After a lot of research, planning and preparation, Ava was ready to enact her revenge on Lasare. She was going to make him vulnerable and helpless, death would be too easy.
She was on her way up to his office for another meeting. She had found out his favourite liquor and added a fun flavourless cocktail to a bottle of it in her possession. She had procured some magebane from some less than savoury contacts and some rohypnol from some truly disgusting contacts. For some people you needed a shower after talking to them.
She had a belly full of charcoal and was going to share a drink with him, to celebrate their new deal. She anticipated this being so satisfying. She had worn a tight form fitting dress, stockings with a garter belt and her favourite lingerie. She wanted to feel powerful today.
She walked into his office in her heels, a fake smile plastered on her face. He stood up as she entered, wearing an elegant three piece suit. His white white hair styled neatly and an arrogant welcoming smile on his tanned handsome face his piercing blue eyes focussed on her.
"Ava, darling. How wonderful to see you. Your dress is lovely, not as lovely as you look wearing nothing at all though." He smirked.
She didn't allow her smile to falter. "Why thank you, Lasare. There's just a few more documents to sign then why don't we have a drink to celebrate?"
She pulled out the bottle. She had flawlessly reformed the wax seal at the neck, it was impossible to tell she had 'modified' the contents. She handed it to him for his inspection.
He took it and admired it. "Oh you must have gone to some effort to find one from that year. How special, thank you." Accepting it with a smile.
Retrieving the final documents from her briefcase for him to sign, placing them in front of him. He looked over them then conjured a pen and signed them, pushing them back towards her. As she moved to put them back in her briefcase, he brought out a couple of glasses and popped the lid on the bottle. Filling the glasses and handing one to her.
He narrowed his eyes at her with suspicion. "Ladies first, after you."
She kept her smile. "How gentlemanly." She took a large sip, swallowing it in front of him. "Mmm delicious, it's a very good vintage." Taking a seat in the chair behind her."
Reassured, he began sipping himself. Then reclined into his desk chair. Still eyeing her curiously.
"I'm surprised you're being so civilised. I am somewhat disappointed."
She chuckled, keeping her feelings in check. "You made it quite clear how you would handle any disrespect. I am not interested in having your shade set on me again. I have enough stress in my day, I don't want to worry about that as well."
He finished his glass, pouring another. Still gazing at her speculatively. She took another small sip to maintain the facade.
"Here was me hoping you'd give me an excuse or even better admit you liked it. I remember having you on this desk very fondly...the way you were aching to come. Sure you aren't tempted?" He asked in a sultry tone. Another sip.
She couldn't help the involuntary twitch on her face. Still doing her best to keep her expression as a neutral smile.
"I am not going to offer you that kind of satisfaction, Lesare. I don't have time to indulge you and I have no need for such a relationship."
He smirked. "Oh I'm sure you don't 'indulge' yourself often. That first night you were so gloriously tight, yet in the shower the second night you got soaking wet when you were pinned and impaled against the tile. You can't blame that moisture on the water that was all you. I think you 'need' it more than you are willing to admit." He raised his eyebrows as he took another large sip.
She tensed her jaw. The bastard was trying to provoke her. She couldn't rise to it, she needed to stay pleasant until he passed out.
"Despite what you say, I am quite content, contrary to your aspersions. I need no further complications in my life. Especially not with someone I have business with." She insisted.
He gave her a knowing look as he took another drink. "You aren't very honest with yourself are you? Can you truthfully say you haven't thought about how good it felt with me buried deep between your legs?"
"Is it a foreign concept to you that I am trying to keep this professional? Because I was tempted to throw the bottle at you, not share a drink." She glared at him.
He laughed. "There she is, that's a more honest reaction. Not the dubious smile you've been wearing all this time." He finished his glass.
His vision started to swim, something wasn't right. The smile on Ava's face became genuine with a hint of malice to it as she saw his distress. He sat up in his chair studying the bottle, before trying to stand in a wobbly manner using his desk to steady himself. He directed his dwindling focus on her.
"What did you do?" He slurred.
"Just thought I'd show you pride comes before a fall." She smirked.
He managed a few steps before collapsing to the floor. His eyes closed as he fell unconscious. Ava stood up and walked to the bin and picked it up. She stuck her fingers down her throat, vomiting the charcoal and the knockout cocktail from her system. When she finished she wiped herself clean and pulled out her phone.
Now for the next stages of the plan.

Lasare awoke in a padded room with no windows. Ava was sitting in the corner tapping away on a laptop. He was handcuffed to a chair with most of the seat removed, each wrist with its own set of cuffs, while the chair was bolted to the floor. He had a gag in his mouth, his fingers were duct taped together and his ankles were bound to the chair legs. Worst of all he was completely naked.
