Author's note: This is my first time ever playing around with size changes so I apologize if it ended up not making much sense/the descriptions were off. I didn't want it to be super drastic just enough to be really hot.
Part 1
Fey Moonfall hated setting up summoning circles. They always took up so much space in her little home and the creatures never took the time to help clean up afterwards. Even after she commanded them too. Today however would change that! She had a new spell book to try out and she was confident in her abilities. She was going to summon a demon queen... or a demon noble at the very least. Someone tall and strong, she could bend to her will. That was the idea anyway.
Setting up the candles and drawing the outer circle with some salt. A few chalk lines and then vola you have a summoning circle. She took a moment to stare at it thinking that she might be missing something so she consulted the leather bound book she had purchased from a sorcerer the week before. He had been a very nice old man who needed to get his knowledge to a younger generation before he passed. She would be sad to see him gone but that was the way of the world.
The book was very plain on the outside, just some simple cow leather with paper inside. But the knowledge of binding and summoning inside was priceless. She read over the instructions for the circle again running her finger along the words so she didn't lose her place. "Salt... candles... chalk... ah the berries I almost forgot."
Walking over to her little pantry she pulled out a bowl of freshly picked red berries and placed them in the center of the circle. "Don't know why I would need berries." She mumbled looking at the page again. Reading over the incantation she slowly started to recite it under her breath. Getting familiar with the words before trying it properly.
A few moments passed then she turned the page reading over some of the other information.
"While some may consider summoning to be a very taxing and unnecessary magical art. I have found many ways to reduce the amount of energy used. The main thing is placing an item in the center that aligns with what I am trying to summon. Usually some sort of food for them to snack on after arriving. This is most effective with animals, but smarter creatures like demons also find some appeal in the practice."
Fey looked at the berries wondering why red berries were associated with demon queens. Maybe it had something to do with them being fed berries. That was a royal thing to want right? She closed the book figuring that she could read the rest later. Stepping up to the edge of the circle she summoned the magical energy within her and started to chant, saying the summoning words a dozen times before something started to happen. Red smoke swirled around in the center of the circle forming a cyclone of magical energy. Little flashes of lighting inside began to happen as a shadow started to appear. Two long pointed horns, large bat-like wings, a thick tail, then the smoke dissipated and a small demon fell from the ceiling to her floor with a loud thud.
The witch grimaced and looked the demon over. It was clearly a feminine one just due to the shape of her body but this is not what she wanted at all! She was tiny, a light purple, and looked like a lesser demon. Not the noble she was aiming to get. The little thing quickly stood up; her legs were capped with hooves rather than feet. She was naked at the moment which was a very unwelcome distraction for Fey. "W-what happened?" She asked in a timid and high pitched voice, "Y-You why summon me?" She asked.
The little demon swirled her head around taking in everything around her. She was in a summoning circle and there were bookshelves around. A little desk with a bunch of papers on it. Large windows with thick glass panes in them. And then there was the witch that summoned her. The witch was much bigger than her. One of the first things Tez'gallich noticed was how pretty the woman was. She was young and had pretty red hair that Tez really wanted to touch. It looked so soft and there was so much of it. Her eyes were a bright green and her face was so very authoritative.
"Why did I summon you! You were supposed to be a demon noble not a housekeeper! What's your name?" The witch asked, sounding angry.
Tez coward in fear shrinking away from the big scary woman, "I...I am Tez'gallich. Housekeeper of Mistress Fellward." She stammered out covering her face with her hands.
The witch huffed loudly. Then came the sounds of her walking away and flipping through pages. Tez peaked through her fingers for a moment to see what was going on.
Fey flipped through the pages back to the instructions for summoning the demon noble. Reading over the description for the spell she groaned loudly. She had read the stupid word wrong. Noble and servant in the demon writing script were so similar. She flipped two pages forward to continue reading the entry from before.
"The red berries of this spell will help you summon one of the many demon servants in hells. They are usually smaller and meeker than their noble counterparts but don't mistake this for weakness. Contrary to popular belief it is often the power of servants and lesser demons that make things happen in the hells. One example is very pertinent to the red berries you need for the spell. In hell there is a large red berry called a blood berry. Being very spicy it is considered a delicacy to the nobles. However it is a staple of the lesser demon cuisine. The lesser demons have an innate ability to influence those they are bound to. I know many stories of summoners getting a lesser demon to serve them only to end up with their souls bound to the demon's previous master. Never underestimate them under any circumstances. It is honestly safer to summon the demon nobles as they are much more straightforward in their attempts to control you.
When working with a demon of any variety you will need to use their full name and then follow it with whatever you want them to take in. This is essential for commands and even words if you want to change their personalities or even physical appearance."
Well that was just wonderful... She read a little more, seeing big bolded text underneath the entry.
