Since Deano had completed Jess's face tattoo, he had been sketching different things but wouldn't let her see any of them. He started sketching his plans onto paper and then began cutting them to fit from the top of Jess's head down to her chin. After the session, Deano took a tired and sore Jess back home, and she quickly fell asleep. Her night was restless, filled with discomfort.

The next morning, Jess woke up at five-thirty, feeling the soreness of her tattoo. As she sat up, she realized her head was covered in cling film, preventing her from seeing the tattoo. Jess was uncomfortable and tired, longing for sleep but instead Deano brought her breakfast, which she ate in its entirety before he instructed her to get dressed because they were going to finish the tattoo. They arrived at the shop at around seven-fourtyfive, and Deano gave Jess a couple of pills, assuring her they would help with the pain. Oblivious to the medication's details, Jess swallowed the pills and fell asleep five minutes later.

Jess remained unconscious for the entire day and only woke up the following afternoon. During her extended slumber, Deano had completed the tattoo and added a few extra touches. As Jess stood up, she felt unsteady on her feet and experienced dryness in her mouth. Her head was incredibly sore. She walked towards the mirror, eager to finally see the details of her new tattoo. Deano removed the cling film, revealing the tattoo for the first time. Behind the brightly colored sugar skull face, there were large, inch-wide wounds with metal clasps pulling the skin backward, creating a bloodied gap encircling her face. The wound appeared disturbingly realistic, with traces of oozing blood, visible veins, and tissue. As Jess moved her head, she noticed the metal clasps stretching backward, attaching to another edge at the back of her head. However, this time, she couldn't see the full extent of the tattoo, so she asked Deano to hold a mirror behind her. To her shock, she realized that a large section of her skull had been tattooed to appear as if it had been removed. The metal clasps were clinging onto the edge, pulling her face backward, exposing her brain. Deano had tattooed a brain on her. Below the scalp and face area Deano had also completed a blackout tattoo around her neck and throat to give the visual appearance of her head seperate from her body.

The sight overwhelmed Jess, she couldn't believe how with each new mod, Deano still had the ability to shock her! As she stood there taking it all in, she began to feel weak at the knees, it must have been through a combination of shock and shear exhaustion that caused her to faint. Deano caught her and carried her back to bed, redressing the tattoo. Jess spent the next two days in silence, not speaking to Deano.
