourage you both as well," Nandini said.

"I suggest that you can help each other master the technique."

"You mea practice with each other?" Aditi asked surprised.

Nandini nodded.

"Yes, as it is the best way to ensure you're doing it correctly. Come let me guide you."

"Aditi, you can go first."

Aditi nodded slowly.

"Lie back," she said.

Aditi did and lied against the pillows.

"When you perform a self-breast exam, you should start by using the pads of your fingers. Press small and go in circles just like this" nandini said as she demoatrated on Aditi's breasts.

She took Aditi's hand and placed it on the curve of her own breast.

"Apply light pressure at first," she said.

"Then slowly press deeper to feel for any irregularities."

"Now, Megha, come closer, you know, it's important to understand how a person's breast feels as it. helps you notice any abnormalities on your own." She said to Megha.

Megha's fingers trembled as she lifted her hand and placed over Aditi's breast and

Aditi let out a soft sigh.

"Make sure that you cover the entire breast, from the edges to the nipple."

Megha did as instructed.

"Now switch."

Aditi sat up, as Megha lied down.

"Start with the same technique," Nandini said to Aditi.

Aditi pressed her fingers gently Megha's breasts making her tensed slightly. She moved in small circles, as she covered every inch of skin making Megha let out a quiet sigh.

"Well done. You both have understood the technique I guess."

"Remember to do this regularly," she said as she picked up her things and moved toward the door while Aditi and Megha remained fully naked.
