Chapter 5: the boss's wife... well, she did marry him
"Ms. Fuller, can you come into my office for a moment?" The voice of Ryan called from the door of his office.
"Of course, in a moment." Sara answered as saved her work on her computer while getting up from her seat in the cubicle. It's a Wednesday and like most hump days it's about as mundane as it gets. Heck, even the towel that she placed on her chair was dry, not to mention the only action she got so far was Kevin copping a feel of her breasts when he arrived in the morning, and that was more in a joking manner than something fully sexual in intentions.
After the first couple of weeks since her announcement of HR's new policies, the atmosphere of the workplace has mostly returned to... well, before her meddling. But then, that is what normality is supposed to be right? It wasn't as if this suddenly stopped being a workplace or anything.
It wasn't as if to say there were no effects at all. The most obvious thing being that she no longer has to worry about clothing, or getting dressed. Moreover, being exposed in body seemed to have torn down a different layer between her and her coworkers, and most became a lot more forthcoming in confiding to her about various gossip and other shenanigans.
Or maybe it's all in her mind, or rather, all because of her mind. Not a thought that she dwelled much time on though. For even after weeks of taking full advantage of it, she still hasn't really thought of this... power, as something that's part of her. If anything, the mental distance between her and her powers is greater than that of between her and other people.
All those chit chat thoughts were roughly pushed aside as she stepped into Ryan's office and noticed a once familiar figure standing off to the side: Ms. Mia Walker, who was one of the cofounders of the company and only stepped down a couple of years ago when she and Ryan decided to start a family and that she would be the one to become the stay at home parent but still retain significant ownership of the company. Although she has shown up at the company Christmas parties since then, those times weren't that memorable... Maybe it was the alcohol blotting out the memories.
Apparently those couple of years and pregnancies simply passed over her like nothing, because she looks as same as before: petite 5'4" frame, long flowing platinum blonde hair framing a dainty face, that depending on the expression, could either give off the look of a girl next door or that of a haughty vindictive bitch... wait, her breasts seems to be bigger nowadays, at least a C cup rather than the B cup that she remembered, though it's somewhat hard to tell with the oddly frumpy light blue sundress that she's wearing.
At the present, her expression was that of the haughty vindictive bitch.
Almost immediately Sara felt a lump at her throat as she started panicking in her mind, scattering her more coherent thoughts to the wind. Out of her peripheral vision she saw Ryan sitting at his desk, looking rather nervous himself. To say that that's not an encouraging sign would be a slight understatement.
Somehow it slipped from her mind that there's more to the world than what she had to interact with.
"So it has come to this." Mia said in a calm and measured tone as she slowly stepped towards Sara, her eyes gazing right at the naked woman as if drilling holes right into her soul. "I leave this place for a bit and this happens."
"Wait a-" Ryan began to stutter in confusion before Mia quieted him with a wave of her hand as she turned her attention back to Sara.
"And what can I say?" Mia said as she stepped right up to Sara. "You seemed to have quite a delight here." She said as reached out with one of her hands to caress Sara's breasts while the other slowly inched up her thigh.
"Wait a minute, I thought you're fine with this?" Ryan finally blurted out. "With the explanation and everything we talked about?" The revealing of what appears to be yet another plot twist was almost enough to send Sara reeling, mixed with some very real concerns as to what she has accidentally gotten herself into.
A sly smile finally cracked across Mia's face, and like a pierced pane of glass the façade of cold rage quickly shattered, replaced by a bubbly and cheerful look.
