Derek took in Cecilia's beauty. He couldn't imagine getting over the feeling of pride every time he looked at her, and not as most people would. He was admiring her beauty for her beauty and not how envious, how jealous his friends, cousins, and other men in his life were. She was dancing with James Policy, his oldest friend and best man. He shook his head knowing that James' hands would be exploring more of the white satin wedding dress had he not been there. James was fascinated with married women, sleeping solely with females with rings on their fingers. As it was he could easily see the man had his crotch pressed hard against the bride's. 'Mental note, do not let James get time alone with Cecilia.'
Cecilia Banks, nee Collins, was from a middle-class family slated to go to the state university and he'd met her in an airport. He was flying from Tokyo to New York and had a layover at Sea-Tac. Normally he'd not have noticed any of the people around him but his dad's Bombardier Global 7500 jet had required maintenance and he'd been forced to fly first class with the rest of the cattle. He was on his way to one of the lounges to wait out the layover when his eyes caught a flash of gold. He did a double-take at first dismissing the girl as she was jammed between whom he assumed were her parents. He had to look again seeing the sun highlighting her pure golden tresses draped onto spectacular large creamy mounds.
He'd never once had to pick up a girl and this felt foreign, but then again he was flying commercial, and while not new was rare. Then he saw the package next to the girl's mother, Sterling Chocolates. He pulled out a card and came over to the trio, "Excuse me," he smiled at the family. I couldn't help noticing your chocolates. That's my...well, my family's company," he smiled. "I'd like to get your opinion on the flavor, texture, selection...perhaps suggest new varieties," he said as he held out his card.
Chuck Collins stood and put out his hand introducing himself, "And this is my wife Charlotte and our daughter Cecilia," he smiled, "I confess we rarely buy these, they're a luxury but honestly? Our favorite."
Charlotte smiled and nodded, "I'd say it's our once-a-year treat," she said, "then we ration them so," she picked up the half-pound box, "this will last us two weeks." she smiled. "Fabulous, especially the tri-layer," she blushed.
"Neither Dad nor I have ever tried one," Cecilia smiled, "but I'm partial to the dark chocolate mint coconut," she blushed shyly.
Up close, the girl was even more beautiful, spectacular. Her skin that he could see was flawless...her figure was lithe and athletic. Derek looked up at the board, "You are in the same boat I am. Long layover. I was on my way to the Club lounge. Join me?" he asked.
The trio nodded happily and looked at each other as if they'd won some incredible prize. They stood and gathered their bags, coats, and packages. Derek grabbed both women's suitcases and led them to the private elevator.
He smiled to himself. Had they been one gate farther down he'd never have seen this girl and though he didn't believe in fate he found himself thanking his luck. She was even better looking when standing and walking. She couldn't have been more than an inch shorter than his 6 feet and perfectly proportioned. He stood back as the elevator opened getting his first look at her ass. 'Fucking perfect,' he thought.
The Collins family got out and looked around. This was so much better than being elbow-to-elbow with hundreds of fellow passengers. They found a pair of plush couches set in an L and stashed their belongings against the wall.
"So, before I annoy you with my questions about the chocolates, can I ask where you're headed? On vacation? Perhaps some background?" he smiled, "Helps with the demographics." He noticed both Chuck and Charlotte were in great shape, still maintaining themselves, and had good genes. Charlotte was almost as beautiful as her daughter. She looked to be 40, 42 with a darker shade of blonde hair, nice breasts, and a toned body.
Chuck nodded, "Nothing much to say," he glanced at his family, "We're from outside of Philadelphia, Chadds Ford. Vacation, yes. Visiting Charlotte's parents for a week. Sorry. Pretty boring," he shrugged.
Derek laughed, "Family is rarely close to boring. Drinks?" he asked.
"You sure?" Chuck said tentatively. He looked at his wife as if checking their budget.
"On me, or truthfully, on the company," Derek chuckled.
Chuck looked relieved, "That's very kind of you. Beer is good for me and Char likes Chardonnay, but Cecilia is just 18."
"But you're her parent and if you..." Derek smiled. He looked at the girl, "Unless you prefer a Coke or something."
Cecilia shook her head and looked at her parents, "If you don't mind I'd like something, you know, like a margarita?" She smiled when her father nodded and looked at Derek. The man oozed something, charm, confidence, a masculine aura she'd rarely seen. "I'd like a margarita," she said happily.
They got their drinks then Derek quizzed them on what they liked and didn't like about the candies. He nodded and smiled hearing the only negative was the cost. "You have no idea," he sighed, "We have this exclusive series that goes for almost $1,000 a pound." He wasn't shocked to see their unbelieving looks or hear their gasps. He found he liked these people. They were honest, open, and perhaps the happiest people he'd ever met.
Derek pulled out an envelope from his inner pocket and handed it to the father, "12 coupons in here. Rerdeemable for 12 pounds of chocolates, and yes, even the Trouffant Collection. I really appreciate your feedback and we'll look into Scotch Cream recipes," he smiled, "I wish I'd thought of that," he held up his glass of single malt. He looked at Cecilia thinking he couldn't let the chance pass, "I hate to be forward and I know I'm, what? 14 years older than you but I'd like to take you to dinner sometime. There's a restaurant in the City that makes the most incredible Chateaubriand," he said uneasily. This was new. He'd never felt fear of rejection and wondered about this new strange thing.
"I'm sorry, I have a boyfriend," the girl said then made a small choking sound, "the City? New Your City?" she asked.
"Dear, Billy isn't really serious, is he?" Charlotte asked.
