The pouring rain had drenched my clothes. Shivering I ran through the downpour knowing that I'd have to rush if I wanted to arrive at work in time after missing my bus. It was the second time this week that I didn't make it to the bus stop in time but I just kept on oversleeping in the last couple of days. Probably one of the symptoms of me being absolutely overworked. With a groan I finished my final sprint and entered the office building where I was working.
Even if my pay wouldn't have been generous, which it wasn't by any means, I still would have hated my job. Sitting in front of my computer analyzing and evaluating data for 12 hours straight was nothing short of brain melting. Looking for small errors that the computers programs didn't detect wasn't really that life fulfilling. And then there was my boss.
"Mr. Smith, quit slacking around. You have a quota to meet.". My clothes hadn't even gotten the chance to dry up and Mrs. Waters was already at it again.
"I am sorry, boss. I'm doing my best." I immediately started apologizing. Mrs. Waters just shook her head disapprovingly but let me of the hook. This woman was the devil. If only she wasn't that good looking. When I started at her company 2 years ago I even had a crush on her for a short while. With her being in her mid twenties, she still had that look of youth to her. Her pitch black hair that she would always keep in a tight ponytail, her full lips and of course her voluptuous breasts where enough to make anyone fall for her. I watched her swaying bubble butt while she kept scolding another poor employee. A man like me could count himself lucky to be just close to a woman like this.
While I would consider myself neither beautiful nor ugly, mainly just plain, I paled in comparison to her beauty. I quickly shoved any thoughts regarding my boss aside and kept focusing on all the letters and numbers in front of me.
12 hours later...
My muscles hurt as I got up from my chair. Finally I was free to leave and sit around in my small and dirty apartment and do nothing but lie around lazily for the rest of the day, since I didn't really have the energy, motivation or money to do anything. My job allowed me to barely pay for my rent and food every month but any further luxury was off limits for me. I looked out of the window. The rain hadn't weakened a bit since this morning. And at this time there wasn't even a bus that I could miss. So walking home it is again.
The raindrops made it hard to see far, so I had to look twice when I thought I spotted a woman in very unusual clothing. And yet there she was, long blonde hair flowing over her shoulders, wearing nothing more than tight black shorts and a leather crop top.
I don't know, what it was that intrigued me so much about her but before I could get a hold of myself, I was already following her.
The strange woman was going at a fast pace but I kept up with her in safe distance. What was I doing chasing a random woman through the streets? I could probably get arrested for my behavior and yet I didn't really care.
After what seemed like an eternity, she finally arrived at her destination, a small booth in a seemingly random back alley.
Under an array of tarpaulins I could make out a figure, probably the merchant. After a quick exchange, the woman was handed something, although I couldn't see what it was through the rain.
And then with a poof the booth disappeared. And I mean literally, like it had just vanished from existence. Suddenly, the realization that I had seen something, I wasn't supposed to see dawned to me.
And to make matters even worse, the woman turned around and caught me staring.
First things first, she was gorgeous her handful of breasts played perfectly into her slender, elegant figure. She had the face of a goddess but her expression told me that she knew, that I knew.
Without thinking twice I turned around and ran. I don't know what scared me so much about her, but I just had to get away. I ran like I never had before. Tripping and falling several times only to immediately jump back up again to run even further.
