This is my first submission. It is a bit long, but I think it is worth it. Please let me know what you think. I have other ideas for this scenario and quite a few others. Thank you!

Today was going to be the day! I had carefully reviewed all of the candidates that had successfully gotten through the first interview process and had narrowed it down to three. All three second interview candidates were similar in background and education, but one stood out for what I was looking for. Let me explain.
I am a Senior Exec for a Defense Department Contractor and as a result I have a very high national security clearance. My administrative assistant must be someone that understands the concept of "classified" information and can follow direction—without question. My prior Admin was dynamite, but was inherited and not what I would have chosen. I would rectify this now that she had gotten a promotion.
I plodded through the first two cursory interviews before getting to the one I really wanted—Ashley Taylor. During the first interview process the candidates are screened thoroughly and the interviews are video recorded. Those selected to move on have photos taken and they are attached to their resumes, we also do a background and credit check.
Ashley was a stunning blonde, very tall (about 5'11 or so) but petite around 125 lbs or so with bright blue eyes and voluptuous lips from what I could make out on the video. She was single and 26 years old, with one child. The child aspect was important; I wanted someone that had something to lose. But, the kicker was her credit report. She had a large mortgage and a lot of credit card debt. Ashley needed this job, desperately!
Ashley arrived for our 4:00 pm interview at 3:40 and I was notified by the temp that a Ms. Taylor was here. Good, she was early—she wanted to make a good impression. I let her wait until about 4:15 pm before I asked the temp to show her in. I wanted to make sure everything in the office was ready! My top floor corner office is large with my desk by the windows, two leather chairs, a leather sofa and other amenities you would find in a Senior Exec's office. My office is down an isolated hall from the other offices and is very refreshingly remote.
I buzzed the door as I saw them approach on my hall monitoring screen so that they could enter my office. The temp let Ms. Taylor in and then closed the door as she left. The door locks automatically and I saw Ashley's expression change as she heard the door lock click. I immediately went to her and welcomed her and asked her to join me in one of the leather chairs in front of my desk.
Ashley was even more stunning in person! She was just a hair shorter than my 6'2" frame with her heels on with beautiful long legs that seemed to go on for miles. She was wearing a professional looking white silk blouse with just a hint of cleavage and a mid-thigh pleated navy skirt and hose. For someone with her light weight she had very nice sized breasts, I would guess about 36-38C or thereabouts. I asked if she wanted a drink and she declined, I could tell she was nervous as her handshake gave a small hint of perspiration.
I began by asking her about herself and why she wanted to come and work for us. What sets her apart from my other candidates, etc. the regular B.S. questions. She gave all of the right responses and I pressed her for more details, I wanted to keep her on the edge, I wanted her to think of how badly she needed this job. After about 40 minutes or so of questions (all of the office staff would be leaving about now) I began to make my move.
Ashley was beginning to look a little worried that this was not going the way she hoped; maybe she would not get this job that she needed so much. I moved in for the kill:
Ms. Taylor, do you understand security clearances? Do you understand the repercussions for compromising these clearances?
Yes sir, I do.
Ms. Taylor, I need someone who I can trust exclusively with anything or anyone. Do you understand this?
Yes sir, I do.
Ms. Taylor, I have read your background checks, I know of your debts, your mortgage these things concern me. How do I know I can trust you absolutely?
Sir, I am very trustworthy, you have seen my resume, and I am sure you have read my letters of referral.
Yes, yes I have seen all of that. I have read all of that—it means nothing to me. I want to know if I can trust you, that you will do what I say without question and that you will not compromise this office—ever!! (She was getting really worried now that she was blowing this interview)
Sir, I am honest. I know I am a bit behind on my bills, but I am honest and I can be trusted. I will keep your trust no matter what!
