Dan was sitting in his office about to end the work day, he couldn't say that his afternoon had been very productive. He had just been promoted to his new position becoming the new manager of his office, and that had meant a workload increase and his hours had become much less defined than they were before.
Before his work was a classic 9-5 job, but now he had to make sure all the projects were lined up and ready to go, on top of also being responsible for the outcome of all future projects, so having an unproductive afternoon meant staying even longer during the following days.
On top of it all over these last few months, since he had gotten a raise and because everything was so going well with his now fiancé Anna, they had decided to get married and start a family, and so the preparation for the wedding had begun leading to countless weekends of location scouting and dinners with both his parents and his in-laws.
As he was was sitting in his office a knock on his door shook him of his thoughts and Donald, his boss from corporate, came in bringing along a woman Dan had never seen. She was very beautiful, looked around Dan's age if not a couple years younger, with dark hair and eyes a shade of blue that almost looked almost otherwordly, slender legs with a fit form. Everything topped with beautiful face features. She was dressed professionally in a pair of jeans and a black turtle neck sweater that stretched around her chest showing that even if they were covered she had really large breasts.
"Hello Dan, I wanted to introduce you to our new addition to the team, Sophia" said Donald cheerfully "she will be working in your department dealing with the more creative projects, she graduated top of her class and I'm sure she'll be a great asset to you".
"Oh you flatter me Mr Johnson" said the lady before turning to Dan.
"Nice to meet you Dan" Sophia said reaching for a handshake.
"I'm really excited to be working with you".
"My pleasure" said Dan "welcome on board, I'm sure you'll find yourself right at home here".
As they sat back down and started introducing Sophia to her new assignments, Dan started noticing a faint sweet smell in his office as he felt his tiredness coming back making him little lightheaded.
As the conversation went on he started to realize that his gaze kept lingering on Sophia's beautiful face more than he meant to, and when he would become aware of it, he would quickly take his eyes off her and go back to Donald, even though a couple of times he had the impression that Sophia might have noticed.
"Is everything ok, Dan?" said Donald noticing that he wasn't up to his usual standard of attention.
"Yeah, yeah, I'm fine" Dan got up to open the window and as soon as he did the faint sweet smell started to fade, his head seemingly clearing up a bit
"I think I'm just tired from the day, maybe we can pick this up during our daily meeting tomorrow, what do you say?" Said Dan.
Donald agreed and they set the meeting for the subsequent day.
"It truly is a pleasure to have you on board Sophia".
Said Dan as Donald and Sophia were leaving the room.
"Same for me" she replied with a smile.
Dan decided to call it a day after that meeting, if he had been distracted and tired before, he was now, for some reason, exhausted and he needed to go home and rest, maybe on the way back he would hit the gym to distract himself from work.
The next day Dan arrived at work and headed straight for the conference room where they had the morning meetings to find Donald and Sophia already there. He got into the room and he could smell the same faint sweet smell that was in his office the day before.
They started the meeting and talked about Sophia's role going forward. During the meeting Dan was more concentrated than the day before, but he still felt himself lightheaded and his sight kept lingering on Sophia's beautiful face and deep blue eyes like the previous day.
Eventually Donald left the meeting leaving Sophia and Dan finish the meeting on their own to talk about the schedule and the immediate projects.
"Since today is Friday I think you can just settle in and see what project we are working on and get ready for next week, maybe you can lead the meeting Monday morning and bring your new ideas".
Said Dan still feeling himself a little lightheaded.
"That sounds like a great idea" said Sophia cheerfully.
They eventually ended the meeting and went to their respective offices and went about the day normally, they had lunch together with the crew outside and everything went smoothly.
Dan spent the weekend location scouting and meeting with his in-laws and when him and his fiancé were back in town Sunday night they both felt like the weekend had been just an extension of the work week, and so they promised themselves that the next weekend they would actually rest instead of running around.
During the next week everything went well for Dan at work, Sophia turned out to be very capable at her job from the get go, which really impressed Dan, but unfortunately the workload for him had remained the same.
After meetings with Sophia he kept feeling more tired than usual which slowed his work doing making him stay extra hours at night to keep up with the projects.
One evening he had to work later than usual and met Sophia in the elevator. During the ride down while Sophia was talking about the project they were currently working on, he smelled the same sweet smell, but this time it felt more intense making him space out. He felt his eyes locking on Sophia's chest, she was dressed for work as usual, with a nice pair of blue pants and a white shirt that flattered her breasts very much.
As he was lost in that vision his surroundings started to fade and by the time the elevator door opened Dan hadn't even realized time had passed since they had gotten into the elevator. Sophia was still talking about the project and Dan realized that he hadn't listened to anything she had been saying, he had just been staring at her chest without really processing what she had said.
"Ok we'll talk more about this tomorrow".
Concluded Sophia as she hugged him goodbye, showing no sign that she had noticed what had just happened to him.
Dan felt the sweet smell getting more intense as she hugged him and for a moment and he thought he saw a faint pink mist leaving her mouth.
She left and he stood in the hall of the office building in a slight daze. It wasn't until he got on the subway that he noticed he had half a hard on going on in his pants.
One night Dan was working late in his office, he was working on an especially hard project and he was staying extra hours after everyone had gone home to meet the deadline. While he was working on his computer, in came Sophia dressed in a stunning blue dress that was very generous on her cleavage and her slender and beautiful figure.
The air in the office immediately started to get the faint sweet smell.
"Sophia, I thought you had gone home"
He said surprised, starting to feel the tiredness rise.
"Oh no, I changed here at the office and before going I thought I would check on you".
"Very thoughtful of you, thank you" said Dan in a low voice, now feeling very tired
"But I think I was just about to finish for the night and head back home, you know tomorrow Anna is going on a trip for the week and so I wanted to eventually be home to at least get dinner with her".
Sophia smiled.
"Oh yeah I understand, is she going to be location scouting for your wedding?"
